This is a new role within the Bereavement Support Service proactively engaging bereaved families with the support service, respond to bereavement support digital enquiries, working in a team to deliver and ensure anyone seeking advice and support on bereavement is given a high-quality service in a timely way.

The aim of this post is to provide consistent, high-quality emotional support via digital channels to bereaved families who seek support from the Lullaby Trust.

Main duties and responsibilities

1. Proactively engage bereaved families with the support service, respond to bereavement support digital enquiries, working in a team to deliver and ensure anyone seeking advice and support on bereavement is given a high-quality service in a timely way.

· Assist with the setting up of new digital channels to be used by the Lullaby Trust to answer and respond to bereaved families.

· To be the primary contact for the bereavement support digital services including WhatsApp, text, webchat and other social media channels.

· Proactively engage with bereaved families through social media and other online platforms.

· Ensure any safeguarding concerns are actioned in accordance with the organisations Safeguarding policy.

· Send materials to bereaved contacts, including bereavement packs and follow up emails and ensure all documents and databases are updated with each contact in line with the department guidelines, including Raiser’s Edge, Excel databases.

· Cover and answer the bereavement support helpline and online enquiries responding within the set guidelines and KPIs for the department.

· Ensure any messages on Bereavement Support Facebook Groups are monitored and advice is given via befrienders where appropriate.

· Attend face to face events for bereaved families including family days and memorial events when needed.

· Work with Income and Engagement Team around social media bereavement support content/posts.

2. Deliver and run live bereavement themed sessions on social media

· Run monthly live sessions on social media on bereavement topics/themes, responding to comments and messages during and after the sessions, ensuring anyone seeking ongoing support is responded to and referred to relevant services .

· Work with the Engagement Team to promote live session.

· Facilitate monthly remembrance sessions.

3. Ensure the bereavement support services are promoted to those bereaved and to professionals working with bereaved families

· Assist with the recruitment and facilitation of Bereaved Families’ Panel.

· Keep up to date with the bereavement support world including joining National Bereavement Alliance, Child Bereavement Network and research around grief and bereavement.

· Attend events as required to represent the Lullaby Trust’s bereavement support services.

4. Maintain accurate records throughout all services, complying with the organisation’s recording and reporting requirements

Maintain ongoing knowledge and training on the Lullaby Trust’s advice and the scientific knowledge behind this advice.

Collate statistics, as required on areas of work within the support services team.

Assist with the services’ evaluation and impact processes.

Provide other administrative support to the team as required.

Other:

Attend and participate with external supervision sessions, managerial supervision and team and organisational meetings.

About the role

This is a hands-on, people-focused role at the heart of our programme delivery. As Programme Manager, you’ll work closely with communities, colleagues, volunteers, and partners to co-create and deliver meaningful programmes that centre on women’s voices and lived experience.

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of projects — from design and facilitation through to coordination, evaluation, and reporting. The role involves a high level of collaboration across departments and with external partners, as well as ongoing work with participants and volunteers to ensure our programmes are inclusive, responsive, and impactful.

Programme & Project leadership

· Support & lead on the design, development and delivery of new and existing programmes and events aligned with the charity’s strategic objectives

Funding & Finance

Policy, Safeguarding & Organisational Development

• Be an active contributor to the charity’s safeguarding team, playing a role in creating safe, inclusive spaces for all participants and staff.
• Support the implementation of all organisational policies — not only by adhering to them but by actively identifying areas for improvement, sharing feedback, and contributing to policy development.
• Stay up to date with best practice in safeguarding, boundaries, mental health support, and inclusive, trauma-informed practice, and help ensure these are embedded in programme delivery and team culture.

Data Protection, administration and programme coordination

• Oversee the secure collection and storage of data, ensuring full compliance with GDPR.
• Implement and manage CRM systems relevant to programme delivery.
• Ensure the smooth, effective and compliant delivery of all programmes, activities, and events, with a strong focus on quality, coordination, and attention to detail.
• Act as a key contact for programme/project enquiries and coordinate logistics such as booking facilitators, venues, equipment, and refreshments.
• Liaise with participants, facilitators, and volunteers before, during and after programme delivery to ensure a seamless and supportive experience.
• Ensure all relevant paperwork and digital documentation — including EDI monitoring forms, feedback, and volunteer information — is completed, stored securely, and remains compliant with GDPR and organisational standards.
• Manage relationships with external facilitators, including onboarding, contracts, payment processing, and quality assurance.
• Coordinate across departments (e.g. marketing, community engagement, operations) to ensure strong internal communication and the effective promotion and delivery of all programmes.
• Maintain accurate programme records, track progress against plans, and ensure that systems are in place for smooth programme operations.

