This is an opportunity to provide trauma-informed, gender-sensitive casework support with women impacted by their own or someone else’s gambling who are experiencing complex and intersecting challenges including mental health difficulties, debt, homelessness, relationship breakdown, neurodiversity, coercive control, isolation and safeguarding risks.

The role provides longer-term, structured support and advocacy, primarily online and by telephone, helping women stabilise, rebuild safety, access services and strengthen resilience.

This role requires high emotional literacy, strong boundaries, and safe risk management within a multi-agency framework.

Key Responsibilities

Intensive Casework Support

• Provide structured 1:1 support to women with complex needs.
• Develop collaborative support plans with clear goals and review points.
• Provide safety planning where risk is identified.
• Support women navigating debt, housing, legal and safeguarding systems.
• Facilitate access to specialist services (mental health, housing, domestic abuse, financial advice, substance misuse, etc.).
• Support women experiencing homelessness risk, including advocacy with local authorities and housing providers.
• Maintain ongoing contact over medium-to-longer term support journeys (as agreed in service model).

Risk Assessment & Safeguarding

• Identify and respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns.

FearFree delivers services across the Southwest for victims, children and perpetrators of domestic abuse, sexual violence and stalking with the aim to break the cycle of abuse and support all to live free from fear. We provide trauma responsive support, and this post will be fundamental to ensuring service users, stakeholders and partners experience this in our daily delivery.  

As a RISE Advisor working on our RISE programme you will be a fundamental part of our team, supporting the delivery and the development of the service. The service provides a range of trauma-informed and person-centred one to one and group support to victims and those who have harmed aged 15 and above. We provided focused support to those impacted by Domestic Abuse, Sexual Violence and Stalking to access education, training, employment or volunteering.

FearFree is committed to flexible and hybrid working and this role will be a mix of home based and office based, alongside requiring travel for multi-agency meetings and other deliverables.

This role will be on a 12 month contract and can be based in Devon, Wiltshire or Gloucestershire. It may include evening and weekend work when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage and assess service users to consider their suitability for the RISE Service.
• Utilise a trauma informed approach to help people return to or access ETE.
• Support individuals to increase work related skills, such as the development of CV writing, financial management and IT skills.
• Work with a diverse client group, creating bespoke action and support plans for each individual.
• Facilitate group support sessions in addition to one-to-one support.
• With support and advice from the Service manager, support and help develop new groups following a trauma informed approach.
• Build and further developing relationships/links with ETE providers and corporate partners to expand the provision for our service users.
• Risk assess those you are supporting and take proactive action to address risk and safeguarding concerns.
• Play an active role in the recruitment process of volunteers in addition to management of volunteers, ensuring they are kept up to date and involved in the organisation, and able to support our service users.
• Ensure risk assessments are completed where required and safety plans are completed on time and regularly.

About the role:

As an IDVA you will:-

• Ensure that male survivors' safety and housing needs are met by supporting survivors to access safe accommodation
• Provide a pro-active, high quality, frontline service to victims of domestic abuse through on-going risk assessment, individual safety planning, advocacy, emotional and practical support.
• Work within a multi-agency framework consisting of the MARAC and local partnership responses to domestic abuse to keep safety central to all services for victims of domestic abuse

Survivors in Transition has supported survivors of sexual violence and abuse for over a decade. We provide specialist recovery services across the East of England, working alongside statutory and voluntary partners to ensure survivors receive safe, compassionate and effective support.

About us: Tender is an arts charity working with children and young people to prevent domestic abuse and sexual violence through creative projects. Our programmes are safe, enjoyable, age-appropriate spaces where young people can engage with sensitive topics and ‘rehearse’ for real-life scenarios. About the role: We have been appointed as the secretariat of an Expert Reference Group (ERG) comprising a network of organisations in the London-wide violence against women and girls (VAWG) sector. The ERG supports the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC) with its delivery of the Mayor’s VAWG strategy.

As the secretariat for the ERG, we will ensure that the VAWG sector is fully involved in MOPAC’s VAWG-related work. We will convene regular meetings and other opportunities for ERG members to raise, discuss and escalate to MOPAC relevant issues affecting the VAWG sector, ensure the needs of victim-survivors of VAWG are represented, and bring together the shared expertise and knowledge of the VAWG sector to provide expert insight to MOPAC’s VAWG-related work.  

