The Head of Fundraising will lead all fundraising activities, overseeing the full spectrum of income generation to support our mission of empowering young people through football and education. This is an extremely exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to lead on fundraising for an organisation which has barely scratched the surface of the fundraising landscape. There is autonomy over the direction of travel with a lot of support from the CEO on ideas and future programmes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Strategic Fundraising Leadership
o Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy to grow income across all streams, aligning with the Foundation’s goals.
o Set long-term targets for income growth, monitoring progress and adapting strategies to capitalise on emerging opportunities.
o Act as a key ambassador, representing the Foundation at senior-level meetings with funders and corporate leaders to secure support.
· Trusts, Foundations, and Statutory Funding
o Lead on securing multi-year grants from major trusts, foundations, and statutory bodies, producing compelling applications and stewardship reports.
o Manage a portfolio of high-value trust relationships, cultivating new leads and ensuring personalised engagement to maximise funding.
o Oversee statutory funding bids, including government departments and local authorities, to support programme.
· Philanthropy, Major Donors, and Individual Giving
o Build and steward a portfolio of major donors and philanthropists, networking to identify prospects and delivering tailored proposals to secure gifts.
o Develop individual giving campaigns, including digital appeals and supporter journeys, to grow recurring donations and engage a broader donor base.
o Foster long-term relationships through personalised stewardship, ensuring high levels of donor satisfaction and retention.
· Corporate Partnerships and Brand Collaborations
o Secure corporate partnerships for sponsorships, employee volunteering, and content production, leveraging the Foundation’s football focus to attract partners.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to align corporate engagement with brand visibility and impact storytelling.
o Negotiate and manage partnerships that provide financial support, in-kind contributions, or co-branded initiatives to enhance programme delivery.
· Events and Community Fundraising
o Plan and oversee fundraising events, such as corporate football tournaments, charity matches, and supporter evenings, to raise funds and build engagement.
o Manage event logistics, budgets, and partnerships to ensure successful delivery and measurable ROI.
· Digital Fundraising and Innovation
o Support digital fundraising strategies, including online campaigns, social media appeals, and email marketing to grow donor acquisition and retention.
o Champion the use of AI and new technologies to optimise fundraising processes, such as personalised donor communications and data analysis.
o Ensure robust data management in CRM systems to track donor interactions, compliance with GDPR, and fundraising performance.
· Team Management and Cross-Team Collaboration
o Work with programme delivery, marketing, and operations teams to create compelling propositions and gather impact data for fundraising materials.
o Ensure all fundraising complies with legal, ethical, and governance standards, mitigating risks and upholding transparency.

o Ensure all fundraising activities, events, and donor engagements comply with the Foundation’s safeguarding policies, including DBS checks and risk assessments.
Person Specification
· Essential Skills and Experience:
o Proven track record of securing significant funding across multiple streams, such as trusts, statutory bodies, philanthropy, corporates, and events.

Education Support is the only UK charity dedicated to supporting the mental health and wellbeing of teachers and education staff in schools, colleges and universities.
The purpose of the Finance and Data Manager role is to support their financial and operational decision-making processes. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance and Data Systems, this role is responsible for the timely and accurate production of management accounts and data reporting across the organisation. The Finance and Data Manager will be required to use their strong financial acumen, technical proficiency in data analysis tools, and ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.

The key duties of the Part-Time Finance & Data Manager are as follows:
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary.
- Lead on day-to-day financial operational activity
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with departmental leads.
- Manage accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Assist with year-end audit preparation and liaise with auditors as required.
- Implement and maintain robust financial controls and processes.
- Support and advise budget holders on management accounts review/analysis.
- Develop and maintain a suite of reports to assist in monitoring performance, impact and strategic decision-making.
- Extract, clean, and analyse data from multiple systems to provide actionable insights.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand data needs and develop reporting solutions.
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency in reporting processes.
- To consider and implement process system improvements to improve user experience and enhance finance processing
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in management accounting and financial reporting.
- Experience with accounting systems (e.g. Xero, Sage, SAP, or similar).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner.
- Relationship building skills, both in the team and across the organisation.
This role will officially be based out of their offices in Holloway, however flexible working arrangements are on offer, with up to 60% of the week eligible to be worked from home.

About You
You’re a confident, compassionate professional who thrives on collaboration and innovation. You’ll bring:
- A Doctorate in Educational Psychology and HCPC registration.
- Significant post-qualification experience supporting children and young people in educational settings.
- Expertise working with complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism spectrum conditions, and mental health challenges.
- In-depth knowledge of current educational systems and SEND frameworks.