The Digital Inclusion Worker will be responsible for providing targeted one-to-one digital support and delivering workshops to both disabled and non-disabled residents of Enfield, helping them to improve their digital skills. This will be achieved through the delivery of tailored training and learning programmes designed to promote digital inclusion. The Digital Inclusion Worker will also involve residents in the co-design of the project, network with community groups and partner organisations, support the recruitment of volunteers, troubleshoot technical challenges faced by residents, and assist ECP’s Project Manager in producing key performance indicators (KPIs) and progress reports.

The Digital Inclusion Worker will have extensive Digital Inclusion knowledge to:

• Manage the Enfield Digital Champions (Volunteers) project ensuring adherence to compliance, health and safety matters, and quality assurance.
• Support the recruitment of Digital Champion volunteers to sustain and enhance a network of 10 digital champions per year delivering support and skills training in Enfield.

We’re seeking a skilled and dedicated Communications & Digital Marketing Manager to join our small UK-based team. In this flexible, remote role (21 hours per week), you’ll use your creativity and expertise to raise awareness and grow support to help transform the lives of street-connected children in Kolkata, India.

ABOUT THE HOPE FOUNDATION FOR STREET CHILDREN (HOPE UK)

• HOPE UK raises awareness and funds for street-connected children and slum–dwelling communities in Kolkata, India, supporting 60 projects (in education, protection, healthcare, vocational training) delivered by The Hope Kolkata Foundation.
• Since 2007, HOPE UK has raised over £1M and currently supports 621 children via a child sponsorship programme.

KEY ROLE OBJECTIVES

• Grow and diversify the UK supporter base
• Create compelling content to drive engagement and support fundraising
• Manage and optimise HOPE UK’s website, email, and social media
• Deliver a UK communications and marketing strategy
• Track and report performance using data-driven analytics

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and deliver engaging on-brand content across digital platforms (website, email, social media)
• Manage content calendar and campaigns to raise awareness of HOPE and support fundraising initiatives
• Monitor and manage social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) to maximize audience engagement and growth
• Identify new opportunities (e.g. Influencers) and respond to comments as required (real-time)
• Produce newsletters (Mailchimp), manage segmentation and CRM (Beacon) integration with website
• Update and optimise HOPE UK website (Wordpress Elementor), apply SEO and integrate Google Ads.
• Manage Google Ad Grants
• Ensure legal compliance (GDPR, copyright) and safe-guard HOPE’s online brand and reputation
• Write and pitch press releases as required and relevant
• Collaborate closely with HOPE UK Head of Fundraising, wider HOPE UK team, and occasionally external partners and supporters
• Collaborate with HOPE Ireland and HOPE Kolkata Communications and Digital Marketing team as required / relevant
• Oversee the marketing budget
• Represent HOPE UK at events as relevant, if requested
• Have a flexible and collaborative approach, particularly on live campaigns and monitoring social media, which might require working outside usual office hours
• Be available for potential overseas travel to Kolkata
• Must be UK based

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Proven comms/digital marketing experience (charity sector essential)
• Strong writing, creative content creation, editorial judgment and campaign analysis skills
• Skilled at increasing audience engagement and understanding CTA messaging to drive fundraising
• Proficient using Wordpress Page Builders, specifically Elementor
• Proficient in Mailchimp, Canva, Hootsuite or other scheduling tools 
• Experience of optimsing Mailchimp and Website integrations with a CRM (preferably Beacon)
• Experience optimising UX on websites
• SEO and Google analytics knowledge and experience of managing Google Ads
• Experience using creative software (Canva, Photoshop, video editing tools, etc)
• Self-starter; team player; flexible approach to working hours; resourceful; excellent communicator
• An understanding of, and affinity with, Indian culture is desirable
• Knowledge of using a Macbook is desirable

Ashinaga UK is seeking a driven, proactive and detailed-oriented Operations Manager to join our team. This part-time role (4 days per week) is an excellent opportunity for a professional who thrives in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. The Operations Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of Ashinaga UK, supporting internal administrative, financial, compliance, student recruitment and programming functions as we aim to empower future Young Leaders for Africa through the Ashinaga Africa Initiative (AAI). Key Responsibilities 

• Work closely with the Managing Director to ensure efficient operations and resource management.
• Support the team in executing strategy, scholarship programmes, and fundraising initiatives.

• Lead on financial administration, including processing invoices, expense tracking, liaising with accountants and budget forecasting.

• Manage digital systems (CRM, project management tools) and data for both internal and Scholar use.
• Lead data management and support various reporting requirements (Trustees, Donors, Charity Commission).
• Support the Director to ensure compliance with charity regulations, health and safety standards, GDPR, and risk management.

Essential Criteria

• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organisational objectives. 
• Able to efficiently use a wide range of online tools, including spreadsheets, databases, and cloud-based applications. 
• Experience using CRM systems to manage and analyse data and produce reports. 
• Fundraising or programme management experience is a plus.
