The Role:
To lead and manage “hands-on”, the day-to-day operations of non-residential facilities and office administration across all sites, managing cleaners and ensuring efficient service delivery, regulatory compliance, and a safe, well-maintained environment for staff. The role also supports the delivery of high-quality business support services through effective administrative coordination and internal stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilities Management
• Oversee and coordinate the maintenance, safety, and functionality of the office environments across all sites, and ensure these are fit for purpose. This would include the booking and overseeing of all non-residential property equipment, including but not limited to, fire equipment, extinguishers, PAT testing, alarm, lighting testing and recording.
• Compliance checks – quarterly monitoring and maintenance of non-residential asset lists.
• Monitor office spaces, conduct internal and external office moves and work with Property Services to ensure a clean, safe, functional, and welcoming environment across all non-residential spaces.
• Work with Property Services on environmental sustainability initiatives (for example, energy efficiency and recycling).
Experience:
• Experience in facilities and office management within housing, care, or charity settings. (Essential).

About the role:
We’re excited to have launched a brand new Housing First service in Camden, and we’re looking for a passionate, skilled individual to join our team! You will be working in a unique new service that for the first time will be offering support to couples who have been rough sleeping and are to be accommodated separately in their own flats. With a three-year commission and the ability to support 30 individuals, this is your chance to be part of a fresh and impactful initiative within our organisation. You will work from a base in Kings Cross, delivering support in the community and within the homes of your clients. You will carry a case load of 5 people and will provide intensive and flexible trauma informed support that is centred around the strengths and needs of everyone. You will work closely with a wide range of external statutory agencies and specialist colleagues in the team who will include: a health worker, an IDVA, psychologist, sessional occupational health, and perpetrator support.
The service will support an equal number of women and men. The people given priority for the service are likely to have been rough sleeping for prolonged periods, have been multiply excluded from services and have co-occurring conditions. There will be a strong emphasis on safety in situations that might relate to complex abuse within relationships and externally.
About you:
- Experience working with clients who experience multi disadvantages, including building trust and positive relationships with people who have co-occurring conditions and who may be mistrustful and have a low level of engagement with services.
- A proven track record of achieving measurable outcomes with clients with complex needs.
- Awareness of the intersection between severe and multiple disadvantage and violence against women and girls (VAWG), and an understanding of how the intersection of these issues can be supported and the people involved safeguarded.
- To show leadership qualities; skills of a strong negotiator; ability to advocate and be diplomatic.
- A level of numeracy, literacy and comprehension to input data, the ability to be fully self servicing in the use of emails and the common computer packages including SHP’s client recording system.

About The Role
St Mungo’ s Hackney Move On service provides semi-independent accommodation consisting of 39 bed spaces split between 7 shared properties to people exiting short stay/long term hostel/supported housing provisions in preparation for independent general needs accommodation. Clients accessing our services have all experienced homelessness, may be in recovery for substance or alcohol use or an addressed mental health need or are currently positively engaged with external services around any identified needs.
Our team is looking for a Housing and Lettings Worker who will play a key role in providing a welcoming, safe and supportive environment while providing housing and tenancy related management support to clients at the service. You will be responsible for the quick turn-around of bed space voids and supporting new/current clients with benefits claims, accessing relevant health care and treatment appointments and signposting to other relevant support services. Additional responsibilities will include:
- Working as part of a team in to ensure that a person-centred approach is taken when working with clients
- Advice and assistance to clients in relation to fulfilling tenancy conditions
- Advice and assistance to clients to identify and access move-on options
- Taking the lead on the process of clearing rooms when residents leave, deal with housing management and maintenance issues across our 7 sites and support the day to day running of the office and other communal areas.
Hackney Move On is staffed on a rota basis between the hours of 9am–9pm, including weekends and Bank Holidays and includes periods of lone working.
About you
This role will suit people with some experience of housing or property management, experience of providing excellent service and managing complex and difficult situations in relation to people. You should also have:
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with others whilst managing your own time.
- A non-judgemental approach to working with homeless people and an understanding of the needs and support requirements of vulnerable clients on low (or no) incomes; including those with mental health and/or substance dependency problems.
- Ability to learn internal systems, processes and IT applications to manage compliance within the service.
- Good organizational and time management skills.

