The Key Relationships programme sits at the heart of Greenpeace UK’s fundraising, securing the philanthropic investment that powers its campaigning work. The team raises around £15–16 million annually from major donors, trusts and foundations, and legacies, contributing significantly to the organisation’s wider fundraising income of approximately £37 million.

We are now seeking a Deputy Head of Major Gifts to play a pivotal role within this high-performing and evolving team. This is a newly created position, designed to increase capacity and support ambitious income growth, with significant scope for the successful candidate to shape and define the role.

Blending trusts and foundations with high-net-worth individual fundraising, this role will focus on building and stewarding a mixed portfolio of donors while strengthening Greenpeace UK’s climate philanthropy. It is a highly donor-facing position, suited to someone who thrives on relationship building and is motivated by the opportunity to drive meaningful income in support of urgent environmental change.

This is an exciting moment to join Greenpeace UK. Following a period of organisational change, this is a newly created role which will enable Greenpeace UK to meet ambitious growth in income and unlock opportunities to grow funding for climate campaigns in particular.

As Deputy Head of Major Gifts, you will:

• Manage a portfolio of major donors, trusts, and foundations giving £100,000+, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding long-term partnerships
• Personally secure six- and seven-figure gifts in support of Greenpeace UK’s strategic priorities
• Play a key role in strengthening Greenpeace UK’s climate philanthropy
• Develop and deliver compelling funding propositions aligned with Greenpeace’s strategic priorities
• Build and deepen relationships with key funders and prospects, increasing external engagement and visibility
• Contribute to prospecting strategy, identifying and progressing new opportunities across both T&F and HNWI audience
• Work collaboratively across fundraising, campaigns and communications to deliver integrated, high-impact fundraising approaches
• Act as a senior member of the team, contributing to planning, strategy and a strong, collaborative team culture

This role would suit a relationship-led fundraiser ready to step into a broader, more strategic position, or an experienced manager looking to deepen their impact across major gifts. Essential skills and experience:

• A strong track record in high-value fundraising, across trusts & foundations (including family foundations) AND major donors
• The ability to work across a blended T&F and HNWI model, regardless of your core specialism
• Personally securing six-figure gifts from T&Fs and major donors
• Experience managing a portfolio of donors and funders within a complex, values-driven, or global organisation
• Proven success engaging senior stakeholders, including Board members, and philanthropic networks
• A proactive, self-starting approach, with the ability to shape a new role and drive activity forward
• Effective collaborator, able to work seamlessly across fundraising, campaigns, and international teams
• A commitment to Greenpeace’s mission, values and independence

Desirable:

• Experience of securing 7-figure gifts from trusts & foundations and/or major donors
• Experience in capital campaign fundraising and cross-market collaboration

Your role.

As the Communications Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the charity’s communications strategy to raise awareness, increase engagement, and grow support for our vital work. You will manage all external communications across multiple platforms, including social media, website, email marketing, and events, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand voice. You will work closely with the Individual Giving Manager and Fundraising Officer to drive impactful campaigns. Additionally, you will play an essential role in promoting and protecting the charity's brand.

Duties:  

1. Social Media and Content Creation:

• Plan, write, and schedule content for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), ensuring timely and engaging posts.

2. Website and Email Marketing:

• Work with the Individual Giving Manager to develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, donor updates, and appeals, to drive engagement and donations.
• Use analytics tools to track and report on the performance of email and web campaigns, optimising content for better results.

3. Campaigns, Advocacy and Events:

• Collaborate with the Individual Giving Manager and Fundraising Officer to develop and execute communications strategies for fundraising campaigns and events.
• Support the promotion of Challenge Events through creative content and social media.
• Create campaign materials and event collateral, ensuring alignment with the charity’s brand.
• Advocate for ethical storytelling practices by leading our #OverExposed campaign aimed at other charities in the sector

4. Brand Management:

• Ensure all communications align with the charity’s brand guidelines and tone of voice.
• Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
• Work with external designers, photographers, and agencies as needed to produce high-quality branded materials.

5. Team Collaboration:

• Provide guidance, support, and feedback to enhance the confidence of local project teams to produce quality communications, in alignment with Chance for Childhood’s shifting power approach and broader 2030 strategy.
• Work with programme staff to gather key project updates and ensure a steady stream of impactful stories from our work to be used in fundraising and communications materials
• Collaborate with other teams across the organisation to support cross-functional projects and activities.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders including programmes, finance, fundraising and Trustees to oversee the writing, design and publication of the Annual Report

6. Monitoring and Evaluation:

• Regularly track and analyse communications and marketing metrics across all platforms, adjusting strategies based on performance.

