About the role 

This is a key role in providing administration and organisational support to the CEO and the Board. The successful candidate must have the ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative skills, and the ability to maintain a balance among multiple priorities. This is a part-time position with flexibility on the number of days worked each week, with a minimum of one to two days in the office. 

What you will be doing 

• Manage the Chief Executive's schedule and diary ensuring there is adequate time for meeting preparation and follow-up. 
• Provide project support and co-ordinate briefing packs for the Chief Executive to ensure they have comprehensive information for any meetings and activities. 
• Manage the Boards meeting schedule and calendar of events. 
• Attend meetings, including the Annual General Meeting, to take and produce accurate minutes and update the Rolling Agenda and Actions Sheet. 
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality.

• Educated to level 3 or above with a recognised professional qualification in community engagement/development work, health, education, or equivalent experience within these fields.

• The ability to produce good quality written reports and materials.

Summary

The Lead Strategy and Impact Analyst plays a key role in developing practical, evidence-based policies that support effective mission and ministry approaches within the Church of England's Vision and Strategy priority areas.

In this role, you will analyse and synthesise data from evaluations of funded programmes, commissioned research, and wider social trends, building a coherent evidence base to inform both policy and practice.

As a member of the Insights and Engagement sub-team, you will work collaboratively across departments and teams to:

• Support strategic projects through analysis, reporting, and evaluation
• Engage with key stakeholders, fostering communication and knowledge sharing
• Assess the impact of grant-funded projects to ensure meaningful outcomes.

• Convert analysis into actionable insight to inform decision-making.
• Conduct high-quality research to build evidence and support policy development.

• Experience in handling complex datasets, projects and applying different strategic modelling approaches.
• Proficient in data visualisation tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• A strong background in statistical modelling, including regression analysis (R, Python, SPSS).

• A salary of £59,248 per annum, plus age-related pension contributions between 8-15% of salary. We will also match any pension contributions you make up to an additional 3% of your salary.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Senior Data and Insights Officer you will work with the Chief Impact Officer, within our Impact Team. Responsiblities will include: 

Database Usage and Reporting

• Support our Salesforce Lead in creating reports and dashboards, ensuring all data is relevant, accurate and secure.  
• Use our database management system to generate reports and data analysis for the Senior Management Team, and other internal colleagues, to support marketing campaigns, fundraising campaigns, statutory information requests and organisational insight.
• Enhance our data analysis and reporting by developing predictive modelling and exploring statistical significance of our findings.
• Prepare reports for college partners, funders, and the Board, which set out our data, findings and impact,
• Confidently write about insights and findings from our data, generating learnings and recommendations for the organisation and other stakeholders.

Internal and External Evaluations

• Support the Chief Impact Officer in developing assessment frameworks to robustly measure our impact and designing dissemination plans, to best harness and communicate that impact.
• Oversee and implement internal evaluation activity, for example, finalising student surveys, focus group and interview tools.
• Review and enhance data collection tools, process, analysis, and reporting.
• Undertake qualitative and quantitative analysis of our evaluation data; and use the data to make recommendations to improve programme quality.
• Review and keep abreast of literature and research in the further education, wider education, tuition and research landscape. You will share and apply learnings to our evaluation processes and programme delivery.

Overview:

• As COO you will be BeyondAutism’s second-in-command and be responsible for the financial well-being 
of the charity, financial and commercial strategy and day-to-day operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

SPECIFIC DUTIES

Office Administration

• Be the first point of contact for all callers, including email, phone and in-person
• Administer incoming and outgoing mail and email boxes, giving appropriate advice or referring onwards on within one working day
• Support the management of IT equipment

• Arrange travel and accommodation for managers, staff and trustees
• Assist with the organisation of events, conferences and training on behalf of LtL
• Organise refreshments and catering at events and meetings

• Maintain LtL’s records/files/images both electronic and paper based, ensuring all data is stored accurately and securely in accordance with LtL policy and GDPR law

• Order stationery and day-to-day equipment and refreshments for the LtL office

• Implement LtL’s Health and Safety Policy within the office
• Maintain liaison with landlords to ensure a well-maintained office space and oversee the maintenance and replacement of office furniture and equipment.

HR Support

 

• Support recruitment and onboarding admin as needed
• Order staff uniforms, badges and equipment as required.

 

Project Management Support/Administration

 

• Respond to project enquiries and requests to ensure they are appropriately actioned within one working day

• Develop good relationships with schools over the duration of the projects Assist with printing and collation of information including replenishment of marketing/training materials, resources and stationery for the project team.

