JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for a creative, ambitious, and data-driven individual to join us as Senior Officer Digital Optimisation, specialising in UX/UI to lead on the development and delivery of UK for UNHCR’s testing and optimisation strategy to improve conversion rates and user experience online, including our website, donation pages, and various subdomains. The role reports to the Head of Digital Fundraising and manages all donation pages, digital testing and tracking, as well as a range of Google and optimisation products.
The primary purpose is to optimise digital performance through A/B testing across our websites and supporting teams to adopt and implement a test-and-learn framework in their digital channels to raise more funds for refugees.
An existing A/B testing roadmap has been developed and is ready for your input and ideas. However, testing and optimisation is not limited to fundraising and will aim to improve digital conversion and performance across teams, channels and platforms – playing a key part in UNHCR’s annual fundraising programme to enable UNHCR to deliver its vision of a world where every person forced to flee can build a better life.
You will work very closely with the digital fundraising team and wider Individual Giving team, as well as Communications and Philanthropy/ Corporate Partnership colleagues, our digital agency and international fundraising teams.
Passionate about UX/UI and fundraising, you will be a skilled communicator, tech-savvy and an experienced project manager. You will have strong problem-solving skills, a test-and-learn approach and a track record of meeting deadlines and meeting/ exceeding set KPIs.

Role Responsibilities
- Develop and lead strategy for conversion rate optimisation, including the management of a testing roadmap to regularly execute A/B and multivariate tests and the use of new and existing technology, e.g. heatmapping to reduce friction rates and continuously improve and optimise conversions.
- Lead UX/UI across organisation, overseeing and implementing tests and analysis across teams to improve web experience and achieve required KPIs and objectives.
- Manage Google suite of tools and relevant relationships, ensuring everything is up to date and operating as necessary.
- Manage all donation pages and fundraising landing pages, building new pages, maintaining existing pages and closing pages; identify areas for improvement and work with relevant stakeholders to test and optimise.
- Utilise and manage suite of third-party platforms, e.g. Optimizely, Mouseflow, iRaiser, Sleeknote, Typeform to improve user experience and increase donations and conversions.
- Remain flexible and quickly respond to emergency situations, identifying fundraising opportunities and develop relevant comms and journeys as needed, collaborating with colleagues from across the organisation.
- Use data and insights to produce regular reports on performance against KPIs; use analytics to identify trends and optimise activities based on user behaviour.
- Manage and maintain vanity and tracking links across the organisation, utilising Google Tag Manager and UTMs to monitor performance and results.
- Stay up to date with digital best practices and technology, including sector trends, follow industry policies, including GDPR, PECR regulations, attending training and optimising plans accordingly.
- Stay up to date with issues affecting displaced communities, campaigns from international, content and reports from the field.

Personal Attributes and Experience
Essential Experience
- Experience of implementing and optimising digital marketing campaigns across channels, including paid and organic social, search and display; preferably within the charity sector.
- Experience of developing and delivering strategies for conversion rate optimisation and user experience/user interface.
- Experience of using digital channels for lead acquisition and conversion to grow income.
- Experience of measuring, evaluating and reporting on digital activity and performance across multiple channels and digital campaigns, paid and organic.
- Experience of working with external agencies and suppliers.

