The team designs and delivers a calendar of specialist further education events and an annual conference for educational professionals working across the FE College sector.
 
In the role of Sponsorship and Exhibition Manager, you will be working in a small but busy and fast-paced team. In this role you will be responsible for proactively promoting, selling and managing events sponsorship and exhibition packages working closely with a business development team on longer term partnerships as well as working with events managers to ensure exhibition logistics are fulfilled. This role balances sales, account and logistics management and is varied and interesting.
 
To be successful in this position you will have excellent customer relationship skills, with the ability to manage successful external relationships. The Head of Service post holder will take the lead responsibility (under Ofsted registration) as the Registered Manager of CoramIAC. They will ensure the ongoing delivery of an outstanding VAA that is fully compliant with national minimum standards and regulations; and ensuring high quality adoption support and a sufficient supply of adopters that reflects the diversity of the countries they are adopting from.

The Director of Income Generation & Marketing will lead the design and delivery of an ambitious, innovative, and sustainable income generation and marketing strategy. The Assistant will play a key role in ISEAL´s team, providing assistance to two managers to ensure efficient administration of their respective work areas - membership and operations. In the operations team, the successful candidate will get involved in the processes of running an international not for profit organisation, while also supporting the membership team in high quality member communications and data management.

To be considered for this role, you will need to be well-organised with great attention to detail and an excellent ability to follow up agreed tasks. Working efficiently and reliably under direction, you have a friendly and professional demeanour and are comfortable in your communications and interactions with colleagues and external stakeholders. The key responsibilities we entrust you with

Operations Support

• Guide and assist ISEAL staff in using software tools effectively by leading inductions, writing guidance, sharing best practice, providing training and trouble-shooting issues that arise

• Facilitate internal communications by supporting regular and ad hoc staff meetings
• Work closely with Senior Manager Operations on improvement projects, including leading smaller projects

• Support other ISEAL teams to communicate appropriately with members through our different channels and mailing lists, checking for adherence to brand guidelines

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Procurement Stores Officer to join the Procurement team. Your role is to maintain the required stock levels of essential medical and housekeeping equipment to ensure there are no stock outs.

Provision of services include processing deliveries, monitoring stock levels, assisting users with order processing in our order management system, carrying out stock takes as required.

As a part of the Procurement team, the role holder will be expected to liaise with managers and staff across the Trust. The role holder is expected to work closely with the other members of the team and where appropriate assist in works as and when required to do so.

Role Requirements

• Responsible for working with Procurement & Purchasing Officer to develop a new process for goods in, collaborating with Helpdesk, Logistics and Security to adapt and improve the goods inwards process to further support all departments.
• Responsible for maintaining stock levels in stores, ensuring accurate record keeping is developed and maintained.
• Building a new process with the support of the Procurement Lead in respect of the Shops stock management system for cleaning and stationery materials to make efficiencies
• Ensure stocks are stored and handled appropriately and correctly rotated.
• Maintain accurate records on-line of stock levels and receipting stock orders as required
• Keeping stock records and pricing updated.
• Making deliveries across site as required if Logistics are unavailable
