Requirements of the Digital Marketing Executive:
You'll have a strong eye for detail and experimentation, with a good understanding of analytics, A/B testing, user journeys and optimisation techniques.
You will be highly results driven and looking to maximise the return on money invested in these platforms.
You'll have a strong awareness of industry techniques and best practices.
You will be an excellent communicator.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across all major platforms (AdWords, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube etc.)
Managing the relationship with our digital ads agency. Ensuring campaigns are managed and targets are hit.
Set up, management and optimisation of social media ad campaigns.
Close monitoring and refinement of in-progress campaigns.
Regular reporting of results and lessons learnt to the Digital Manager.
Plan, initiate and accomplish market research to determine trends, customer preferences, industry brand awareness and product development.
Hit and exceed targets as specified by management.
To promote and adhere to all Muslim Hands’ Policies and Codes of Practices.
The essential skills:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a marketing environment with a proven, working knowledge of digital marketing and social media ad platforms.
Experience in creative ad copywriting.
An in-depth knowledge of Google Analytics and Facebook ads.
Preferred experience:
Marketing degree/qualification preferred.
Experience managing advertising budgets across multiple platforms.
Google Analytics and/or AdWords certifications.
Experience working in the charitable sector.
Using Umbraco CSM system.
Work remotely:
Yes, but must have the ability to travel to our Nottingham office on a weekly basis when required.

About the Role
The Technical Marketing Officer is a new role designed to support the Marketing and Communications team with the technical expertise needed to execute effective email marketing campaigns and grow the Fund’s email subscriber list in order to attract online donors interested in supporting grassroots activism across the globe.

Essential Functions and Specific Responsibilities
- Code, design, and format unique donate pages, pop-ups, and email and newsletter templates on Engaging Networks using HTML
- Create, segmented email lists, and manage and update the Fund’s CRM database to ensure data hygiene
- Synchronize data flows between Engaging Networks and Salesforce
- Track analytics related to low-level donor conversion and email subscribers using Engaging Networks and Google Analytics
- Work with the Digital Communications Officer to design and deliver Facebook ads
- Implement the technical roll out of email marketing campaigns to different donor segments
- Manage the PayPal account and the back end of online giving pages
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the security of our CRM and to troubleshoot related technical issues with the CRM and website
- Assist the Digital Communications Officer with the creation of different brand and campaign content using photoshop and InDesign
Minimum Qualifications | What You will Need to Be Successful
- Experience using Engaging Networks or equivalent email marketing systems (MailChimp, Campaign Monitor, Sales Force Marketing Could, Blackboard etc)
- Demonstrable experience using WordPress CMS and basic HTML coding and web design
- Experience with collecting and analyzing digital marketing data (Cost-per-result, click-through rates, engagement rates, conversion rates) across a number of digital platforms
- Understanding of GDPR (preferred to also have basic understanding of CCPA compliance and regulations)
- Experience running digital marketing campaigns via social media, email and/or web

We are recruiting for a temporary Digital communications officer for an member body , you will be maintaining the website and all the digital engagement for the organisation.
The Role
Manage the Societys website and social media presence under the direction of the Head of Communications & Engagement, producing, editing and maintaining content as required
Produce the Societys e-news and other member communications, develop and manage media releases on the Societys activities liaising with academics, members, committees and staff as appropriate
Record, edit and produce video content, working closely with eminent speakers
Produce and deliver engaging social media coverage of all events and promotions
Content and channel planning including key dates and anniversaries along with sharing topical information
Set up and provide digital and visual support for the Societys webinar programme, in addition to planning and sharing content to internal and external audiences
Create, develop and produce a variety of multimedia content including videos, animations, images and graphics for activity liaising with stakeholders as required
Work with third party providers for events and other projects, editing and enhancing content as required
Proactively maintain and update the website including preparing and publishing new written, visual and audio content
Design and produce the Societys quarterly member newsletter, working with the Newsletter Editor and printers
Design and produce promotional materials to support the Societys activities and events including e-marketing campaigns, leaflets, posters and programmes for events, using digital channels and innovative promotional means
The Candidate
Technical and design experience including producing videos, infographics, animations and images
Experience with relevant software packages Adobe Photoshop for graphic design, Premiere for video editing and InDesign for publication formatting
Experience of building, maintaining and engaging audiences and communities on social media
Familiarity with content management and design systems for websites
Excellent communication skills, including experience of turning complex economic ideas into accessible copy for a range of audiences
Excellent editing, copywriting and proofreading skills

