Job Summary
The Two Cities Area Director of Ministry is a member of the Two Cities Area Team, responsible for providing visionary leadership and ensuring good management of key ministry initiatives. Specifically, the postholder oversees fostering vocations to lay and ordained ministries, directing ordinands, supervising post ordination training, overseeing clergy ministerial review, development (MDR), and training and facilitating lay training programmes. As a member of the Two Cities Area Team the Area Director of Ministry, working closely with the Area Archdeacons, will also contribute to strategic planning and implementation of ministry objectives within the Area.
Job responsibilities
Develops Vocations and Support Ordinands
- Organises events to equip and inspire both lay and ordained vocations.
- Collaborates with clergy/churches to nurture a diversity of vocations.
- Leads the AADO team overseeing candidate discernment and ordinand training.
- Supports ordinands through training, collaborating with TEIs.
- Organises the UBT for the Two Cities Area.
Manages Post-Ordination Training, CMD and IME2
- Oversees Area post-ordination training programs with Stepney Area (IME2).
- Plans Area ordination retreat and service with Stepney Area.
- Manages the curate placement process and oversees curates’ reviews for the Two Cities Area.
- Organises induction and training events for clergy and LLM development.
- Facilitates Area training events (including Clergy Study Days and Area Conferences)
- Oversees the Two Cities Area process of Ministerial Development Review (MDR)
- Ensures regular communication about training opportunities and oversees grants.

Role Purpose
Working alongside our chief executive (who is an experienced fundraiser), an external larger bid writing resource and heads of programmes, the key objectives are to successfully generate income with grants valuing up to c.£10k in line with KLS fundraising plan and annual budget; develop and maintain relationships, and secure funding from, a portfolio of loyal and prospective supporters. Stewardship, reporting, pipeline and other database management tasks are other key features of the role.

Context and purpose of role
The Out There Award (OTA) increases the skills, confidence and social connections of young adults (18-26 years) from diverse backgrounds to enjoy the outdoors responsibly. As a member of the Programmes team, the Programme Lead (Out There Award) will be responsible for the successful development and delivery of the programme across GB.
Key responsibilities
- Lead on the design, development and operational delivery of the Out There Award programme across GB.
- Create operational delivery plans – to identify milestones, monitor risks, resolve issues and manage resource requirements.

About us: Tender is an arts charity working with children and young people to prevent domestic abuse and sexual violence through creative projects. Spring Community Hub exists to ensure that no one in our Southwark community goes hungry. But we don’t just provide food:
We work alongside people to help them escape poverty, build confidence, and find community.
Our principal activity is the prevention of food poverty and food insecurity by offering culturally appropriate food, fresh fruits, and vegetables as well as dietary and religiously appropriate food which we have continued to run at our five-week sessions to local people for as long as they address the underlying cause.
We also provide a range of wraparound support, including advice services, particularly around employment and immigration through our Back2Work Team, Holiday Clubs for Children, Youth Groups, a Clothing Bank and our Spring Up Women’s group.

The Service Officer will play a crucial role in supporting the mission of our charity by providing comprehensive assistance and advocacy services to individuals and families in need. This position will involve engaging with diverse communities and ensuring that all services are delivered with cultural sensitivity.
The Service Officer will work collaboratively with staff and volunteers to deliver Food Bank services, Activity Camps, and Afterschool club, advice and advocacy support, clothing assistance, cooking programs, and Social Supermarket Operations, as well as support initiatives for the elderly, individuals experiencing poverty and isolation, and families with children.

Q:alliance provides support, information and representation for the LGBTQ+ people who live, work and play in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. We have detailed knowledge of the issues and challenges that organisations and individuals face locally.
It’s our goal to create more safe spaces and resources to ensure the LGBTQ+ community is well represented and supported.
Scope
This established role will engage the LGBTQ+ Schools Partnership Forum (Milton Keynes) to plan, deliver and evaluate educational programmes for young people and manage a 1:1 caseload of support for LGBTQ+ young people across schools, colleges, and youth services in Milton Keynes. You will develop and implement training to upskill teachers, education staff and youth workers. Working collaboratively with all partners to ensure safe spaces for young LGBTQ+ people across diverse settings with particular focus on increasing resilience, wellbeing, and mental health of LGBTQ+ youth communities.
You will work closely with our youth work team and CEO to determine targets for outreach, engagement, and effective monitoring systems to ensure robust reporting.
Main Responsibilities
· Networking – Strengthen the LGBTQ+ Schools Partnership Forum, supporting teachers, education staff and youth workers to access resources, implement inclusive learning environments and provide support for LGBTQ+ young people in their settings. Coordinate meetings with the network to update on shifting needs, priorities, and situations in a local and national context.
· Data capture and intelligence - Support Q;alliance’s commitment to sustaining a contemporary data and monitoring mechanism, guaranteeing we can deliver thorough evaluations of our services and competent feedback to our funders and stakeholders on the efficacy of our work. Analyse local intelligence directly from LGBTQ+ youth communities and use this to co-produce plans with young people to ensure our youth services are engaging and meeting needs.
· Support, information and empowerment – develop and implement resources for 1:1 education and resilience work with LGBTQ+ young people, provide support for young people in crisis, ensuring effective signposting to relevant services and collaboration with parents, guardians, teachers and education staff where appropriate.
· Innovation – work with the CEO, LGBTQ+ Schools Partnership Forum and young people to innovate a schools accreditation system that will acknowledge and cultivate schools’ competence to provide safe spaces and support for LGBTQ+ young people.
· Stakeholder and community engagement – Work with Communications and Engagement Manager to plan outreach activities in line with Engagement Plan and communicate with youth communities in line with our Communications Strategy. Forge and support enduring relationships with key partners, strengthening our commitment to building an alliance of cross-sector compassionate advocates for the LGBTQ+ community in its diverse forms.
· Education – Plan, develop and deliver positive and engaging classroom workshops and school assemblies to a wide range of young people, ensuring key messages are inclusive of diverse perspectives, including those from black and minoritized communities.
· Training - Develop and deliver training for teachers, education staff and youth workers with the aim of improving the wellbeing of LGBTQ+ youth communities and the capacity of those with the power to assist in this endeavour.