Role Purpose

The Community Engagement Officer is an essential role in fostering strong relationships with current and prospective members of the School Library Association community. The postholder will provide frontline support, drive online and in person engagement through outreach initiatives, and contribute to the growth and sustainability of the membership base. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about school libraries, children's books, education, and community-building. An expert communicator, you will be experienced in developing relationships with a variety of stakeholders at all levels and relish a busy role.
Coordinating and supporting our Branch network, you will collaborate on initiatives for development, delivery and new projects as they come online. You will be the first port of call for advice and expertise relating to school libraries and enabling our members to more effectively support their school communities. As resident children’s book expert, you will help with initiatives such as the SLA Information Book Award and member book related events. Supporting the delivery of online and in-person networking events and workshops for members, you will work with your SLA colleagues, in particular the Training and Events Officer, to deliver a high-quality member offer and to ensure member needs are reflected in all offerings. The ability to travel to training and events across the UK is essential. Duties include:
Branch network and member support
- Support the SLA Branch Network and member outreach
- Identify opportunities for developing initiatives to grow and develop the Branch network community, that will deliver on the SLA mission
- Develop strong relationships with local, regional and national stakeholders to support network growth and enable members to take full advantage of all relevant opportunities available to them
- Provide advice for SLA members on all aspects of school libraries, ensuring they are supported and can be as effective as possible in their school communities
- Drive engagement and development of online communities as part of the branch network
- Coordinate the mentoring scheme and ensure it is promoted effectively, with necessary support and development available to mentees and training for mentors
Training and events
- Support the development and delivery of a calendar of online and in-person networking and engagement events and workshops
- Represent the association at relevant events and for programmes (e.g., conferences, webinars, book awards)
- Support development of training programmes, toolkits and resources using member insight to inform
Outreach and communications
- Use sector insight to identify opportunities for development of research and other initiatives, maintaining links and horizon scanning
- Provide SLA consultancy aligned with strategic approaches, supporting schools with development of their libraries, reading and information literacy provision to help children and young people reach their full potential
- Contribute to SLA communications such as TSL, newsletters, updates, and promotional materials
- Oversee the book review process in support of TSL, our quarterly journal
An ability to foster collaboration and community engagement will be an important part of this role. All team members contribute to office admin, maintaining member data and general office support.
To be successful in this role you should ideally be able to demonstrate:
- experience of working in school libraries, the education sector and a strong understanding of the education landscape
- strong knowledge of children and young people’s literature across the age ranges
- understanding of the curriculum and teaching and learning outcomes
- experience developing and delivering inspirational training, online and in person
- experience creating training resources, toolkits, teaching and learning activities
- the ability to galvanise and inspire others with flair and creativity
- the ability to multi-task, manage own workload, prioritise and meet competing deadlines

The salary for this position is £19, 594.59 (FTE £29,000) for 25 hours per week, and comes with a 6% employer pension contribution.
This is a remote working role, with regular all team meetings which you will be required to attend, in addition to training and events across the UK and online. Working patterns can be negotiated. What we are looking for
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Project Officer to support the delivery and evaluation of our mental health services in schools, as well as our nursery and family centre. You’ll be part of a passionate team working to improve children’s life chances through early intervention and family support.
Duties and Responsibilities
Service Analysis and Quality Assurance
- Support the collection and analysis of accurate, timely and high-quality data on our services via Salesforce CRM (training provided, with the opportunity to become a qualified Salesforce Administrator).
- Assist Service Managers in delivering mental health training for school staff and parents/carers, including managing bookings, invites, attendance lists, and queries.
- Coordinate, monitor and support the evaluation of whole school services, including training and wellbeing interventions.
- Maintain effective and up-to-date digital filing systems.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and external contacts, developing a deep understanding of our services and their impact on children’s lives.
Family Liaison and Support
- Undertake office and reception duties from 4pm – 6.30pm, including liaising with parents, answering calls, and welcoming visitors.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding of new families to our nursery and family centre, including reviewing statutory childcare funding options.
- Help develop a programme of workshops for parents/carers, assessing needs and tailoring support.
- Assist in the delivery, evaluation and monitoring of mental health and wellbeing services for families using the nursery.
- Collaborate with the Centre Coordinator to plan and deliver family activities, including day trips to safari parks and the seaside.

