This role is designed for someone who enjoys cultivating and developing income through individual giving and thrives on excellent and creative communication.
What You’ll Be Doing:
This person will take the lead on developing and delivering the organisation’s communication and marketing, in line with our branding, mission, vision and values. This includes:

Lead on branding, digital presence (website, social media, newsletters), and compelling storytelling to grow awareness, engage supporters, and recruit staff/volunteers.

Develop and deliver campaigns, newsletters, and case studies with sensitivity, ensuring consistent brand representation and co-produced content with beneficiaries.

Contribute to annual fundraising strategy, create detailed communications/marketing plans with budgets and targets, and strengthen the donor journey.

Partner with the fundraising team to drive income through digital marketing, supporter engagement, donor retention, and data-led reporting.

Manage eTapestry records, supporter data, and income tracking, while recommending improvements in data management and ensuring GDPR compliance.

Fundraiser – The Role:

About the Role
Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) works for the health and dignity of Palestinians living under occupation and as refugees. A UK registered charity, we work in collaboration with Palestinian communities and trusted local partners, and coordinate with key stakeholders and relevant clusters, to meet a wide range of health and social needs, from providing vital medical aid in emergencies, to supporting the development of better health services for the long term. We also uplift the voices of Palestinians, and campaign for an end to the barriers to health and dignity that come from living through occupation, displacement, discrimination and conflict.
MAP is in a period of growth and rapid development, and as such, the incoming Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for the financial strategy and management of MAP and for the leadership of operational areas to help deliver the organisation’s mission and strategic goals. About You
The ideal candidate will have Relevant post-graduate business degree preferred. Responsibilities
Strategy, vision and leadership
- Be accountable to the CEO and Board in the areas of finance, technology, risk and compliance, supply chain and logistics, and safety and security.
- Advise the CEO and SMT on all these areas as well as on legal, governance and related policy matters.

What the job involves
The Health Information Coordinator is a vital role supporting a busy team that creates health information and communications for men who have been diagnosed with prostate cancer or those at high risk of developing it.
You’ll have the opportunity to play a key role in keeping all the health information on the website up-to-date and in line with the Patient Information Forum’s PIF TICK quality standard. As well as coordinating and editing the team’s social media communications. Supporting the promotion of our resources both internally and externally, you’ll help to evaluate the effectiveness of the service we provide.
The role is responsible for making sure all our health information publications are in stock, so we deliver an effective health information service for men and their families affected by prostate cancer. You’ll also develop and maintain administrative systems to support the team’s work including financial processing.
This role is fixed term until end of October 2026 covering an internal secondment.

We’re looking for a pro-active and highly organised person to join our team. You’ll be self-motivated and able to multi-task, supporting a busy team while keeping on top of your own projects. Main purpose of post
This is a senior and strategic role in our fundraising team. You will be

We are looking for a highly engaging Leadership & Volunteering Manager to lead and grow our leadership training programming, and to lead on the recruitment, development and retention of our pool of volunteers. You will work across our various hubs to ensure all volunteers are well-supported, feel valued, and are making meaningful contributions to OSH’s mission.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership Training & Development

Oversee and continue to codify OSH’s LIT (Leaders in Training) course, including in-person and online sessions, and mentoring LITs on their first residential. This will include hands-on delivery, managing logistics, and working with volunteers and facilitators.

Co-design and develop other leadership programmes for young people.

Support young people from refugee backgrounds to move from participants to leaders within OSH.

Lead the delivery of training and induction for new and returning volunteers in hubs, at pre camp training days and leaders retreats. This includes safeguarding, group dynamics, facilitating groups, and OSH values, but will also include identifying gaps and trends in skills and experiences.

Help shape the pedagogy and outcomes of OSH’s leadership programmes.
Volunteer Strategy & Recruitment

Ensure there is an active pipeline of people signing up for the LIT course

Design and implement a volunteer recruitment strategy to attract a diverse range of volunteers from within OSH and externally.

Build partnerships with universities, youth networks, and professional communities to widen reach.

Develop inclusive recruitment materials and accessible application processes.
Volunteer Engagement

Develop progression pathways for volunteers.

Ensure an active culture of feedback and reflection within leadership and volunteering.

Track volunteer impact and progression.

Coordinate check-ins, socials, and wellbeing support for volunteers.

Work closely with the whole team to ensure volunteer experiences are safe, rewarding, and well-held.
Operations & Evaluation

Maintain volunteer records and communications using Beacon (OSH’s CRM).

Monitor data on volunteer recruitment, attendance, retention, progression, and impact.

Contribute to fundraising work, for example by ensuring there is a regular supply of case studies for OSH programmes.

Collaborate with colleagues to share impact and improve practice.
Other duties

Getting involved in OSH events in the evenings and at weekends, including residentials. These are overnight trips from 2 to 5 nights

IDEAL EXPERIENCE

Excellent facilitation, training, and communication skills.

