As Marketing Executive - Supporter Journeys, you will be responsible for the delivery of supporter journey activity, planning and executing individual and church supporter journey activities across various channels, including direct mail, telephone, and digital.

• Delivering marketing/supporter engagement campaigns across multiple channels including direct mail, email and telephone.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and how to use data to design and monitor performance
• Project managing efficiently and communicating clearly with multiple stakeholders

Hybrid working: This role is eligible for hybrid working and you will be required to work from  Teddington's Tearfund office and from your home by agreement with the line manager. This currently means around 2 days per month working from the Teddington office, with the rest worked from home.

About the role

The Director of Fundraising will play a pivotal role in driving income growth and ensuring the long-term sustainability of King's Trust International. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will provide strategic leadership across all fundraising activity, nurturing an exceptional team and leveraging high-level networks across the King's Trust Group globally.

You will oversee two core income streams-philanthropy and corporate partnerships-while expanding opportunities through institutional funding, impact investment and innovative income models. Building on the momentum of Generation Potential, you will shape and implement an ambitious strategy that strengthens KTI's global impact and supports its mission to empower young people to thrive.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver KTI's annual fundraising target (£6.25m), driving sustained growth and diversification.

• Oversee and support Philanthropy and Corporate Partnerships teams, fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture.

• Develop strategies to engage new donors and partners, including high-net-worth individuals, trusts, foundations, corporates and institutional funders.

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders including KTI's Board of Trustees, Africa Advisory Board, Pakistan Development Group and the King's Trust Group internationally.

• Identify and develop new income opportunities, including consultancy, programme commercialisation and impact investment.

• Ensure robust governance, compliance and adherence to ethical fundraising standards.

• Represent KTI externally at key events, cultivating relationships and inspiring major donors and partners worldwide.

• Champion equality, diversity and inclusion, ensuring fundraising is culturally responsive and globally relevant.

The ideal candidate

• Proven success securing significant philanthropic or partnership income (including £1m+ gifts), ideally internationally.

• Experience leading and inspiring high-performing fundraising teams.

As the Supporter Care Officer, you'll be part of wider fundraising team, reporting to brilliant Supporter Care Manager – a small but might team. You’ll be at the heart of helping deliver outstanding supporter care experience, assisting the smooth running of fundraising operations and smooth handling of non-supporter communications.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Making sure every supporter feels heard, valued, and appreciated
• Managing donation processes and supporter communications with care and efficiency
• Supporting the team with admin tasks that keep everything running smoothly
• Working closely with colleagues across teams to create a brilliant supporter experience
• Develop and refresh supporter journeys across engagement channels, working with Engagement and Digital teams
• Review and refresh “thank you” materials, communications and processes.
• Respond to supporter enquiries received by phone and email, acting as a first point of contact for supporters.
• Contribute to the integrity of the database by amending supporter details as necessary and recognising areas for improvement to support the Supporter Experience Manager with maintenance of the CRM.

• Experience in customer service, supporter care, or a similar rolerking knowledge of online fundraising
• Strong communication skills and a real empathy for people

• Comfortable using databases, emails, and admin systems – they use Salesforce – if you have experience of this, would be advantageous
• A positive attitude and a willingness to pitch in