CDMT is the industry body for world-class professional schools, conservatoires and awarding organisations in the performing arts, and we are a strong advocate on behalf of the sector.
The Director of the CDMT plays a strategic role in performing arts training, education and assessment nationally and manages the staff and resources of an organisation of UK-wide standing. The CDMT is financed primarily by membership subscriptions. As this source of income is restricted, the successful applicant will need to demonstrate a strategic business sense and a successful income-driven record that will enable the CDMT to create, diversify and take full advantage of developing opportunities.
The Director must be able to liaise effectively with all sectors of the dance, drama, music and musical theatre education communities. They will have wide knowledge and experience of arts education at all stages of development from entry level, through Further/Higher Education to post-graduate level, and will also require an understanding of qualification frameworks in the UK. Knowledge and experience of inspection and self-assessment mechanisms similar to those operated by the Office for Students, Ofsted and Ofqual, is desirable.
The role includes advocacy on behalf of the sector and requires an ability to offer support and advice to professional schools, conservatoires and awarding organisations as well as informing the thinking of regulators, civil servants and parliamentarians. This demands a high level of tact, diplomacy, professional understanding and tenacity as well as intellectual rigour and integrity.

What’s your mission?
In this role you will embody Ada’s culture, being responsible for the wellbeing of the staff and attracting new talent as well as providing effective leadership and line management of the People function. Reporting directly into the CEO, you will act as a trusted, strategic partner, ensuring alignment on both organisation and people capabilities, fostering a culture of high performance and growth. You will be responsible for leading the People and Talent team across our London and Manchester campuses, and ensuring relevant processes are followed as well as driving forward people management priorities and initiatives. This is a hands-on operational role that will also stretch your strategic thinking and planning skills. The role is expected to evolve in seniority as you build out the team underneath you in line with the College’s planned growth in learner volumes and staff headcount. The postholder will be expected to make regular visits to the college’s campus in Manchester/London.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
● Management -
○ Partner the Executive Leadership Team to lead on the implementation of Ada’s people management strategy as part of our new organisational strategy.
○ You will set clear priorities and focus areas for the People team, effectively managing performance, and supporting development.
○ Provide effective day-to-day support for the Executive Leadership Team and line managers to ensure the College runs smoothly, is attracting ever an ever better quality of candidates for vacant roles and is HR compliant at all times.

● Building our Employer Brand -

● Employee Relations -

○ Provide support and guidance to line managers and the Executive Leadership Team. Acting as a trusted advisor in all cases including performance management, conflict resolution and disciplinary cases ensuring Ada’s policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
○ Act as the leader on topics/requests related to policies, employment law and compliance.
○ Ensure policies and procedures are reviewed regularly and are up to date.
● Systems & Processes -
○ Provide support on change management programmes including restructures, ensuring change processes are implemented smoothly and risks are identified and mitigated in a timely manner.
○ Drive adoption of the recently implemented HR platform (i.e. AccessHR). Ensure all staff adhere to the agreed processes including performance management.
Plans are to effectively link performance management to reward and recognition.
○ Proactively review existing processes and identify areas to introduce efficiencies.
● Diversity & Inclusion - Partner with the Executive Leadership Team, and lead on the implementation of the EDI action plan. In time, evolve this into a more formal strategy that ensures Ada remains an inclusive and welcoming employer across our campuses for all our staff and other stakeholders.
Key Skills and experience required
- A minimum of 4 years previous People/HR generalist and partnering experience preferably with some experience of working in schools, colleges, universities, training providers or education management organisations.
- Level 7 CIPD qualified, or similar experience is essential Demonstrable experience of improving talent attraction, selection and development
- Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of UK employment law and experience in handling complex ER cases, Employment Tribunals, ACAS Conciliations and Settlements.

About the role
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Leadership Giving Officer to cultivate and solicit gifts from alumni who have the capacity to make donations to the university of between £1,000 and £50,000.
You will be working in an exciting and varied role that blends marketing and fundraising skills as part of the Leadership Giving team within the Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement department. We are a warm, collaborative, and enthusiastic team with a passion for innovative fundraising for meaningful impact.
The postholder will support fundraising for exciting and impactful initiatives across the university. The primary responsibility of the role is to manage two of the flagship Leadership Giving Programmes: the Kingsmaker Guild and Key to King’s. Additionally, they will also manage a portfolio of prospective and existing donors who they will connect with personally, engaging them with the university with the aim of soliciting new or uplifted donations.
Sitting within the KCL Philanthropy Team and working collaboratively with the other fundraisers in the university, the Leadership Giving Officer will manage the delivery of mass-fundraising appeals and stewardship, while also spending time in direct interaction with donors, both in and out of the office.
This role would be well suited to someone with marketing experience who is at the early stages of their fundraising career and keen to apply their skills in a hands-on environment. Candidates without marketing experience but with a strong aptitude for strategic communication and relationship building are also encouraged to apply.
We are looking for someone willing to learn new skills and who is keen to have their work make a real difference in the world while having a great time doing it!
This is a full-time post (35 hours per week), and you will be offered an indefinite contract. P&A has a hybrid working approach, with a minimum of 40% in the office. Typically, this equates to two days per week, but we’re very happy for colleagues to be in more frequently if they so wish.