You will chair a dynamic network of school and college leads and empower team members with the information you have gained so that we can better respond to the needs of LGBTQ+ young people, including how this may relate to securing vital funds for services. You will help our youth workers understand the impact education has on the lives of our youth communities, whilst championing the good work of teachers and education staff who are trailblazers. You will ensure continuity of support between school, Q:Hub (our youth support space) and our other youth service provisions.
The LGBTQ+ Youth Outreach Practitioner will have responsibility for the following documents.
· Youth engagement subdivision of the Engagement Plan (Comms and Engagement Manager responsibility for wider plan)
· Contact Evaluation forms/data capture
· Monthly Outreach Report
· Youth Participation Policy
· Resource library pertaining to our work with young people
· LGBTQ+ Schools Partnership Forum minutes (approx. 6 meetings per year)

This is an exciting time for First Give, as we have recently launched our three-year strategy and our ambition to activate the generosity of a million young people by 2034. In order to meet the requirements of the organisation for this ambitious growth a new 3 year fundraising strategy has been developed which includes expanding and diversifying our fundraising streams into Corporate and HNWI. We have also recently launched recruitment for a Fundraising Campaign Board Chair. The Campaign, A Route to A Million, aims to raise an additional £1.5 million over the next 3 years.
Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager
We are seeking a dynamic, strategic and relationship-driven Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager to lead on growing and stewarding First Give’s portfolio of high-value funders. This role will focus on securing income from High Net Worth Individuals and developing corporate partnerships – from first engagement to account management and delivery.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping First Give’s income growth, working closely with our Deputy Director. This role will also support key engagement activities, including hosting donors at student-led Final events and facilitating employee volunteering at schools.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident fundraiser and communicator with experience managing and deepening relationships with both individuals and corporates – someone who thrives on strategy, storytelling, and social impact.

Corporate Partnerships
- Work with the Deputy Director and members of the Campaign Board to develop a proactive pipeline of corporate partners, focusing on strategic alignment, mutual benefit and long-term value
- Lead on developing tailored pitches, proposal decks and partner materials
- Support the delivery of corporate partnerships, including recognition, benefits, volunteering engagement and impact reporting
Donor Engagement and Stewardship
- Work with the Deputy Director and Campaign Board to identify and cultivate new HNWI prospects
- Collaborate with members of First Give’s Fundraising Campaign Board to generate and support with requests for funding to HNWI and Corporates
- Develop and implement a HNWI outreach strategy, including managing a cultivation pipeline and tracking engagement milestones
- Coordinate and deliver engaging stewardship activities and materials, including tailored updates, reports, and thank-you communications
Person Specification
Essential Experience and Skills
- Demonstrable success in securing significant income from Corporates and HNWI
- Strong experience managing relationships with institutional donors, from cultivation to reporting
- Excellent written communication skills – able to craft compelling, strategic proposals and reports
- Understanding of corporate fundraising and partnership delivery, including employee engagement and volunteering
- Confident and personable – able to represent First Give at events and in donor meetings
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders or board members
- Strong pipeline management and ability to prioritise and coordinate multiple prospects and reporting requirements

We are the Government’s National College for Digital Skills and are passionate about educating and empowering the next generation of diverse digital talent through our Sixth Form and our Apprenticeship Programme. We are a growing college with a Sixth Form and Apprenticeship Programme in London Victoria and Manchester. Our student body is diverse and we are committed to using tech as a tool for social mobility.
All of our students study computer science for at least 70% of their curriculum; our wider curriculum offering affords our learners extensive contact with our industry partners through our skills curriculum, guest speakers, work place visits, exceptional interactions, coaching program and industry projects.
Our students achieve highly across all subjects and progress to an amazing range of destinations. Our current cohort of Y13 learners have received fantastic offers from a host of Russell Group Universities, as well as employers to join their respective apprenticeship schemes.
Purpose of the Role
You will provide administrative support to our skills curriculum, that we deliver to every learner across Y12 and Y13, as well as support our learners to build their knowledge of their progression options by supporting the many industry and university interactions we curate. This will require meaningful collaboration with our Sixth Form team, our learners, as well as the External Relations Team. You will also be tasked to provide administrative support to our T-level learners when they are on their industry placements. This is an immensely rewarding role for the right candidate and will play a substantial part in a student’s progression during their two years of study in our sixth form.
Main Responsibilities
To support the delivery of our skills curriculum by providing all administrative support necessary to facilitate:
- Teaching staff to secure learner engagement in their skills development;
- External third parties to contribute to the skills curriculum;
- Industry volunteers and wider Ada staff to assess learners’ skills.
To provide all administrative support necessary to facilitate, amongst others:
