You will work directly with people in community settings, carrying out risk and needs assessments, creating safety plans and using trauma-informed and coaching approaches. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, dynamic team working in new and flexible ways.

The Role
We’re looking for a proactive, practical and people-focused House Assistant to help keep Future Dreams House running smoothly day to day.
This role is a mix of front-of-house, operations, and sustainability. You’ll be making sure the building looks and feels like a 5* space, greeting and supporting visitors, coordinating volunteers, and helping us embed eco-conscious practices across everything we do.

Westway Trust are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery and Crèche Services Manager with a track record of managing a Good or Outstanding Oftsed rated Early Years’ service, who will be committed to supporting and enhancing the lives of children in the North Kensington community.
This role is key to positioning the Trust as a provider of affordable, vital and culturally appropriate services. Reporting to the Senior Manager Learning, you will lead and manage on all aspects of the Trust’s nursery and crèche services, ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements are met. Qualifications:
- Relevant qualification in childcare at a minimum Level 4.

- Minimum 2 years’ experience of managing a Nursery with experience of all the relevant duties, monitoring, reporting and quality improvement.
- Experience of being the main contact for Ofsted.
- A track record of working collaboratively with colleagues, partners and stakeholders to develop successful partnerships, growth, and achieve joint success.
- Strong experience of planning ahead, scheduling, attention to detail and problem solving.

LSFRC is an accommodation based service, set across Lambeth including hub sites situated in Brixton and West Norwood. The service provides care and support to over 60 customers living with enduring long term mental health. We also provide a service for two short-term post hospital discharge schemes for customers, who need support following hospital admission.
The role of our Support Worker plays a crucial role in fulfilling our customers' expectations, making a positive difference and where appropriate supporting customers to step down to a lower level of support. About the Early Years Assistant role
We are seeking enthusiastic bank staff to provide flexible cover for staff absences at our vibrant 59-place nursery, located in the Coin Street neighbourhood centre on London’s South Bank, just minutes from Waterloo and Blackfriars stations. As part of a dedicated team of educators supported by two experienced senior teachers, you will help ensure the smooth running of the nursery by assisting with mealtimes, activities, general care, and safeguarding the welfare of children. Our nursery is part of a wider Family and Children’s Centre, which offers holiday play schemes, activity camps, and a creche facility to support parents in training and development. Using our unique surroundings for real-life learning, we put each child at the centre of their learning journey. Cover will be provided on an ad hoc basis within our shift rota (8am–6pm).
This will be a zero-hours contract which means that there are no guaranteed hours per month - you may be requested to work on an ad hoc basis, and sometimes at short notice.