A little bit about the role
Location: Hybrid, 2 days a week expected in our London Office. Those living outside the M25 can opt to not receive London Office Allowance and agree a more flexible office attendance pattern at offer stage.
The Academic Registry team, one of the sub-teams within programme management, is responsible for ensuring that participants’ academic programme journeys are well-administered. The team are responsible for areas such as academic policies and processes (including for assessment and student records), along with several other operational aspects of Frontline’s academic provision, from attending and preparing data for examination boards or exceptional circumstances panels, to liaising with external markers.
The Academic Programmes Officer will work primarily as part of the Academic Registry, within Programme Management, to contribute to a first-class participant experience on the Approach Social Work programme. You will need to be flexible and adaptable in response to diverse requirements in the wider team through the academic year. A responsive and supportive standard of customer service is expected throughout, including at peak periods.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate assessments and preparation for exam boards, including managing marker allocations, deadlines and payments, and recording and communicating assessment outcomes
- Analyse feedback and other data to support the continuous enhancement of the Approach Social Work programme.
- Maintain accurate participant records, ensuring that all data is maintained and shared appropriately and in line with legal and regulatory requirements
- Build strong working relationships within Frontline and with external partners, e.g. in our university partner, to support effective collaboration
A little bit about you
We are looking for someone who is committed to Frontline’s values and can balance support for participants with an understanding of the importance of agreed regulations and procedures in maintaining academic standards. You will be highly numerate and organised, with excellent attention to detail. Experience of working with student records in a higher education environment is highly desirable.

The Head of Governance and Chief Executive’s Office is responsible for effective governance across The Place, compliance with regulatory frameworks and providing effective professional administrative support to the Chief Executive. Specifically, this post holder will:
- Ensure effective governance across The Place and its Board of Governors.
- Provide secretarial services to the Board of Governors.
- Provide effective and professional administrative support to the Chief Executive and wider leadership team.
- Lead on the timely coordination of the Annual Report and Financial Statements.
- Lead and coordinate on special projects as determined in collaboration with the Chief Executive and Board Working Groups.

The Place is led by Clare Connor, Chief Executive and Accountable Officer—she has held this role since August 2017. Clare provides visionary leadership across all dimensions of the organisation: academic, artistic, operational, financial and strategic. Under her stewardship, The Place moved through its ambitious 50th-anniversary year and launched a transformative ten-year plan to further “a world with more dance”. During this period, turnover increased by approximately one-third, and London Contemporary Dance School became an independent Higher Education Provider recognised by the Office for Students as a World-leading specialist provider.
The Board of Governors is led by Alan Bishop, who joined as Chair in August 2019. Under Alan’s leadership and guidance, The Place has demonstrated dynamism and growth in dance development through our world-leading status despite an increasingly challenging external context.
Alan has been a passionate advocate for our artistic and educational ambition, championing a culture of thoughtful risk-taking underpinned by strong risk management. He has deeply understood and valued the innovative spirit that has defined The Place since its founding and his leadership has been instrumental in carrying that legacy forward- guiding us from our previous five-year strategic plan to our current vision, with boldness and creativity at its core. The Place expects to welcome a new chair in 2026.
The Governors help us shape our overall strategy and support The Place to fulfil its artistic and educational objectives within a sustainable business model. The Governors work closely with the Chief Executive and senior leadership team, and play a vital role as advocates and ambassadors on behalf of The Place.
As The Place is a company limited by guarantee (company no. 883094) and a registered charity (charity no. 250216), Governors are both charity trustees and company directors.
There are two key departments; Education (comprising Research and London Contemporary Dance School and the Centre for Advanced Training), and Public Programmes (comprising Theatre and Artist Development, Producing and Touring, Creative Learning and Classes and Courses). These departments are supported by Central Services Teams including Communications, Development, Finance and Human Resources.
Key stakeholders and partners include Arts Council England, Office for Students, the Department for Education, Research England alongside the Charity Commission. We also have a partnership with the University of the Arts London (UAL) in support of degree validation and PhD supervision.
SALARY
The salary for this position is £40,000-£45,000 (depending on experience).
Salaries are reviewed in August each year when any cost-of-living increases are made. No salary changes are made until after successful completion of a probationary period.
CONTRACT TERMS
This is an open-ended, permanent contract. This is a full-time position (equivalent to 40 hours per week). These hours are inclusive of a one-hour paid lunch break each day. Your hours of work will be agreed with the line manager. A minimum of 50% of hours must be office-based, with the opportunity for some remote working in agreement with the line manager.
Whilst in the six-month probationary period the notice period will be two weeks. Once this period is successfully completed the post holder will be confirmed in the post and the notice period will be twelve weeks.