Job Purpose
This role plays a key part in the delivery of Operation Smile UK’s retention programme, generating income and retaining existing cash and regular giving donors. The Giving Engagement Officer (Retention) will support the Giving Engagement Manager to implement multi-channel (mail, telemarketing, web and email) donor retention campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, creative accuracy, and effective stakeholder coordination.
You will be responsible for managing campaign schedules, supporting the creative and data processes, and ensuring delivery partners are aligned. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Delivery & Coordination
· Deliver cultivation and retention campaigns, setting up and developing schedules in Asana and coordinating all required stakeholders.
· Manage timelines to ensure all activity is delivered on time and to plan.
· Compile campaign costs and track expenditure against budgets, flagging issues as they arise.
Creative, Data & Fulfilment Management
- Develop campaign briefs for creative, data output, print and fulfilment for review by internal teams and suppliers.
- Manage the creative sign-off process: collate feedback from stakeholders and ensure briefing accuracy to suppliers.
- Proof all campaign materials to maintain brand integrity and accuracy.
Digital & Email Communications
- Support the development of donor emails in line with agreed campaign structures.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Compile campaign results for analysis and provide reports to inform future activity.
- Work closely with data teams to ensure appropriate segmentation and tracking.
Donor Stewardship
- Support the thank-you process, including personalising and developing donor thank-you cards as required.
- Contribute to improving supporter journeys and experiences through campaign touchpoints, especially for regular givers.

Key Responsibilities
Content creation and content management
- Working with the Senior Communications Manager, research, draft, and edit compelling content for the UK website, newsletters, and print materials.
- Support the reimagining of existing content to ensure messaging is fresh, relevant, and audience-led.
- Collate and maintain a library of case studies, stories, and assets for use across teams.
- Ensure brand voice and tone are consistently applied across all communications.
Digital and organic social media
- Develop and maintain a social media content calendar which supports our Communications Strategy and liaise with our Social Media Freelancer to plan and approve posts.
- Contribute to the delivery of multi-channel campaigns, liaising with internal stakeholders and suppliers to create assets and meet deadlines.

The Mix Stowmarket Ltd. is an established youth charity working with young people aged 9–25 across Mid Suffolk. With a committed team, a flagship youth centre, and a trading arm, 127 Trading Ltd, operating two cafés, we’re rooted in community impact and innovation.

We have recently appointed our new Chief Executive Officer who takes up post in October 2025. We now seek a strategic and operationally savvy Head of Fundraising and Marketing to support the senior team as they lead The Mix into its next chapter, with prime responsibility to generate a diverse and sustainable stream of income to enable The Mix to deliver its charitable activities in the years ahead.
Overview of the role
As the organisation’s Head of Fundraising and Marketing, you will be an experienced, ambitious, enthusiastic, and dynamic professional, who is passionate about fundraising and maximising income generation.
Working closely with our new CEO and committed trustees and staff, you will develop and implement fundraising and marketing strategies that align to our vision and drive the expansion of our crucial support to young people in Suffolk.
You will have a thorough understanding of planning, organising, and delivering successful fundraising campaigns, initiatives, and events with a strong attention-to-detail. Main Responsibilities
1. Strategic leadership
· Develop and lead the multi-channel fundraising and marketing strategy to meet agreed income targets and support
long-term sustainability for both The Mix and 127 Trading Ltd.
· Work closely with the CEO and Trustees, to align fundraising efforts with the strategic goals of the charity and bring insight into income generation and stakeholder engagement.
· Actively contribute to the senior leadership team, shaping organisational policies and strategic direction, ensuring the integration of fundraising, marketing and operational activities.
2. Fundraising and income generation
· Drive the development of diverse income streams, including major donor fundraising, corporate partnerships, individual giving, legacies, lotteries, community fundraising and events.
· Proactively seek new opportunities to secure long-term, multi-year funding through well-targeted funding applications and corporate proposals.
· Build strong partner relationships with a focus on stewardship, retention, and growth.
· Monitor performance, analyse data, and drive continuous improvement.
· Chair the Fundraising sub-committee and contribute to the Data, Impact and Evidence Action Group
· Responsible for completion of all bids, grants and funding applications and ensuring that funders receive appropriate ongoing feedback.
3. Marketing and communications
· Develop marketing materials and campaigns that effectively communicate the charity’s mission, vision and achievements to various audiences for both The Mix and 127 Trading Ltd.
· Lead the management of digital platforms, ensuring consistent and inspiring content across all channels, including the website, social media, email and printed materials.
· Ensure that brand messaging is consistent, clear and aligned across The Mix and 127 Trading Ltd to enhance public recognition and reputation.
· Grow awareness of the charity at a local and regional level, monitoring success through market research.
· Develop compelling narratives and stories of the charity’s impact to engage partners and encourage continued support.
4. Team leadership and development
· Lead and develop the Fundraising & Marketing team, fostering a collaborative and positive culture.
· Mentor and support team members in achieving their professional development goals, ensuring they attain business objectives.
· Regularly monitor and review team performance to meet income generation and communication objectives.
5. Operational excellence
· Ensure compliance with data protection laws, fundraising regulations and ethical guidelines across all fundraising and marketing activities.
· Review and improve the use of the website and develop systems to track donor engagement, monitor income and ensure data integrity and transparency.
· Work closely with finance and operations teams to oversee the management and monitoring of fundraising targets.
·Work closely with the Youth Work team to provide insight to funding opportunities available and marketing and fundraising activities occurring.