What you’ll need:

Essential criteria:

 

• A minimum of 2 years experience of working as part of a team in a busy office environment
• Educated to a good standard of education with C Standard Grades or equivalent
• Fluent in the English language, both written and spoken
• Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people
• Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
• Excellent communicator with a confident telephone manner.

Desirable criteria:

• CRM/database
• SAGE (or similar, such as Xero, Intuit etc.) experience

Purpose of the role:

The Junior Salesforce Administrator role supports the effective use and ongoing development of the Churchill Fellowship’s Salesforce CRM platform and related applications. Working closely with the Salesforce Team and other internal teams, you will ensure our data remains accurate and accessible, help to improve business processes, and provides user support and training across the organisation. You will play a key part in ensuring Salesforce functions as the single source of truth for organisational data. 

Key responsibilities:

Salesforce Administration and Support:

• Support day-to-day Salesforce user needs, including responding to support tickets and troubleshooting.
• Maintain data quality through duplicate management, validation rules, and standardised field formatting.
• Assist with regular data cleaning activities and updates to system records. 
• Help to prepare technical documentation and user guidance materials. 
• Contribute to routine platform maintenance, upgrades, and third-party app integrations (e.g., FormAssembly, Conga). 
• Support data reporting and dashboards to ensure teams can access reliable insights. 
• Collaborate on developing and refining automated processes using Flows and other Salesforce tools.

Grant & Event Technical Support:

• Assist with the technical setup of grant-related processes in Salesforce, including automations and applicant communications. 
• Support the Events and Development teams with Salesforce Campaign setup, RSVP forms, and invitation tracking. 
• Help ensure integrations and automations run smoothly before, during, and after events. 
• Monitor engagement and follow-up activities through reports and dashboards.

Systems Training & Team Support:

• Provide training and onboarding support to help new and existing staff understand and use Salesforce effectively.
• Contribute to the identification of system improvement opportunities to support organisational needs. 
• Work with internal teams to ensure data protocols are followed and support the development of efficient processes. 
• Contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous learning by proactively offering ideas for improvements.

Every day, the TSA’s small support and information team make a real difference to people affected by the rare genetic condition Tuberous Sclerosis Complex (TSC) and their loved ones. In this vital role, you will help to maintain our high support standards at the TSA, including through operating on the TSA Support Line, developing content for a wide range of platforms and needs, and occasionally attending virtual and in-person TSA events.

You'll be part of a flexible, passionate, welcoming and wholly home-based team, who know they improve the world every single day. The role includes (pro-rata) 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays and the working days that fall between Christmas Day and New Year.

On the TSA Support Line, you will provide support and information regarding TSC via telephone, email and webchat. You will offer an informed, non-judgemental and empathetic listening ear to individuals and families at every step of their journey. The type of enquiries we receive are wide ranging, covering matters such as health, social care and education. You will also engage with professionals supporting people with the condition.

You will have a key role in researching, developing, and updating information across our various platforms including (but not limited to) content for our website, social media, support line materials, leaflets, e-newsletter and our community magazine. The primary audience of the materials will be the TSC community. Materials used by NHS clinics and clinicians are also developed by us, which you will have a central part in developing.

You will help to ensure that our internal processes are effective, and the information that we provide to the TSC community is timely, up-to-date, and relevant.

You will attend TSA events (virtually and in-person) to market the TSA Support Line services, participate in sessions and assist in support-related issues.

We are a small but very impactful charity, where roles are wide-reaching. Although this role is focused on support and information services, the successful candidate should also expect to get involved with projects from other TSA teams including communications, research and fundraising.

Responsibilities

1. TSA Support Line

1.1 Through the TSA Support Line, you will provide information and support to individuals living with TSC, their families and professionals by telephone, email and webchat, ensuring that:

• All enquiries received through the TSA Support Line receive a response based on high quality, up-to-date and evidence-based information.
• You log, triage and respond to enquiries received by telephone, email, post and webchat in line with agreed timelines, policies and procedures.
• You direct non-support related enquiries to appropriate TSA staff, taking messages where necessary.
• You are sensitive and responsive to the needs of the individuals living with TSC, family members and health, social care and education professionals using the TSA Support Line.
• You provide time-limited, structured support through formal case management processes for a small number of individuals and families who are most vulnerable and who need regular help and support. This includes individuals with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs, and families who face a wide range of challenges accessing health, social care and education services for their loved ones.
• You collect and accurately record data enabling the TSA to monitor and evaluate the performance of the TSA Support Line, including usage data (such as number and length of calls), qualitative information (feedback from service users) and data collected in conversation (such as logging broad categories of issues that service users are facing).
• You support individuals and families who wish to apply for financial support from the TSA Support Fund, helping them to complete the relevant application forms, ensuring that they supply documentary evidence, and logging their application appropriately for audit and compliance.
• Your support demonstrates best practice and complies with the law on safeguarding (making sure we are working appropriately with vulnerable adults and children) and data protection (making sure that we are handling all sensitive data appropriately).
• You proactively engage with regular reflective practice and supervision to safeguard your own health and wellbeing and support individual and team learning. This will include individual supervision through regular 1-2-1s with your line manager and team supervision through weekly calls for all those working on the support line.
• You will contribute your expert insight into the challenges and issues that the TSC community are facing to help colleagues across the organisation develop information materials, online resources and event agendas for communications channels including the TSA’s community magazine ('Scan'), our website, social media and events.
• You will ensure that internal processes for recording TSA Support Line enquiries, and signposting information on the support line, are maintained to a high standard and kept up to date.

