We are looking for a Fundraising Officer to lead the administration of CCT’s tiered membership programmes, annual and church-based appeals, legacies, and fundraising events. The Fundraising Officer will also support in the creation of marketing materials to support these initiatives.

Following the growth in audience development through online events and digital activity, CCT welcomed younger and international members and increased the number of donations. What's the role about?

The Head of Land role provides strategic leadership and a country overview of our work on recovering nature habitat management (on and off reserves), manages country-level relationships with national conservation bodies and is responsible for country land management compliance via management of our rural surveyors. As a member of the Country Leadership Team the post holder will have collective responsibility for the development and delivery of the Country Strategy and accountability for the ensuring that we have an effective overview of our conservation work in country, ensuring standards and support needs are met.

The role is responsible for representing the RSPB’s conservation work in England to external national level audiences. Having an inspiring approach to communications and identifying collaborative opportunities and solving shared challenges in Nature Conservation would be welcome skills. The post holder will provide conservation leadership in country, maintaining an overview of progress against country species and habitats targets and ensuring that we are deploying the most effective interventions from our conservation toolkit in country.

• To be responsible for identifying and delivering key income streams, as outlined in the commercial strategy to meet agreed financial targets and KPIs.
• To manage existing and develop new relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfactions whilst achieving and maximising income opportunities.

• Act as liaison and first point of contact for commercial enquiries into the NFCC and  dealing with them as appropriate. Enquiries may be from within the organisation, other fire and rescue services or elsewhere. 
• To create and assist in the drafting of timely and well-informed reports, business cases and provide advice regarding commercial developments.
• Develop an effective network with Fire and Rescue Service sector groups and other internal and external stakeholders. 
• Establish and maintain management processes and systems that provide for clear and understandable management information.

As the Interim Head of Health Services, your role will entail collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to guarantee the appropriate delivery of services, adherence / compliance to contracts within England's relevant services, and assistance in the transition of services to new providers. Additionally, you will assume full financial accountability for the services under your purview. During a period of transition and retrenchment as the charity refines its areas of delivery, your role will involve providing leadership, direction, and motivation to various services. You will lead the planning and quality monitoring of these services, evaluate their effectiveness of delivery, and ensure robust reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, you will manage essential relationships with the NHS, public sector, third sector, and other pertinent stakeholders to guarantee the effective delivery of contracts, commitments, and redeployments to new services (including TUPE).

To excel in this position, you should have a proven track record in leading, managing, and inspiring both staff and volunteers across diverse service delivery areas. Your experience should encompass effectively managing services, involving service users in their development, and establishing partnerships while negotiating contract terms. You should be skilled of using project management skills to maintain transparency and accountability of work projects. Proficiency in budget management across various portfolios to ensure adherence to financial allocations is essential. Additionally, you should demonstrate a commitment to inclusivity and sensitivity to the diverse needs of stakeholders. Your skill set should include the ability to foster relationships conducive to transitioning contracts to new work providers and ensuring stakeholder engagement throughout the delivery process. You should have experience of building internal relationships with corporate services to facilitate the best outcomes for staff, volunteers, and service users. Knowledge of public sector commissioning within the UK is desirable but not essential.