About the Role

The Children’s Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF) is an independent philanthropic organisation, working with a range of partners to transform the lives of children and adolescents. CIFF’s portfolio focuses on child health and development, climate change, sexual and reproductive health and rights, girl capital and child protection. CIFF has been partnering with MSI since 2015 to boost sexual and reproductive health and rights globally.  The Challenge Fund Programme (2024-2028) is a $100m programme with global and bilateral investments from CIFF to advance sexual and reproductive health services and increase modern contraceptive prevalence in six countries across West and Central Africa.

MSI seeks a Global Programmes and Philanthropy (GPP) Adviser to support the implementation of the CIFF Challenge Fund Programme. Working in the Challenge Fund programme team and directly reporting to Head of Challenge Fund, the GPP Adviser will provide programme management and administrative support to the Head of and two Programme Managers across the Challenge Fund Programme to ensure timely and quality delivery of deliverables against donor reporting obligations  and close budget monitoring. In addition, this role will play a key role in the coordination of overarching internal ways of working, including the organisation of external donor engagement meetings and events. This role is part of the broader team supporting CIFF investments, headed by an Associate Director. Team and Role Purpose

The ‘Global Legacy Lead’ is part of Save the Children International’s (SCI) Global Fundraising Team. The purpose of this team is to catalyse growth of fundraising globally, with particular focus on individual giving and unrestricted income, and working to develop a strong and healthy global market portfolio. This team of global fundraising experts works closely with Save the Children member offices around the world, providing them with strategic and implementation support in priority areas and fostering a vibrant fundraising community. The team also ensures global leadership and coordination for our humanitarian fundraising strategies/campaigns, collects and reports global fundraising/marketing KPIs, coordinates international benchmarking initiatives and provides strategic fundraising analysis and actionable insights to members.

• Develop or refine data‑mining and prospect‑identification tools (e.g., propensity modelling) to help Members identify high‑potential audiences.
• Maintain a global repository of best practices, ensuring easy access to optimised assets, testing frameworks, creative content and strategic insights.
• Track global and market‑level legacy performance to inform strategy and monitor progress.

o Contribute and Integrate Across Fundraising Programmes

• Collaborate with Philanthropy and Donor Development Leads to ensure an aligned pipeline‑building strategy and reduce functional silos as well as supporting or leading relevant cross‑team projects, including areas such as Mid‑Value that strongly intersect with legacy.

o External Sector Engagement & Market Intelligence

• Represent Save the Children in global fundraising networks to stay at the forefront of innovation and emerging trends in Legacy fundraising, to participate in benchmarking peer performance and encouraging sector collaboration.

Experience and Skills

Essential

1. Significant experience in strategic legacy leadership roles in large fundraising organisations. 
2. Experience of leading the development and implementation of large-scale legacy strategies and strategic initiatives that require deep stakeholder engagement in complex international organisations.
3. Proven experience of delivering legacy fundraising with a demonstrable record of success in securing pledgers and developing a legacy pipeline.  Experience in doing this in multiple markets is an advantage or at the global level in an international team.
4. Ability to analyse complex data sets across multiple channels and markets to identify actionable insights. Adept at understanding market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions. 
5. Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships and work effectively in a multicultural and multi-ethnic environment respecting diversity. 
6. Strong personal organisational and self-management skills with the ability to lead and work in teams and to motivate others. 
7. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Additional language skills in one or more of our members' working languages would be an asset.

Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, this role leads operational systems, processes and delivery management to support effective provision for further and higher education and the skills system, raising standards of teaching, learning and assessment.

Fauna & Flora is seeking a well-organised team player to join the Institutional Funding team and support the delivery of Fauna & Flora’s institutional funding strategy in the fast-evolving external context. Other organisations may call this role Programme Funding Officer / Coordinator; Institutional Funding Officer; Business Development Officer.

Reporting to the Head of Institutional Funding, you will help the organisation keep abreast of the external landscape. This will include leading on researching in-country funding opportunities from institutional sources (such as Defra, FCDO, EU, AFD, climate and environment multilateral funds and multi-donor pooled funds) and producing/maintaining up-to-date briefs on priority donor strategies to support programme teams in both pre-positioning and submissions. The Head of Programme Management is a key organisational leadership role and will be part of the CIUK Extended Leadership Team working with other heads of team and the senior leadership team to help run the organisation effectively and deliver the 4-year strategy. CIUK’s restricted income from donors is significant and is CIUK’s largest income stream; as such the Head of PMT has a high level of responsibility for stewardship and effective management of the ongoing programme portfolio. The role-holder also has a crucial role to play in identifying learning from our programmes and sharing these across CARE and the sector.