1.2 You will play a key role in the TSA’s safeguarding as part of your work on the TSA Support Line and in supporting other members of staff with any questions that they have.

1.3 You will ensure confidentiality in the provision of the TSA Support Line, managing conversations and relationships tactfully and diplomatically with members of our small community who may also interact regularly with the charity at face-to-face and virtual events and through our social media channels. 

1.4 You will work closely with colleagues from across the TSA to ensure that our support and information services are joined-up with and informed by other services offered by the TSA more broadly across our website, social media channels, Scan and face-to-face and virtual events.

1.5 You will help to ensure that the TSA Support Line demonstrates best practice in the provision of support and information. You will work with the Joint Chief Executive and Support and Information Manager to develop proposals to develop and market the service that are joined-up with the support provided across our website, social media channels, Scan and face-to-face and virtual events.

2 Support, information and signposting

2.1 Ensure that high quality, up-to-date and evidence-based information is available to individuals and families living with TSC, and the professionals that support them. Regularly review, draft and develop new materials to support people affected by the condition.

2.2 Work with the Joint Chief Executive and Support and Information Manager to develop appropriate and consistent information to signpost TSA Support Line service users to external partner organisations that can provide specialist support for specific aspects of TSC (such as autism or mental health issues) and living with TSC (such as finding a job or facing bereavement).

2.3 Initiate and maintain regular contact with NHS TSC clinics across the UK to encourage greater communication and support between the TSA and TSC clinics. This could include encouraging clinics to join the NHS TSC Rare Disease Collaborative Network (RDCN), liaising with TSA Medical Advisers about medical support line enquiries, or working with clinics to better understand how the TSA can best help them.

2.4 Work closely with the rest of the TSA including communications, research and fundraising, to demonstrate current knowledge of the work of the organisation and developments in TSC.

2.5 Keep up to date with external events and news and draft relevant content for social media, physical media, e-news and the community magazine, Scan, to support and inform the TSC community.

2 TSA events

2.1 Attend TSA face-to-face and virtual events each year to market the TSA Support Line to people living with TSC, their families and professionals (up to approximately seven face-to-face events per year). General events assistance for the event on the day of face-to-face events will also be expected (for example, this could include time on the reception desk or directing attendees between sessions). Face-to-face events could include Outlook (for adults living with TSC), Big Day (our annual meeting for everyone in the TSC community), Family Fun Days (for younger families), TSA Togethers (regional events) and events for NHS TSC clinicians. Time off in lieu will be given for evening and weekend events, or events outside of your usual working days.

2.2 Help to generate ideas for sessions at TSA events by identifying any trends in information and support needs through the TSA Support Line.

4 Supporting health, social care and education professionals

4.1 Develop and maintain training and education materials to help health, social care and education professionals to better understand the impact of TSC.

4.2 Act as a point of contact for professionals who contact the TSA, working with colleagues to build credibility and strong working relationships with them.

Other requirements of the post

The post holder must be prepared to work flexibly to meet the needs of the organisation. This will entail occasional evening and weekend work. Regular travel within the UK will be needed for team meetings, TSA events and training provision. This would normally require access to a car (mileage will be paid) or travel by public transport (tickets will be paid).

The post holder will be expected to have adequate homeworking facilities to allow them to fulfil the role to the best of their abilities.

About PRCBC

Founded in 2012, PRCBC is a small but dynamic charity with a strong national reputation for its unwavering commitment to children and young people with complex British citizenship rights. Now in its thirteenth year, PRCBC has consistently delivered expert advice, assistance, and representation to children, young people and their representatives, alongside leading on strategic litigation and test cases to challenge legal and practical barriers to citizenship. About the Role

The position is permanent and part-time. It is for 3 days per week, for the right candidate. The postholder must be available to work one Saturday a month. A normal working week is 21 hours (3 days per week) to be worked between 09:30am to 5:30pm weekdays. There may be an opportunity to work from home once a week after probationary period.