Role Overview
As a key member of the Marketing, Communications, and CX team, this role is ideal for a talented digital marketer who can develop, execute, track, and optimize campaigns across multiple channels and around the world with focus on particular regions to build awareness and generate demand for TechSoup’s product programs, service offerings, and validation services. You will be a key contributor in the optimization of current processes, and work with key internal and external international partners to manage the creation, execution, and evaluation of digital campaigns and support TechSoup Global Network partners as they implement their own campaigns.
We seek to grow the TechSoup Global Network in the 236 countries where we operate (which now serves 1.3 million non-profits) to reach 1.7 million non-profits by 2023. To make that possible we need to ensure that TechSoup is growing its audience of capacity building non-profit stakeholders year over year, while deepening what it offers its current stakeholders.
This role requires campaign development, hands-on implementation, project management, support for Partners Network, ability to work effectively and with sensitivity across barriers such as language, culture and distance, data analysis, creative problem solving and an understanding of the business. Ideal candidates are passionate about owning programs, testing and learning, and driving conversions to hit goals. Additionally, this role requires building awareness for TechSoup’s civic engagement and digital transformation programs. This position reports to the Senior Director Strategic Partnerships and Alliances and will work closely with the TechSoup’s Global Marketing team based in San Francisco.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate regional marketing campaign calendar in coordination with TechSoup Global Network partners
- Execute outbound marketing campaigns to build awareness and generate demand
- Oversee the day-to-day execution of online marketing campaigns, particularly around the rollout of new international offerings
- Work with business leads and TechSoup Global Network partners to develop campaign messaging, creative, promotional copy
- Create top-line messaging intended for product launches, emails, announcements, blogs, case studies, lead generation, and lead nurturing
- Use content marketing best practices to create promotional landing pages, intake forms, and other web marketing assets. Experience with maximizing page conversion, and tracking
- Track performance measurement metrics and reporting across countries and programs
- Work within martech stack (Hubspot, Google Analytics, and Zendesk) for audience segmentation, delivery, and campaign optimization
- Develop content for regional websites and coordinate with web production and content marketing on implementing updates
- Organize, maintain, and create product marketing toolkits and drive usage with Network partners
- Support department leadership in developing monthly/quarterly qualitative and quantitative reports on digital marketing performance, driving actionable insights for future efforts
- Communicate best practices and share lessons learned throughout the organization ·

Qualifications
- 5-7 years’ experience with digital marketing with increasing responsibility and demonstrated campaign success
- Strong initiative, motivating and inspiring others, and assuming accountability for actions and outcome
- Demonstrated ability to drive and manage multiple projects simultaneously and successfully
- Strong understanding of digital marketing practices and tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics)
- Experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and marketing analytics
- Up to date knowledge of technical and content SEO best practices and standards
- Experience with user research and testing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English is required, proficiency in a second language preferred (ideally French)
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Knowledge of graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) a plus

About the role
As our Email Marketing Executive will play a key role in the British Heart Foundation’s (BHF) email marketing programmes. We have an email content network of around 50 marketers across the organisation who create emails and you'll be responsible for ensuring these are in-line with best practice and brand, ensuring they are of high quality before deployment.
You'll champion email marketing across the organisation helping all departments with their email strategy and implementation. Reporting on email results, evaluating the effectiveness of activity and identifying gaps and opportunities you'll maximise engagement with BHF marketing emails.
Collaborating with the Senior Email Marketing Executive you’ll help to create email programmes and help teams evaluate their own email performance. You will also provide support and guidance to the email content network.
About you
With a passion for digital communications you’ll have previous experience using an Email Service Provider. With sound knowledge of email marketing you'll also have experience of managing end-to-end email production. You’ll have strong organisational skills, able to work on multiple campaigns with various deadlines.
An analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, you’ll work well within a team to achieve shared objectives. You’ll have good communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with various stakeholders both internal and external.
You’ll also have excellent attention to detail and the ability to write engaging copy for the web and be IT proficient with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