About you

You will have demonstrated experience working with a range of donors, including the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), with deep knowledge of how the FCDO operates, how they are structured and contract programmes, as well as their current priorities. You will also have experience delivering programmes with corporate partners, and trusts and foundations. You will have the ability to build strong relationships and have demonstrated ability to negotiate complex contracts with donors and influence donor positions. You will have a strong programme management and risk management background that allows you to understand and work across multiple projects and contexts, and manage risk at the portfolio level, dealing effectively with new risks and issues as they emerge.

As a leader of a large team, you will have strong people leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate strategy into action, motivate colleagues and demonstrate to team members how their role links to organisational strategy and objectives. Your leadership style will be aligned with CIUK’s feminist leadership principles and values. You will need to have experience of working in donor-funded organisations, understand cost recovery models, and have experience working to deliver large-scale programming in development and/or humanitarian contexts.  A good understanding of the current debates in the sector on local leadership and a commitment to the principles set out in the pledge for change are essential.

About the role

The Head of Programme Management leads a large team to oversee all of CIUK’s active humanitarian and development projects funded by UK donors. The team leads CIUK’s relationships with Country Offices and Regions and develops close partnerships to help us achieve long-term and effective programming across the humanitarian and development arena. The team also builds strong relationships with institutional donors and works with the Partnerships and Philanthropy team to deliver corporate-funded programmes. The Head of Programme Management is responsible for ensuring strong grant management and donor compliance including programme financial management. The team ensures that CARE provides and is recognised by donors for offering excellent value for money and real impact for its programme participants. The team also leads CIUK’s approach to delivering smart development and humanitarian programmes with an increasing focus on equitable partnership approaches. 

The role covers four main areas of responsibility:

Representation and relationship management

Holding relationships with a set of senior stakeholders including FCDO Senior Responsible Owners, other donor counterparts, CARE Country Directors, Programme Directors and Regional Directors. Negotiating contract terms with donors and troubleshooting delivery issues with country offices. Positioning CARE’s work to external stakeholders, including personally representing CIUK in external forums and with donors.

Organisational and team leadership, strategy and planning:

Set and drive the programme management team’s annual plans and contribution to the organisation’s strategic priorities. Be accountable to delivering on team KPIs and organisational KPIs that link to PMT’s work. Play a key role in the leadership of the Programme and Policy department. Provide strong line management to direct reports and demonstrate a strong personal commitment to CIUK’s equity, diversity and inclusion goals and feminist leadership principles.

Financial and compliance management

Provide close and effective management of multi-million pound budgets. Reforecast accurately throughout the year, identifying and working with country offices to rectify implementation issues. Manage risks and issues at portfolio level, raising high and critical risks for attention by senior leadership and board as necessary. Ensure donor compliance is followed.

Programme quality, monitoring evaluation and learning

Ensure that CIUK closely monitors project implementation, relevance of programme outputs and outcomes and ensures programmes meet relevant technical standards and up to date best practice. Programmes fulfil requirements on programme quality and adhere to do no harm standards, the Core Humanitarian Standard, and ensure that CARE’s safeguarding standards are met throughout the life of the programme. Proactively share knowledge from CIUK’s programmes across the confederation and externally.

Our Second Home (OSH) is the UK’s youth movement for people with refugee backgrounds. We support young people to build community, become leaders, and flourish into adulthood in the place they call home.

Each year, hundreds of young people from dozens of countries and living in London & Bristol take part in our residential programmes, leadership training and youth hubs. Our residentials are often the first step – immersive, relationship-rich spaces where young people connect, reflect and begin to see themselves as leaders. From there, many move into leadership training and take on volunteer roles within the movement.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Grants Manager to join our Fundraising team and play a key role in stewarding relationships with our institutional funders. You will manage a portfolio of trusts, foundations and statutory donors, ensuring excellent account management and delivering high-quality applications and reports that help secure and grow vital funding.

Working closely with colleagues across fundraising, campaigns and finance, you will identify opportunities to deepen partnerships with existing supporters while ensuring compliance, strong communication and long-term relationship building. Your work will directly contribute to achieving our fundraising targets and supporting the organisation’s long-term financial sustainability.

About you

You are an experienced grants professional with a strong track record of securing significant income from trusts, foundations or statutory funders. You are highly organised and confident managing multiple relationships, from identifying opportunities and developing compelling proposals through to reporting and ongoing stewardship.

You are an excellent communicator with the ability to translate complex information into clear, persuasive proposals and donor updates. Collaborative and proactive, you enjoy working across teams, building trusted relationships with colleagues and funders alike. You are motivated and comfortable using own initiative.

Interview

It will be a two-stage interview process. First round virtual interviews will be held on 31 March and 1 April, with second round (likely in-person) taking place the following week, but if anything changes, we will let you know. You will receive the interview questions 1 week ahead of the interview via email to enable you to prepare.

