We're looking for a creative, organised and people-focused Marketing & Events Coordinator to help tell our story — through engaging events, exhibitions and content that show what our learners achieve.
What you'll be doing
This is a genuinely varied role at the heart of college life. One week you might be coordinating a private view in our gallery; the next, capturing learner stories at our awards evening or helping welcome hundreds of visitors at an open day.

Salary: £28,680 FTE
Location: Hybrid working with a London SE11 office base and a minimum of one office day per week
Hours: 21 hours per week

As part of a mission-driven global organisation, the coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth programme operations, student support, and administrative excellence throughout the annual Scholar cycle. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and passionate about helping young leaders thrive. The coordinator will work closely with the Programme Manager to streamline processes, support events, maintain essential systems, and strengthen the overall Scholar experience across the year.
