Email Marketing Coordinator
These are exciting times for the charity, and we have an excellent opportunity for a proactive and professional team player with outstanding organisational and interpersonal skills and a strong customer service ethic, to join the busy Digital Team, as an Email Marketing Coordinator.
Position: Email Marketing Coordinator
Location: Devon/Hybrid (onsite attendance currently anticipated to be 1 day per month)
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week, 08.30-16.30, Monday-Friday
Salary: £31,177 annum
Contract: Permanent

About the Role
As Email Marketing Coordinator, you will spearhead the creation and implementation of innovative email marketing campaigns that boost engagement and drive conversions. Associate Director, Global Donor Experience & Engagement
Role type: Permanent; full-time or part-time hours considered, minimum 0.8 FTE
Location: Godalming, UK (hybrid working pattern 2x days in the office per week). The office is located close to Godalming station, with direct trains from/to London Waterloo in approximately 45 minutes.
Salary: £65,000 -£70,000 per annum (depending upon skills and experience)
About the role
As our Associate Director, Global Donor Experience & Engagement, you’ll lead the development of our fundraising narratives, storytelling, high-impact communications, digital media and events across digital and offline channels, ensuring a consistent and powerful donor experience at every touchpoint.
This is a new role and a member of the Fundraising Senior Management Team. You’ll need to be a strategic partner, who is able to make an early impact, which will help to enable our fundraising teams to strengthen donor relationships, increase engagement and create the conditions for sustainable and transformational income growth.

To succeed in this exciting role, you will need to have significant previous experience at a similar level in fundraising communications, donor engagement, events, marketing or supporter experience, ideally within a charity or not-for-profit setting. You’ll need to be a confident strategic leader with exceptional storytelling and editorial skills, a strong understanding of donor motivations and supporter journeys, with the ability to translate organisational strategy into compelling fundraising narratives.

The Social Media Officer focuses on delivering engaging and effective day-to-day social media activity across the Foundation’s charity brands. The role supports the Social Media Manager in executing the social media strategy by managing content calendars, creating static and video content, and overseeing daily posting and community management. The Social Media Officer ensures consistent, high-quality output that connects with audiences, supports awareness and fundraising goals, and reflects brand voice across multiple platforms. The role also involves monitoring trends, contributing ideas for content, and collaborating with colleagues and partners to ensure social media activity aligns with wider organisational objectives.
In addition, the Social Media Officer role has a strong operational and data-driven focus, involving the use of analytics to track performance and inform improvements through regular reporting. The role is responsible for administration tasks such as managing accounts, supporting paid social processes, and analysing donation and engagement data. The Social Media Officer also provides hands-on support during events, ensuring live social media coverage when needed, including outside regular hours where necessary.
