Senior Grants Partnerships Manager
Salary: £45,200 – £50,500 per annum, including London weighting where applicable, dependent on experience
Location: Fully flexible, with occasional travel to our Salisbury or London office, plus national and international travel as required (up to 10–20% of working time)
Working pattern: 30–37.5 hours per week, with flexible and home working arrangements. Permanent contract.
Hope and Homes for Children is looking for an ambitious, relationship-driven fundraiser to lead high-value global partnerships and help millions of separated children get back to family. We have a compelling proposition; we're looking for someone with a compelling track record in generating trusts and foundations income.
About the role
As our Senior Grants Partnerships Manager, you'll own a portfolio of up to ten large trusts, foundations and institutional funders at six and seven figure level, deepening existing relationships while opening up new ones across North America, the Gulf States, East Asia, Northern Europe and the UK.
Working closely alongside our Programmes and Advocacy colleagues, and sitting within the Programmes team so you're close to the work itself, you'll research and win new donors, shape compelling proposals and steward the relationships that follow. You'll also lead on assigned institutional funding relationships, contribute to our income growth strategy and help position HHC as the partner of choice for those investing in child rights and social care reform globally.
It's a role with real ownership, and your contribution will go straight to what matters most: helping millions of separated children get back to family.
What you'll bring
You'll have a proven track record of securing five, six and seven figure grants from large foundations, trusts and institutional donors. You'll be able to write and develop high-quality proposals and manage complex budgets. Your relationship management skills will be exceptional, and you'll know how to convey HHC's mission compellingly to a wide range of senior audiences.
You'll be collaborative and culturally empathetic, comfortable working across teams, and equally at ease leading face-to-face cultivation as you are driving prospect research and pipeline development. Most importantly, you'll share our conviction that every child belongs in a family, and understand that every partnership you build and every proposal you win brings us closer to consigning orphanages to history.
About Hope and Homes for Children
Orphanages don't protect children, they harm them. The last thing an orphanage can provide is the first thing a child needs: someone to love them. Decades of evidence shows that the bond between a child and their family is vital for their development, and that orphanages subject children to high levels of abuse and neglect.
Today, over 5.4 million children are confined to orphanages worldwide, and more than 80% of them are not orphans at all. Children belong in families. They need protection, encouragement, play, laughter and love: somewhere to call home and someone to love them. You can help us make this a reality for children.

Coram is committed to improving the lives of the UK’s most vulnerable children and young people.
We support children and young people from birth to independence, creating a change that lasts a lifetime.
Coram is the UK’s oldest children’s charity founded by Thomas Coram in London helping vulnerable children and young people since 1739. Today, the Coram group helps more than one million children, young people, families and professionals every year by providing access to the skills and opportunities they need to thrive.
About CCLC
Coram Children’s Legal Centre (CCLC) is the UK’s specialist centre for children’s rights championing access to justice through information and advice, legal practice and representation, policy and strategic litigation. Our Legal Practice Unit provides advice and representation in child and family law, education law, community care law and asylum and immigration law as well as outreach advice and second tier advice in the areas of asylum and immigration law. Our Policy & Practice Team delivers policy and research work.
Part of Coram’s growing Children’s Rights Centre, CCLC is co-located with Coram Voice, the specialist provider of advocacy services for young people in and leaving the care system, in the new Queen Elizabeth II Centre at the heart of our historic campus in Bloomsbury.
About the role
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, multi-skilled administrator to assist our busy teams in London.
The Office Administrator will provide a range of essential office-based administrative support for the Legal Practice Unit and Policy & Practice Change Team, the majority of whom are currently working in a hybrid pattern. The priorities will be general administrative support: processing incoming and outgoing post, opening and closing files for clients; assistance with preparing court bundles; assistance with CCLC’s reception telephone line; communicating with internal and external departments; and assisting with any other legal or administrative tasks which may arise in order to fully support the team may also be required.
This is a great opportunity for an excellent administrator looking for a role in the charity sector and the prospect of developing a career in operations and business support.
The role would suit an organised and efficient individual with strong IT skills. Whilst full training will be provided and support and supervision will be available, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to work independently and show initiative and problem-solving skills.
