Carers’ Hub plays a vital role in Lambeth, supporting the many unpaid carers across the borough. Whether financial, educational or otherwise, we seek to limit the challenges that carers face. We achieve this through four core workstreams:
-
raising awareness of carers,

You’re a great relationship builder, who can create trust so that our young people feel comfortable sharing their issues with you, you listen but in a non-judgemental way and you are able to spot signs for concern and act on them. You’ll also need to be able to work on your own, sometimes dealing with challenging situations and diffusing them to avoid escalation. Is this you?

- Empathy
- Great listening skills
- Diplomacy and the ability to deal with challenging situations and diffuse them
- Non judgmental
- Proactive and assertive
