Responsibilities of our Digital Learning Specialist:
- Take overall responsibility for the design, development and delivery of Digital Learning in Cats Protection
- Working with colleagues across the charity, you will lead the development of bespoke Digital Learning programmes to meet the needs of volunteers and employees
- Support the Head of Organisational Learning and People Development in meeting the Learning and Development (L&D) management information needs of the charity and in demonstrating return on investment of L&D activity
- Provide expert project management support to the L&D Team
About the Digital Learning team:
The Digital Learning team is one of three internal learning teams that work together to deliver organisational capability. Led by the Digital Learning Specialist this team works with stakeholders across the organisation to meet their needs. Core aspects of their work include:
- Manage the development and maintenance of our Learner Management System (LMS) ensuring it is fit for purpose and providing support for the wider L&D team and learners.
- Develop data analysis to help L&D to understand leaners’ needs and experiences.
- Create high-quality e-learning using established development processes and working with subject matter experts from across the organisation.
What we’re looking for in our Digital Learning Specialist:
- Significant experience of managing and implementing digital learning programmes for a large organisation with volunteers and employees, supporting strategic aims and cultural change
- Proven experience of researching, designing, delivering and evaluating high quality digital learning products and solutions that meet organisational and individual needs

Work experience at Unifrog
In 2022, we launched the Unifrog Placements tool with just a few schools and colleges, and it’s now being used by over 45% of UK schools and has facilitated over 350,000 placements since its launch. The Placements tool makes it quick and easy for schools and colleges to administer work experience, virtual work experience (VWEX), work shadowing, and internships, all in one central place on the Unifrog platform. The more schools that sign up to and get started with Placements, the closer we can get to levelling the playing field for all students.
What you’ll do
As the Work Experience Lead, you will provide outstanding customer support for school and college partners using our Placements tool. You’ll be the first point of contact for any queries about the tool, resolving any issues partners, parents or employers have with the process. You’ll also be responsible for training individuals, tracking the engagement and impact of the Placements tool across our partner schools. You’ll be keeping Account Managers up to speed on this throughout the academic year.
Key responsibilities:

Keep Salesforce records up to date after any interactions with partner schools and colleges.

Continually suggest and streamline our Work Experience processes using feedback from our partners.

The Drive Partnership, formed by Respect, SafeLives and Social Finance, is working to transform the national response to perpetrators of domestic abuse. We work to end domestic abuse and protect victims by disrupting, challenging, and changing the behaviour of those who are causing harm. Together we have developed the Drive Project to address a gap in work with high-harm, high-risk perpetrators of domestic abuse. We also work to advocate for systems and policy change- to develop sustainable, national systems that respond more effectively to all perpetrators of domestic abuse.
In July of this year the Home Office announced a £53m investment over the next four years to enable the Drive Project to roll out across England and Wales. To end domestic abuse, we must address the source of the problem - the perpetrator. This funding will make a huge difference to our efforts to support survivors, by holding perpetrators to account, stopping them from causing further harm and giving them the chance to change.
Reporting to the Drive Director we are looking for a Drive Deputy Director to contribute to the leadership and management of the team in addition to building and nurturing strategic relationships with key stakeholders such as individuals, corporate partners, public sector organisations, and charitable trusts. They are also responsible for seeking and securing new funding from prospective individual donors at the £25k-£100k level, typically via donor networks, and driving forward this new business objective within the team. We are seeking an experienced Charity Administrator (Maternity Cover for CEO) to provide continuity and ensure the smooth running of CURE UK during our CEO’s maternity leave. This is a caretaker role: you will be the charity’s sole staff member, responsible for day-to-day operations, donor communications, and ongoing fundraising projects. - Part-time (c. 20 hrs/wk): The role would focus on communications, fundraising, and donor care. Finance, accounting, and governance tasks would be handled by our external Accountant partner.
