Responsibilities of our Community Fundraising Programme Development Officer:
- This role will focus on supporting the implementation of the community fundraising programmes, working with colleagues across the Community and Events teams to develop consistent, efficient and effective ways of working.
- The post holder will work collaboratively with the Community Fundraising Programme Implementation Manager and National Community Fundraising Manager as well as colleagues from our Finance and Operations teams to project manage and deliver defined short-term projects to improve operational and financial management and support the implementation of the new National Community Hubs and wider Community & Events strategy.

- The National Community Fundraising team at Cats Protection has recently gone through transformative change, implementing a new community hub structure in six regions across the UK. What we’re looking for in our Community Fundraising Programme Development Officer:
- Evidence of project management experience, including planning, organising and delivering projects from inception to completion within time and budget
- Experience of process improvement and reporting

Responsibilities
In this role you will have 6 key responsibilities:
Financial: Managing a portfolio of high-value relationships and to deliver income at the agreed annual target in the first year with an expectation this will rise year on year.
Management: You will be one of the first points of contact internally for trusts/foundations and individual major donors (IMD) related queries and will work in accordance with the major giving team strategic plan and existing procedures, practices and standards.
Relationship:You will seek to actively develop and manage excellent relationships with an agreed portfolio of trusts/foundations and IMD capable of donating a minimum of £25,000 or more as a single gift each year. In addition you will need to:
- Develop and implement professionally written action plans which will engage, inform and nurture prospects and donors to deliver gifts at the agreed level.
- Undertake timely administration to capture and record knowledge of supporters within the customer relationship management database. Work with the organisation’s systems team to utilise this information to enhance applications and giving levels
- Pro-actively develop relationships with key stakeholders within the MAF organisation(s)
- Present MAF proposals alone or with others, (member of the operational field team, CEO etc), to prospects and donors.
- Participate in events to develop relationships with donors, inviting individuals from portfolios where appropriate and co-ordinate visits to MAF overseas operations where appropriate to introduce these donors directly to the work of MAF.
Information: Information management and analytical thinking is essential as you will present detailed, accurate and high-quality fundraising proposals to prospects and donors, ensuring any specific deadlines or funding windows are complied with. In addition you will need to:
- Ensure that donors are thanked appropriately for their gifts with timely and appropriate reports, letters and phone call.
- Provide timely ‘report backs’ that are appropriate/agreed with each donor, to evidence effective use of funding and to encourage the opportunity to make further applications based on good stewardship and achievement of agreed outcomes.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge, and the funding priority, of projects available for funding by trusts/foundations supporters and prospects.
- Actively seeking to grow the trusts/foundations portfolio and income through the use of research
- Attending regular appropriate training courses, external forums and networks to ensure continuous personal development
Major Donor team (practice/ procedures/training):As a key member of the team you will need to ensure procedures and standards are developed/maintained to ensure we are effective and compliant with any legislation/regulation.
CRM Database: To provide support to the Partnership Executive, who will be the team’s CRM database lead and maintain a thorough working understanding of MAF UK’s CRM system in order to answer specific team queries. You will need to support the teams day-to-day CRM activities including producing reports, importing data, adding activities, amending details and any other relevant tasks

This is a new role within the Bereavement Support Service proactively engaging bereaved families with the support service, respond to bereavement support digital enquiries, working in a team to deliver and ensure anyone seeking advice and support on bereavement is given a high-quality service in a timely way.
The aim of this post is to provide consistent, high-quality emotional support via digital channels to bereaved families who seek support from the Lullaby Trust.
Main duties and responsibilities
1. Proactively engage bereaved families with the support service, respond to bereavement support digital enquiries, working in a team to deliver and ensure anyone seeking advice and support on bereavement is given a high-quality service in a timely way.
· Assist with the setting up of new digital channels to be used by the Lullaby Trust to answer and respond to bereaved families.
· To be the primary contact for the bereavement support digital services including WhatsApp, text, webchat and other social media channels.
· Proactively engage with bereaved families through social media and other online platforms.

Job purpose
The Clinical Lead will play a pivotal role in leading and developing Action for ME’s Healthcare Services with the Operations Director, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care for individuals affected by Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME). Summary

About the Department/Role
The National Society for Education (NSE) is both an NCI and a Royal-charter charity. It's aims are to support Church schools and the wider education sector by developing leaders, shaping policy and growing faith.
The NSE leads the Church of England's national work in education in partnership with 41 Diocesan Boards of Education and approximately 4,700 Church of England schools. We also support the national education work of the Church in Wales, which includes around 150 schools. Our presence extends to work with community schools and academy trusts, as well as higher and further education through numerous chaplaincies, providing spiritual support and guidance to children and young people, and to adults.

What you'll be doing
The purpose of this role is to:
- Support the Head of Operations with policy development and reviews.
- Take responsibility for the continued development and management of the online Office Manual.
- Support the Head of Operations with due diligence tasks around new areas of work, taking ownership of discrete projects.
- Project manage areas of work as delegated by the Head of Operations, creating work plans, managing stakeholders, providing project reports regularly.

We specialise in working with people with visual impairments facilitating outdoor adventures, social connection and access to specialist coaching. Safer Waves was set up in 2019 to provide support to merchant seafarers who have experienced sexual assault, sexual harassment or gender discrimination on board.
Safer Waves provides an anonymous email support service, run by volunteers who are trained in responding to disclosures of sexual violence, and who understand the specific challenges experienced when these events happen onboard a vessel.
We work with shipping companies, industry leaders, law enforcement and maritime training providers to raise awareness of sexual violence within the maritime industry, and to improve the support that is available to seafarers who experience it.

About the role:
The Team Leader will lead on the delivery of the Triage Model in their pilot area/s, providing support, case management and supervision for the Triage Worker and IDVA roles. They will act as the first point of contact assessing the suitability of initial referrals to be allocated to a Triage Worker for a full assessment. The Team Leader will support the Service Manager and Practice and Development Lead in developing multi agency relationships for the successful implementation of the model and will take a lead role in maintaining these relationships locally to ensure operational success when undertaking assessments to try and ensure the right recommendations for positive requirements are made but also to support the ongoing development of a national delivery model and to support the evaluation of the pilot.
