This is a new role for the Circuit, replacing a volunteer. In designing the position, the Circuit has aimed for maximum flexibility to secure the best candidate for the role. Initially, the person will need physically to attend some meetings to familiarise themselves with the Circuit's operations and ensure a smooth hand-over. For the right person, though, there will be considerable flexibility about how the duties are fulfilled in the longer-term. It is specifically expected that the role will allow for flexible scheduling to accommodate other responsibilities, including caring.
The Richmond & Hounslow Circuit comprises seven churches in southwest London. As with all Methodist circuits, these churches function autonomously yet collaborate closely in their ministry and mission efforts. The Circuit oversees joint resources, including staff and property. Presently, it employs four full-time ordained ministers, one full-time lay pastor, and a part-time administrator. As a part of the Methodist Church, its mission is “to respond to the gospel of God’s love in Christ and to live out its discipleship in worship and mission”. To fulfil this mission, the Circuit fosters a broad spectrum of ministry within its congregations, focusing on worship but also engaging in outreach to the homeless, asylum seekers, new parents, and various other groups. About you:

About the Role
Humanists International has another separate entity based in the US. This role will be a part of the UK operations team but will collaborate with the US finance team occasionally when it’s required, for example, during the audit period. Both UK and US finance teams are managed by the same Director of Finance and Operations who is based in London.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can provide excellent finance and administrative support to the small, predominantly home-based team. Ensuring the safety of their customers in their homes is a key priority for our client. As their Asset & Compliance Administration Manager your focus will be leading the team in a concise and structured fashion to ensure that processes and interactions aid the delivery of Customer Safety and planned maintenance. Your role will undertake a proactive approach to zero tolerance on Customer Safety and you'll ensure all aspects of customer safety / compliance are maintained, while supporting the delivery and completion of planned maintenance programmes. It's an exciting time to join them as changes in legislation mean that you'll be actively involved in improving their processes to achieve the best results.
What skills/behaviours do you need to be an Asset & Compliance Administration Manager?
- Excellent understanding of Customer Safety regimes in electrical, gas, water hygiene, asbestos and mechanical/electrical and a clear understanding of cyclical regimes and remedial actions
- Presenting accurate information, clearly and concisely in reports or dashboards
- Ability to analyse performance information and pinpoint threats to Customer Service and financial performance
- Experience of leading a team towards achieving 100% Customer Safety, contract management, performance and budget management objectives
- Knowledge of finance and housing management systems
Location
The successful candidate will be required to live within a commutable distance to Bradford City Centre. They’re a keen promoter of agile working and encourage the use of working from home, as long as they meet their customer’s needs.
They’ll provide you with the equipment and software that you’ll need for the purpose of your role however it will be your responsibility to have an appropriate space to work from as well as a suitable broadband connection/provider.
Should you wish to work occasionally from any of their regional offices, you may do so on a hot desk basis which will need to be arranged via their online booking system.
Salary
The spot salary for this post is £44,559 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants, who do not meet all the requirements of the post, will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary.

A Permanent Customer Relations and Sales Officer to work as part of a centralised sales team, which leads all Autism Know How sales, logistic and customer support enquiries.
Managing all aspects of the customer sales journey, this role will lead and deliver an effective, timely and professional customer journey and experience, maximising income potential and repeat business to ensure performance against team sales targets and to enable the society to continue to improve its offering for autistic people.
This role will work closely with colleagues across Autism Know How, Marketing, CRM and Business Development departments, and other relevant NAS teams where required.

Deliverables
Provide first-class supporter care to Animal Free Research UK’s supporters
• Be the first point of contact for supporter enquiries and comments across all communications channels, including social media, and provide an exceptional supporter care service
• Ensure that all supporter communications are responded to, and gifts are thanked, within agreed internal service level agreements and according to policies and procedures
• Draft and maintain a suite of approved on-brand standard supporter care responses
• Maintain an up-to-date library of standard operating procedures for supporter care processes
Efficiently and effectively maintain the donor database
• Ensure a complete, accurate, and timely record of all donor, supporter and advocate communication and gift activity in the donor and advocacy CRM databases
• Liaise with the Finance team to ensure gifts are appropriately coded and any issues related to gifts are promptly addressed
• Process cheque, card, cash and CAF donations received through offline channels
• Ensure Gift Aid is claimed and validated against Gift Aid declarations
• Proactively ensure the integrity of the CRM is maintained to a suitably high standard
• Work with colleagues to understand their requirements and perform the selection and segmentation of data for appeals, communications and reporting
• Work with colleagues to continually improve the quality, accuracy, and usability of the donor and advocacy databases
Provide assistance to the Development team
• Assist with the production of the quarterly supporter newsletter; making data selections, writing/proofing copy, and liaising with suppliers
• Steward the charity’s cohort of community fundraising ambassadors and challenge event participants, supporting them to achieve their fundraising targets
