We are seeking to recruit to the post of Director to undertake and oversee the strategic development of the organisation in the next stage. We seek a woman with specialist knowledge, skills and expertise, working strategically around a human rights framework addressing VAWG. The role requires executive or senior level management experience, planning, project and service development experience, strategic and sector knowledge, fundraising, the ability to lead the vision of the organisation manifesting the principles of Black feminism in every aspect of the work developed and delivered.
