Headway Gloucestershire was established in 1987 and since then we have been working to make a positive difference to the lives of adults with an acquired brain injury. We provide specialist recovery support and respite through our centre-based Day Service, and outreach support through our Community Hubs and Community Links Service. We provide group and one to one sessions to support individuals.

Open every weekday, Headway House is at the heart of Headway Gloucestershire. We provide a structured programme of activities for individuals to choose from. Our programme is designed to support participants to work toward their own recovery goals and gain insight into strategies that support individuals to manage the physical, cognitive, sensory, emotional and behavioural outcomes which can occur following an acquired brain injury. Peer group sessions enable us to harness the recovery benefits of peer contact and support.

The Day Lead will be responsible for the organisation, planning, development and delivery of Headway Gloucestershire’s programme of activities.

Responsibilities include:

• To deliver professional, impartial, enabling and outcome focused support to Individuals with acquired brain injury. To provide support for clients with complex needs to support their recovery, wellbeing, independence and autonomy.
• Work closely with the Strategic Enablement and Hub Manager to ensure successful delivery of services.
• Networking with community providers to enrich our offer to enable us to meet the needs of individuals with acquired brain injury in Gloucestershire.
• The Day Lead will be responsible for the organisation, planning, development and delivery of Headway Gloucestershire’s activity programme and centre-based service.
• Ensure that safeguarding training and understanding is kept current and that individuals are safeguarded.
• Collaborate with staff members and volunteers to provide Key-working to individuals: - to use an enabling approach to support individuals to plan and work toward their recovery goals ensuring that planned activities are delivered and support provided is tailored to meet the needs of individuals to maximise our contribution to their recovery.

Carrying out the role at Headway House, you will work to clearly established quality standards and annual milestones. You will be joining a motivated and dynamic team of staff and volunteers working to making a difference to individuals with acquired brain injury in Gloucestershire.

Blues Foundation:

Role Overview:

Our Fundraising Manager will play a major part in significantly increasing our growth in fundraising activities, including corporate and individual giving, community events and support our strong relationships with local businesses, schools and clubs, increasing grassroots engagement. They will lead our restricted and unrestricted fundraising as we enter another exciting period of growth for our charity. The role will manage and implement a high-quality marketing plan to demonstrate our impact and promote our services. They will lead our events, maximising their potential fundraising potential and increase brand awareness. About Beyond the Streets

Beyond the Streets is a UK charity with over 20 years’ experience of partnering with women in the sex industry to see them safe from coercion, violence and abuse. We deliver trauma-informed, person-centered support, provide training for the third sector and statutory professionals, and create resources and reports informed by research, lived experience, and practitioner experience. Role Overview

As the Youth Service Manager, you will lead KCBNA’s youth provision for young people within the KCBNA youth centre, King’s Cross and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities

Programme Management:

· Lead the design and delivery of KCBNA’s diverse range of youth provision.

As the Training and Support Worker, you'll engage with schools, colleges, community settings and employers, delivering training, supporting implementation, and empowering neurodivergent young people into sustainable employment. You'll play a key role in developing the programme through partner insight and keeping up with best practice in workplace neuroinclusion. 

You will be required to travel regularly to deliver face-to-face training within schools, colleges, community settings and workplaces across Yorkshire.

The Sheppard Trust provides homes for older women in housing need, and we support them to live independently.  We reduce loneliness and isolation by fostering a supportive community spirit. 

We're planning to move to brand-new, purpose built accommodation near Hampton Court village in Surrey.   Whilst we wait for the build to complete, 20 of our existing residents are temporarily housed in Mill Hill, with 4 housed in Greenford.  Their new homes are expected to be ready in July 2026.   The aim of this role is to support these residents before, during and after our move, as well as to plan, organise and deliver the logistics of the moves.

We're a small friendly team who are currently flexibly hybrid working.  This role is based on 21 hours a week, with two visits per week to Mill Hill and occasional visits to Greenford and Hampton Court.  The rest of the work could be carried out from home if desired.  From July to September when the moves take place the workload will be higher and more on-site attendance may be necessary on move days.   

The right appointment is important to us, so we're willing to discuss proposals for alternative working arrangements including adding additional responsibilities to create a full time role. There will be the opportunity to apply for permanent positions at the  new site if wished.

Acting as a strategic supply chain manager within a partnership framework, the postholder ensures contractual compliance, monitors partner performance, and drives continuous improvement across all services, including IPS in SMI, Employment Advisors in Talking Therapies, and Information, Advice & Guidance (IAG).

This role fosters collaborative relationships with delivery partners to ensure high-quality, consistent services are provided to clients. The postholder acts as a key point of contact for partners and stakeholders, translating operational insight into actionable improvements, embedding best practice, and supporting strategic integration across Twining-Hestia and its supply chain.

Reporting into the Director of Employment Services, the Partnership Manager provides leadership, oversight, and guidance to partners to ensure employment services meet organisational standards, contractual obligations, and client outcomes.

An excellent communicator and relationship builder, you will be confident engaging senior stakeholders, negotiating effectively, and adapting your approach to suit diverse partners and complex operational environments. You will demonstrate high emotional intelligence, resilience, and a solution-focused mindset, enabling you to manage sensitive issues, resolve challenges constructively, and work effectively under pressure. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management are essential, as is a commitment to maintaining your own wellbeing to ensure sustained impact in this demanding role.