We’re looking for a Head of Scotland to become a senior ambassador and strategic leader for Mary’s Meals across the nation. As Head of Scotland, you will combine a deep understanding of fundraising in local communities – including the faith landscape, education system, and community networks – with strong strategic leadership. By building trusting, long‑term relationships, you will champion the charity’s vision and inspire people, churches, schools, businesses, and local partners to join us in feeding the next hungry child.

You will lead a small team, foster volunteer leadership, and collaborate with colleagues across MMUK so that national campaigns, storytelling, and supporter journeys land meaningfully within the local context.

You will be a highly visible presence across Scotland, spending considerable time externally to open doors, build alliances, and make confident, values‑led asks. You will guide how Mary’s Meals is seen, understood, and felt in Scotland – shaping our public profile, driving sustained income growth, and building the partnerships and grassroots energy needed to grow our movement.

Key responsibilities include

• Working cross-directorate to create and deliver a fundraising growth strategy for Scotland, rooted in regional insight, cultural understanding, and community needs, and aligned with the global and national strategy.
• Working with the Communications team, shape a clear and compelling narrative, respecting the nation’s strong identity, and acknowledging our brand is most recognised in Scotland.
• Identify emerging opportunities across Scotland, including diocesan networks, local relationships, high-growth business sectors, and regional giving patterns, adjusting plans quickly to drive maximum impact.
• Serve as the senior MMUK representative in Scotland, ensuring activity aligns with the national organisational strategy.
• Act as the leading spokesperson for Mary’s Meals in Scotland, representing the charity to churches, schools, local authorities, individuals, universities, and civic or business networks.
• Spend focused time externally; networking, nurturing partnerships and driving growth through representing the charity at events, meetings, faith gatherings, conferences, and civic forums.
• Build alliances with leaders across churches, schools, businesses and community groups.
• Confidently deliver values‑led presentations and public speaking engagements that inspire trust, generosity, and long‑term commitment.
• Lead by example and work closely across the organisation to ensure that all Scottish activity is fully aligned with Supporter Experience, so that journeys, thanking and stewardship feel warm and seamless, with Communications to deliver compelling campaigns and storytelling, with Philanthropy & Partnerships to coordinate major donor and corporate engagement, and with the Volunteer Manager to strengthen volunteer mobilisation and development.
• Play an active role as a member of the Extended Leadership Team (ELT), contributing to organisational strategy and direction, playing an important role in the wider leadership of the organisation.
• Proactively cultivate, pursue, and develop fundraising opportunities via networking and outreach with the aim of securing support for our school feeding programme.
• Develop and maintain a robust national growth pipeline, ensuring proactive identification, cultivation, conversion, and stewardship of opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Philanthropy and Partnerships, co‑owning major donor and corporate pipelines with clear roles and handovers.
• Make bold, relationship‑led asks, tailored to supporters’ motivations and capacity.
• Ensure that all donor journeys, from first engagement to long‑term stewardship, are warm, timely, and mission‑driven.
• Serve as a trusted media spokesperson for press, broadcast, and faith media when required.
• Work closely with the Communications team to provide compelling Scottish supporter stories, impactful moments, and local activity to showcase.
• Shape national‑to‑local messaging so that campaigns resonate with Scottish audiences.
• Work with your regional team and support appropriate local media coverage to raise profile and strengthen regional engagement.

Outline of Role
The job holder will work closely with the Head of Programmes and the Facilitator & Content Design Manager to coordinate and deliver high-quality, transformational reconciliation programming and events in the UK and abroad.

This role would ideally suit – but is not limited to – candidates at an early stage in their career with demonstrable interest in religion and peacebuilding, seeking a role that will generate a broad range of experiences and with considerable scope for professional development and increased responsibility as RCF enters a period of sustained growth.

Prospectus is delighted to be working with a Catholic maritime charity and ship-visiting network to recruit for a Head of International Programmes.

Based in their London office and remotely, the Head of International Programmes is responsible for delivering the international strategy and developing the capacity and reach of the global network. This will include developing close relationships with international partners to help them identify their needs, and deliver programmes and projects to meet them. The postholder will also lead and support the development of international grant income, cultivating and stewarding relationships with corporates, trusts, and foundations; identifying new funding opportunities; preparing high-quality proposals and reports; and ensuring compliance with donor requirements to secure sustainable resources for international programmes.

The successful candidate will have proven experience of managing programmes and projects, preferably within an international development setting. You will bring strong partnership building skills and have some fundraising experience in order to drive funding of future programmes. You will also bring excellent managerial and leadership skills, having previously managed staff and volunteers.