The main tasks of the role include: maintaining effective communication and correspondence with our vulnerable young clients and booking appointments; overseeing and updating our case management system; administrative financial work, costs billing and creating invoices; and general administrative duties including filing, scanning, shredding, archiving, photocopying, creating e-bundles, preparing and taking post to the post office, completing forms, and requesting subject access disclosure and other information from third parties.

The role also requires the administrator to support, where necessary, the day-to-day administrative management of the office and PRCBC operations. The purpose of the Employability Programme Facilitator role is to deliver FSSW’s FareChance programme, including employability learning and practical logistics sessions alongside support and collaboration with the Employability lead. The FareChance programme works with young people aged between 18 – 25 who experience additional barriers to accessing education, training or employment.  The young people are supported to learn new skills, build confidence and realise their full potential. Farechance provides a unique combination of two parts: the first is working alongside other volunteers and staff learning key warehouse and logistics skills, getting firsthand practical experience; the second is tailored employability sessions in small groups with 1-1 specialist support.

The facilitator will lead on running the employability and logistics sessions, with co-facilitation from volunteers or the employability lead where needed. This role will provide 1-1 support for young people where required and provide signposting and referrals to other specialist services. The successful candidate will be passionate about supporting people to thrive and be sensitive to the inequality and power imbalance faced by young people today. They will have experience of supporting young people to achieve their goals and can bring these skills to deliver FareChance. This role will coach as well as co-ordinate the programme whilst supporting the growth of an innovative, supportive, and caring employability pathway for people to overcome barriers and move closer to the future they deserve.

• • Running sessions with four to ten young people three times a week
  • Lead facilitating Employability Sessions e.g. CV, Job Search, Interview Practice
  • Working with the Operations Teams in facilitating Logistics/Warehouse sessions

· Provide tailored motivational coaching/mentoring to:

• • Onboard and engage participants throughout
  • Provide advice and guidance and support young people with suitable interventions and accessing resources into training/volunteering/work placements
  • Provide 1-1 support sessions for those with higher needs

· Work with the Employability Lead to build an individualised plan and set of goals for each young person

· Support young people to engage with internships within FSSW

· Identify specific needs and risks and creating assessments for young people if required

· Ensure young people access other specialist support where required

· Work alongside the Employability Lead and the safeguarding team around any incidents or safeguarding concerns

· Work with the young people around coproduction opportunities that impact on the delivery, development and evaluation of the programme

· Support the Employability Lead to recruit for the programme

· Support the Employability Lead to design next step plans for the young people

External partnerships and relationship building

· Work alongside the employability lead to engage referrers

· On occasion attend events or appointments to support recruitment/represent FSSW

· Attend a range of career away days as part of the FareChance programme

· On occasion work alongside the Employability Lead to broaden ‘Next Step’ relationships

 

Reporting and Administration

· Create records and maintain processes in line with FSSW policies and procedures, both using online data bases and hard copy record systems

· Maintain quality records of all interventions with project participants and that such data is stored within the requirements of the Data Protection Act

General

· Respond to any enquiries/communications via telephone, email, in person or via inhouse IT/systems

· Be an excellent ambassador for FSSW

· Undertake administrative duties as required to support the effective functioning of FSSW

· Work within FSSW’s policies and procedures and adhere to legal frameworks.

· Knowledge and experience of delivering 1:1 motivational mentoring, coaching or support work

· Knowledge of barriers to Education, Training and Employment (ETE)

· Experience of facilitating training, education and/or youth programmes

· Experience of working successfully within groups/teams

· Knowledge and experience of support needs, risks and safeguarding

· Excellent interpersonal and listening skills

Transform lives with The Nehemiah Project! We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate person to join our team as a Recovery Practitioner. This is a full-time permanent position, working Monday to Friday with additional monthly on-call duties. In return, you will receive a salary of £31,990 per annum, be enrolled into our staff health and wellbeing package, and become part of our Nehemiah culture that is supportive, honest and incredibly rewarding.
 
What we are looking for

• Someone who is skilled in delivering a person-centred and trauma-informed approach to their work
• Experience working with people in recovery from addiction, including voluntary or lived experience. We are open to a range of experiences that demonstrate understanding and empathy in this area.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social or equivalent experience in a support setting. We value transferable skills, even if gained outside of formal qualifications
• Excellent communication skills and an understanding of Customer Relationship Management systems (such as Salesforce) to ensure accurate record-keeping
