Key responsibilities of the role:
- Manage the day to day import of supporter data from external sources into the organisation’s CRM (Raiser's Edge), ensuring timely and accurate data processing

Governance Administration Assistant
The Governance Team at KCLSU are looking for an Administration Assistant to be the first point of contact for our student groups booking visiting speakers, as well as carrying out general administration support in our governance function and the wider organisation.
Key responsibilities include;
- Processing the Visiting Speaker Risk Assessment Procedure for low and medium level risk events ensuring compliance with the Visiting Speaker Procedure

What the job involves

The role

We are seeking a Philanthropy Officer to play a key role in supporting and delivering excellent stewardship for our Patrons and most generous individual donors. From dance and film, to music, theatre and visual arts the Philanthropy team works across the whole of our ambitious and joyful cross-arts programme, giving you the chance to share the best of the Barbican with our closest supporters.
The Philanthropy Officer will be the main point of contact in the Philanthropy team, primarily account managing our lower-level Patrons and supporting the stewardship and recruitment of higher level donors. Alongside the delivery of our Patrons scheme, they will lead on all individual giving events and manage the philanthropy team’s participation in Development-wide events such as exhibition private views. The Philanthropy Officer also provides key administrative support to the Philanthropy team, keeping track of financial reconciliation, preparing invoices, and managing accurate income data in our CRM Spektrix.

What you will bring

- Experience of working at a senior level in a dynamic scientific environment and higher education/research setting*
- Proven advanced skills in facilitation and/or teaching in a research or academic setting*
- Be able to demonstrate an understanding of the management, training and development of staff in research and technology groups, preferably through experience

About the role
The Warehouse and Driver Assistant at Crisis is a varied and fulfilling role. You will work with the Warehouse & Facilities Manager to ensure a safe and tidy working environment at the Crisis Warehouse. In collaboration with the Resourcing Team, you will take control of the collection and delivery of donated and resourced food and equipment needed for the Christmas event. You shall act as key support to the Warehouse Manager in organising outgoing stock for the Christmas event and ensuring an accurate stock take once the Christmas event has taken place.
The role acts as a key contact point and support for teams of volunteers in the warehouse. Supporting the supervision of volunteers, including large groups of corporate volunteers is a key aspect in helping the warehouse run smoothly.
About you
- You should have experience in warehousing, delivery driving, logistics, event management or production.
- Have a personality which enables you to effectively communicate, with confidence, to a wide range of audiences.
- Feel comfortable when driving in London, in various size vehicles. Up to and including a Luton van, with a tailgate.

Established in 1997, Jigsaw4u provide a range of services for children, young people, families and vulnerable adults experiencing complex social and emotional difficulties across South West London. Job Description
The Jewish Museum London has undergone substantial positive change over the past two years, moving out of our Camden site and moving to a ‘Museum without Walls’ model. The museum is building a new strategy that will lead its transformation over the next 10 years as it tests out innovative new models for exhibitions, displays, learning and engagement, building towards a new permanent site and dynamic operational model. Learning and engagement are central to the museum’s future. This new role will support the learning and engagement team by coordinating bookings, marketing and communications for the team.
Our museum is made up of passionate and expert staff and a collection of over 40,000 objects which are both accredited and designated with Outstanding status by Arts Council England. Our learning programmes hold multiple awards, and our visitor feedback is consistently very high, however, we have much bigger ambitions than our current success. The Museum is looking to expand, in space, in profile and in audience reach. We are looking for someone passionate about our potential to coordinate the day-to-day running of the learning team as we move forward to the next phase of the Jewish Museum London.
Reporting to the Head of Learning the appointed candidate will have the organisational and administrative skills to ensure the team can effectively deliver programmes for schools, families and communities as well as taking a lead on communicating the museum’s activity through social media, newsletters and the website.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
The main role of the Learning and Communications Coordinator will be to administrate the activities of the learning department, in particular our flagship programme of schools workshops both in person and digitally. Excellent communication skills are required as this role will involve being the first point of contact for the department, responding to queries, liaising with teachers, taking bookings and sending out pre- and post- activity information.