The Veterans’ Foundation’s purpose is to improve the lives of all within the armed forces community who are in need. They do this by raising funds which they award to organisations having a real impact on those currently serving, veterans and their families. Military charities undertaking life-changing work need vital funds to support and sustain their work with beneficiaries.
One of the UK’s fastest-growing military charities, the Veterans’ Foundation was established in 2016 to support serving and former members of the armed forces, operationally qualified seafarers, and their families who are in need. Since its launch, the Foundation has awarded over £30 million in grants to nearly 500 charities and organisations delivering more than 1,000 life-changing projects across the UK. Grants range from a few hundred pounds to £200,000 and support a wide range of needs, including mental health, homelessness, poverty and social isolation. The charity is primarily funded by the Veterans’ Lottery, the UK’s largest single-charity lottery.
We are looking for x1 permanent full time (35 hours per week) and x1 0.5 FTE (17.5 hours per week) FTC (18 months) Grants Assessment Officers to join the Grants Team at the Veterans' Foundation. The Grants Assessment Officer plays a vital role in the assessment of grant requests and will maximise the impact and effectiveness of the Foundation’s funding by ensuring we are supporting projects and activities which are closely aligned to our strategic priorities.
The key focus of the role is the assessment of applications across our existing Grant Programmes, reviewing grant monitoring and providing appropriate levels of support to grant holders during the period of funding.
The post holder will help ensure our grant application processes run efficiently and effectively, carrying out thorough desk and UK-wide field-based assessment of applications made to the foundation. They will be a key point of contact for external enquiries to the Grants Team.
LOCATION: Home-based (hybrid), ideally based in the Midlands, to provide reach across the UK for assessment/project visits to monitor grant progress.
Key responsibilities:
- Undertake full and thorough assessment of funding requests, carrying out both in person and online meetings and tasks to ensure that detailed recommendations are written-up and presented for consideration within agreed lead times as defined within the schedule of Decision Meetings
- Work closely with the Grants Support Officer, helping to ensure that payments to current grant holders are released on a timely basis and within the context of agreed protocols and procedures
- Carry out monitoring reviews and visits of funded projects based on reporting provided by Grant Holders
- Assist with broader provision of information and guidance at the point of application and through attendance at funding/networking events
- Manage relationships with our Grant holders including working with them to resolve any issues raised during the period of funding
- Maintain relationships with our Grant Holders and stakeholders, to support them in resolving issues raised during the period of funding
- Contribute to the Grant Team’s ongoing efforts to innovate and improve processes which increase access and engagement for applicants and grant holders
- Provide support for Decision Meetings including preparation of Salesforce reports for decision meetings where grant applications are reviewed
- Assist in any other duties required for the efficient running of the Veterans’ Foundation Grants Programme.

The Veterans’ Foundation welcomes applications from across the UK, but ideally the postholder would be based in the Midlands (England) to allow reach to our applicants and grant holders across the UK. Croydon BME Forum, in partnership with Macmillan Cancer Support, is tackling ethnic inequalities in health and social care through this “Can You C Me Project”. The Macmillan Team offers personalised support, information, and referrals for individuals affected by cancer, including families and carers, across six South West London boroughs: Croydon, Merton, Kingston, Wandsworth, and Richmond. Working within a team of three, you will be responsible for two boroughs, Croydon and Merton while supporting colleagues as needed.
As a Project Coordinator for the Can You C Me project, you will play a key role in engaging BME communities to enhance cancer awareness and support. Reporting to the Programme Manager, you will lead outreach initiatives, community engagement, and the organisation of project activities across Southwest London. Each coordinator is assigned a specific set of boroughs, collaborating closely with community organisations, faith groups, healthcare providers, and individuals affected by cancer.

This maternity cover role will have a significant and stabilising impact, ensuring co-ordination in governance, HR, and compliance for the Union of Brunel Students. The postholder will act as a key operational anchor, supporting legal integrity, staff wellbeing, and organisational continuity.

What you'll do:
The Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for building strong working relationships across the business and advising, coaching and training stakeholders and the People team on best practice on all aspects of HR case work. This includes (but not limited to) disciplinary, grievances, absence management, probations, restructures and TUPE as well as training and coaching managers to enable them to successfully manage their teams whilst effectively managing risks.

The All Dressed Up campaign—developed with World Book Day and Rubies Masquerade—confronted the often-overlooked issue of financial exclusion on key celebration days. More than 100,000 free dressing up costumes worth £1.34 million were delivered to children from low-income families. By enabling participation in events like World Book Day, we helped spark imagination, joy, and belonging for children who might otherwise feel left out—boosting self-esteem and supporting a positive connection to learning.Furthermore, helping attract children into school on a day which often sees struggling parents keep their children at home.
Alongside these national campaigns, Parentkind supports families year-round through a growing suite of programmes designed to inform, prepare and empower parents. Our Be School Ready programme offers crucial guidance and confidence to parents preparing their children for the leap into primary education. With a mix of practical advice, developmental tips, and reassurance, through the distribution of 150,000 copies of Be School Ready and an online campaign, it supports families at one of the most formative moments in their child’s life.

