The role: The Housing Team Manager is responsible for leading and managing the Housing Team to deliver high-quality, customer-focused tenancy management services for ex-Service personnel and their families. Under the guidance of the Head of Housing, the role ensures strong tenant engagement, effective performance monitoring, and compliance with all health and safety regulations. The manager will oversee housing and tenancy budgets within agreed limits, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and in alignment with The Stoll Foundation’s charitable objectives. A key aspect of the role involves cross-functional collaboration to maintain a safe, supportive, and responsive housing environment that meets the needs of our community.

Key responsibilities:

• Management of housing and tenancy services, supporting a small team of officers.
• Providing high maintenance standards
• Achieving rent arrears targets and closely managing arrears to minimise losses.
• Achieving performance outcomes and objectives and presenting regular reports on KPIs.
• Ensuring that housing, property and tenancy services comply with best practice, the law and all relevant policies and procedures.

About The Role

The King’s Maudsley Partnership will have its home at Pears Maudsley Centre for Children and Young People in south London, opening in early 2026. The Paradise Cooperative is a Wandsworth based charity working towards a future where communities and nature thrive together. Our Paradise Learning programme delivers innovative, curriculum-linked outdoor workshops for local primary schools, all set within our unique and biodiverse community garden. 

Our workshops help children develop meaningful connections with the natural world while supporting learning across a wide range of curriculum areas, including science, geography, history, English and art. 

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Outdoor Education Assistant to work alongside our Head of Education in delivering our outdoor learning programme. You will play a key role in facilitating high-quality, curriculum-based workshops that inspire children aged 4 to 11 (EYFS, KS1 and KS2) to connect with nature.

This is a dynamic, part-time role for a practitioner who is excited to combine their experience of supporting primary education with the transformative benefits of nature-based learning. You will ensure that every child who visits our site is able to access, enjoy and be inspired by our unique outdoor education programme.

Key Responsibilities

·Deliver exceptional outdoor learning experiences as part of our Schools and Family Programme, leading small-group workshops or supporting sessions alongside the Head of Education.

·Prepare and manage resources to create organised, inspiring learning environments that enhance children’s engagement and enjoyment

·Support the development of new workshops, helping to design creative, age-appropriate activities that meet children’s needs and interests. 

·Provide guidance to a volunteer education assistant, offering clear direction, support, and day-to-day task management.

·Oversee health, safety and wellbeing, ensuring all learners and visitors are safe by:

oFollowing and contributing to the review of risk assessments and clearly communicating any relevant risks to volunteers.

oEnsuring full compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, data protection, and other organisational policies.

·Assist with monitoring and evaluation, completing session records and providing constructive feedback.

·Participate in team meetings, contributing thoughtfully to planning, coordination, and programme development.

About the Role

Nacro is looking for a Policy & Public Affairs Officer – Young People to support the delivery of our influencing strategy. This role will focus on developing Nacro’s policy positions on issues affecting young people and delivering proactive and reactive public affairs activity to influence decision-makers.

Working closely with the Head of Policy & Public Affairs and colleagues across the organisation, you will help ensure that the voices and experiences of young people inform policy development and public debate.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse the political and policy environment relating to young people’s issues to identify opportunities for influence.
• Develop evidence-based policy positions, working with service users, frontline staff and research colleagues.
• Draft policy briefings, reports and responses to government consultations.
• Develop and deliver public affairs plans aligned to Nacro’s influencing objectives.
• Identify, build and maintain effective relationships with parliamentarians, government officials and regional decision-makers.
• Represent Nacro at external events, including APPGs, parliamentary events and meetings with MPs.
• Produce parliamentary briefings and contribute to legislative scrutiny as required.
• Organise and support parliamentary and stakeholder events that advance influencing objectives.
• Build strong working relationships with sector partners and external organisations.
• Act as the internal point of contact for expertise on young people’s policy.
• Provide content for media comment, blogs and wider external communications.
• Prepare briefings for the Head of Policy & Public Affairs, Director of Engagement & Impact and the CEO.
• Support wider campaigning and influencing work across the organisation as required.

Skills and Experience

• Significant knowledge of policy issues affecting young people.
• Strong understanding of Westminster, Whitehall and political processes.
• Experience of designing and delivering public affairs activity.
• Proven experience of influencing decision-makers and working with parliamentarians.
• Experience of building and maintaining productive external relationships.
• Strong experience of writing policy papers, briefings and campaign materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The Loss Foundation provides free specialist support to those grieving the loss of a loved one to cancer. Our work ensures that no one has to navigate bereavement alone. As we continue to grow and expand our reach, we are looking for a Charity Administrator who can help us deliver a warm, professional, and responsive service to everyone who contacts us.

About the Role

The Charity Administrator will be the first point of contact for the public, handling all email and telephone enquiries with compassion, clarity, and professionalism. Many of the individuals contacting us are bereaved, and although this is not a counselling role, it requires a calm, sensitive, and emotionally mature approach.

The post holder will also support the administration of training enquiries, maintain spreadsheets and systems, and ensure the smooth running of key communication processes. This is an important role that helps shape people’s first experience of the charity and supports the wider team in delivering our services.

Key Responsibilities

Public Enquiries & Communication

· Respond promptly and warmly to all phone and email enquiries.

· Communicate sensitively with individuals who may be grieving, maintaining emotional warmth and professional boundaries.

· Provide accurate information about our support services, events, and resources.

· Represent the charity’s ethos through clear, compassionate communication.

Training Enquiries

· Act as the first point of contact for training-related emails and requests.

· Maintain spreadsheets and administrative systems to track enquiries, bookings, and follow-up actions.

· Liaise with the Director to ensure training enquiries are processed efficiently.

Administration & Organisation

· Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and digital systems.

· Support the maintenance of internal calendars, logs, and shared documents.

· Assist with general administrative tasks requested by the Director.

· Uphold confidentiality and GDPR standards at all times.

Outreach & Signposting

· Share information about the charity with councils, community organisations, and services as required.

· Support simple introductory outreach activities to raise awareness of our offerings.

General Responsibilities

· Work in alignment with the values and ethos of The Loss Foundation.