We are looking for a partner network coordinator to coordinate the operations of the ERG; support the partner network manager in liaising with MOPAC, the VAWG Board, and other key stakeholders; and ensure that the needs of both the VAWG sector and MOPAC are appropriately managed and represented through the ERG. The coordinator will work closely with the partner network manager, who will have overall responsibility for the operations of the ERG.

The Drive Partnership, formed by Respect, SafeLives and Social Finance, is working to transform the national response to perpetrators of domestic abuse. We work to end domestic abuse and protect victims by disrupting, challenging, and changing the behaviour of those who are causing harm. Together we have developed the Drive Project to address a gap in work with high-harm, high-risk perpetrators of domestic abuse. 

This PA role will have a particular focus on supporting the Director of the Drive Partnership whilst also supporting across SafeLives SLT as required.

The role will need an individual who can work comfortably across partnerships, ensuring that relationships and priorities are managed with ease and efficiency. Managing multiple diaries, assisting the Board and dealing with a variety of stakeholders will be intrinsic to your daily responsibilities. This role requires an individual that possesses excellent organisational skills and is a strong relationship builder.

You will ensure the smooth operation of SafeLives mission by supporting SLT to navigate a complex landscape of responsibilities and initiatives. Representing the charity with many of their senior stakeholders, managing a busy Senior Leadership office and dealing with senior executives across the charity sector, government, business and philanthropy will be key. The role encompasses working with The Drive Partnership Board, which requires the successful candidate to be able to manage and coordinate multiple diaries, governance, minuting and administrating board meetings.

If you are experienced in ‘spinning multiple plates’, are excellent at developing internal relationships, overseeing governance responsibilities for a Board and possess a track record in managing a varied and fast paced workload we would love to hear from you. Key skills required for this role include an ability to communicate to a variety of individuals, managing competing priorities, being a good team player and an individual who is experienced in working under pressure.

Refuge is developing and expanding its Vietnamese and Chinese Community Outreach Service for victims of domestic abuse. We have the following opportunity for a high-calibre, committed female applicant who is able to speak Mandarin fluently.

In this exciting newly enhanced service, you will provide high quality personal welfare support for Chinese survivors of domestic abuse. You will be based in the borough of Lewisham but will provide support to survivors nationally. You will work with survivors from the point of crisis, providing high quality personal welfare support. You will conduct key work sessions on a regular basis and support women in assessing and managing risk to themselves and their children’s safety. You will assist survivors in Mandarin and English ensuring they are aware of their legal rights to protection and have access to benefits such as housing. 

Methodical and well-organised, you will have significant proven experience of providing direct emotional, practical and welfare support; ideally you will have previous experience of outreach work with women and children or working with vulnerable groups. You will be experienced in identifying and responding to the risks to and needs of survivors of domestic abuse. With an up-to-date knowledge of relevant civil and criminal legislation, you will have a demonstrable ability to use Microsoft Office and the ability to build and develop supportive relationships with women and children fleeing domestic abuse. Applicants must be able to read and speak in Mandarin.

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen within the organisation to Manage/Lead the Drive programme across Warwickshire. 

Drive is an innovative national project that aims to improve the lives and safety of victims and children, by holding high-risk perpetrators to account. The project combines case management of perpetrators with a co-ordinated multi-agency response.  

As Service Manager, you will lead and manage the delivery of the Drive programme and interventions. You will champion the Cranstoun values across the organisation and drive the Cranstoun ‘people’ agenda ensuring a culture based on fairness, collaboration and trust. You will support the team leaders and Case Managers in their work, ensuring high quality and safe practice by completing regular case reviews of active cases. 

As Service Manager, you will manage a team of Case Managers and Panel Coordinator. 

You will work closely alongside and within a wider team of multi -agency stakeholders.  

The successful candidate will have management skills and a demonstrable track record within the field of domestic abuse and/or with highly complex cohorts. You will have experience and passion for collaboration, partnership, strategic and organisational development.  

Post holder will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check against relevant barred lists.