Our collaboration with Asda on Cashpot for Schools is another example of unlocking support at scale. This campaign has generated £5.78 million for schools during the past twelve months, supporting everything from basic classroom supplies to vital extracurricular programmes and pupil wellbeing initiatives. Our focus on Policy & Research
Our work is grounded in evidence. Since 2023, we have conducted the UK’s largest annual parent survey: the National Parent Survey. With approaching 6,000 participants providing 130,000 bits of data to provide invaluable insights into the struggles, concerns, hopes and fears of parents. The findings are fed directly into government consultations and have already informed national debates on school funding, attendance, mental health support, SEND provision, and curriculum reform.

Main purpose and scope of this role:
With guidance from the Head of Corporate Partnerships, you will identify, secure, and manage new corporate partnerships to fund Parentkind's mission.

About the role
Fundraising plays an important role in the sustainability of The Brilliant Club, and this is only set to grow in our next strategy. The Fundraising Officer will be responsible for building relationships and creating excellent experiences for a portfolio of supporters and prospective supporters, to help us over raise over £1.4 million each year.
Supporters will be mainly Trusts & Foundations, but also some corporates and individuals. The postholder will serve as the first point of contact for victims and survivors participating and expressing an interest in taking part in safeguarding. They will also lead the development of safe, trauma-informed, and inclusive survivor participation activities and events and facilitate meetings and activities to gather insights and invite participation from a wide range of survivors.
The postholder must have exceptional empathy, compassion and understanding for the personal experience of victims and survivors who have experienced abuse, particularly (but not exclusively) within the context of faith settings, including the Church of England or other denominations or traditions.
The postholder must have demonstrable experience of building relationships of trust and rapport with individuals who have lived experiences of abuse. They must be able to demonstrate that they have consistently used trauma-informed principles and ways of working in their work. They must be a strong team-player with the ability to work alongside colleagues in the National Safeguarding Team and National Church Institutions (NCIs) to develop appropriate and trauma-informed means of participation and engagement.
The postholder will report to and work closely with the Partnerships and Engagement Lead and the Survivor Participation Team.
Key role requirements
- This is a hybrid working role with at least 4 days per month, and when required, in the London office
- An Enhanced DBS check will be undertaken for the successful candidate, as part of the pre-employment checks
- You will need to have a relevant professional qualification in social work, counselling, psychology or substantial relevant work experience in similar roles and/or contexts.

RSPCA Buckinghamshire South Branch was formed in 1964 to support the work of the national RSPCA and the owners of domestic animals in South Buckinghamshire. The Role
As our new Head of Branch, you will provide supportive and effective leadership across all aspects of the Branch’s work. Reporting to the Board of Trustees, you will:

- Oversee retail operations and help explore opportunities to expand our income streams.

About You
We’re looking for a compassionate and resilient leader with:
- Experience in a senior leadership or management role within a charity, not-for-profit or mission-led organisation.
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, fundraising and income generation.
- Experience working with and inspiring both staff and volunteers.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and balance multiple priorities.
- A passion for animal welfare and commitment to the values of the RSPCA.
Desirable experience: Governance and working with Trustees, generating income through charity retail and securing grants or sponsorships in the not-for-profit sector.

How are staff supported to work remotely?
VoiceAbility has a small number of offices. Employees including Team Leaders are homebased for Administration and meetings will be held online as well as in person in the relevant community.
When you need to travel for work, expenses will be paid (mileage or public transport costs).
VoiceAbility offers the usual regular manager one to ones, Staff forums and communities of practice depending on role. Team meetings with a mix of virtual and in person approach.
