About you
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual, who is capable of creating and delivering a strategic approach to commercial partnership development. A self-starter, happy working independently, and as part of a team, we are looking for a strategic thinker with well-developed business/commercial skills and the ability to translate strategy into action. The successful candidate will be an accomplished communicator, who is able to create new and build existing relationships, and work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders. As well as creating strategy, you will need to be comfortable delivering all aspects of business development including initial prospecting, preparation, presentation, negotiating, handling objections, closing, and ongoing partnerships stewardship and development.
About the role
After extensive scoping work throughout 2025, we are launching an exciting project to create a step change in the way we deliver our organisational knowledge, clinical expertise and information to add commercial value to potential customers across a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, diagnostic and pharmaceutical companies. This new role of Head of Commercial Development will own the creation, development and delivery of this work.
You will be responsible for leading the creation of a commercial proposition for Myeloma UK, which will deepen relationships with the healthcare industry, pharmaceutical industry and other associated sectors, to promote Myeloma UK’s knowledge and expertise for commercial return. You will lead, develop and deliver our commercial development strategy, to include research, partner development and ongoing portfolio growth and development, to deliver a long-term, sustainably growing income stream from Myeloma UK’s commercial relationships. Key Responsibilities:
Finance operations
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure timely and accurate production of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations in line with agreed timelines – balance sheet account ownership as agreed
- Process month end journals as required

Team leadership & Support

Role description
The Finance Officer is part of the Organisational Support and Development (OSD) team at the Tax Justice Network, which is led by the Director of OSD, and the role reports to the Head of Finance and Reporting. The OSD team leads and delivers on a range of operational services from finance management, risk management, project management, event management, human resources, IT systems and other enabling functions. The team is also responsible for fundraising for the organization. This includes responding to calls for proposals, tracking funding opportunities and engaging with donors regularly.
The role offers the chance to work across the financial functions and offers an experience through a breadth of finance work across the organisation making it a varied and a well-rounded role.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake the day-to-day bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking payroll and general ledger maintenance
- Ensuring accuracy and integrity of all financial records and keeping a clear audit trail of all financial records

About the Senior Communications Lead
The Senior Communications Lead is a senior, hands-on leadership role, reporting to the Executive Lead, and responsible for shaping and delivering BBA’s cross-channel communications strategy. Working closely with the Executive Lead and team, you will drive increased awareness and understanding of baby banks, ensuring communications actively enable BBA’s wider goals around funding, partnerships and sector influence.
Average UK awareness of baby banks currently sits at around 33%. Building on successful national partnerships (including IKEA and ITV’s Lorraine), this role will take BBA’s profile to the next level, embedding baby bank experiences and voices at the heart of everything we do.
As a co-incubated organisation, developed with and for baby banks, strong experience of effective collaboration and understanding of the issues that baby banks are addressing, and facing themselves, is fundamental.
You will oversee all communications activity across BBA, line manage the Communications Manager and task manage the Communications and Projects Officer, and build a small but high-impact communications function from the ground up within a resource-constrained, fast-moving organisation. About the role
In this Senior Marketing Officer role with the Activation Team, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of the Press Inserts and Door Drop campaigns. You will be supporting the Senior Marketing Manager and taking direct responsibility in the exploration and delivery of new campaigns, projects and channels. The role will also include support in the delivery of the DRTV and Brand programmes as well as supporting with ad hoc team requirements.

In this role, you will:

Requirements
To be successful, you will need:
- Proven experience in a successful direct marketing, fundraising, supporter activation and/or supporter engagement and/or customer marketing role
- Experience working in a project managing role, in particular leading or supporting on the delivery of complex campaigns with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work flexibly and independently, to manage varying competing priorities and meet strict deadlines with often changing priorities
Although not essential, we’d prefer you to have:
- Experience of project managing direct marketing campaigns from start to finish across a range of channels, including print, telemarketing and digital.
- Experience of presenting to and project managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience of working in the voluntary/fundraising sector
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and being able to work to short deadlines

We are seeking a proactive HR Operations Manager to join our Management Team. This key role oversees HR and operational management, ensuring that our people, systems and processes support high-quality, impactful services.
Jigsaw4u’s HR Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day HR and operational management functions, supporting staff wellbeing, organisational development, compliance and high-quality service delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a values-driven environment and is passionate about helping a charity maximise its positive impact on local communities.