What you’ll be doing…
This is a busy, people-focused role where no two days are quite the same. You’ll be responsible for:
- Support residents to sustain their tenancies, promoting independence and wellbeing.
- Monitor rent accounts, helping to prevent arrears through support and payment plans.
- Manage communal areas including kitchens, lounges, pod lounges, gardens, and patios.

About the team

The Service Manager will be responsible for the operations of one service in Berkshire (Slough) which supports one individual to live in his own home.
The individual is a sociable and engaging man with a warm sense of humour and a deep appreciation for nature, music, and familiar company. He lives with a diagnosis of moderate learning disability, autism spectrum disorder, psychotic illness, epilepsy, and type 2 diabetes, all of which require thoughtful and consistent support. The customer has been living successfully in his current placement for over ten years, where he benefits from the continuity of staff who know him well, understand his routines, and help him maintain a sense of safety and autonomy.
The role will provide line management for a team of seven Specialist Behaviour Support Workers, ensuring that compliance with organisational, legal regulations and those of the local authority are adhered to and the quality of support is of the highest standard possible, ensuring excellent quality of life for the customer and a good working environment for colleagues.
The service has received a CQC rating of Good. The current team size includes 5 FTEs (Specialist Behaviour Support Workers) plus 2 FTEs Waking Night Support Workers, ensuring comprehensive support coverage across all shifts.
The working pattern for this role is primarily Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional requirements for weekend and out-of-hours work to meet service needs.
The anticipated start date for this role is October.
The initial contract duration is 6 months, with potential to become a permanent role after this period.

About the role
As a Housing Advisor at GHH, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred housing support to veterans at risk of homelessness. You’ll provide advice, casework, and tenancy sustainment services, ensuring each client receives tailored support that meets their individual needs. From triaging new enquiries to managing a diverse caseload, you’ll be at the frontline of our mission to prevent homelessness and promote housing stability within the Armed Forces community.
You’ll work closely with local authorities, housing providers, and third-sector organisations to deliver joined-up support, particularly through the Council’s Housing Options approach. Your role will involve regular liaison with external stakeholders and you’ll represent GHH in forums that shape housing policy and practice. You’ll also contribute to the planning and delivery of housing-specific projects, helping to develop innovative solutions to complex housing challenges.
You will play a vital role in advocating for individuals and families experiencing homelessness, working to ensure their voices are heard and their rights upheld. This position requires a strong sense of social justice and a desire to see each case resolved positively. You will be expected to navigate Glasgow’s complex housing systems, challenge barriers to access, and collaborate with partners to deliver sustainable solutions that promote dignity, stability, and inclusion for those most in need.

About the team
GHH provides a single point of contact through a gateway model, enhancing local access to a wide range of services. These include support with financial matters, housing and homelessness, employability, and more. The team currently operates from their office in Govan, with the flexibility to work remotely one day per week. Outreach work is also carried out across the city to ensure wider community engagement.
The GHH team works closely with a broad network of internal and external partners, including local SSAFA branches and the Scottish Support Office, Citizens Advice Scotland, Veterans Housing Scotland, Erskine Veterans Village, Scottish Veterans Residences, and Defence Medical Welfare Services.
About you

As a Housing Advisor, you’ll need to be motivated, enthusiastic, and creative, with strong organisational skills and the initiative to manage your own workload. Your experience may come from professional or voluntary role in housing, homelessness prevention, or tenancy sustainment. Ideally, you will hold a CIH Level 3 qualification in Housing Practice.
You’ll manage a varied caseload, offering holistic, person-centred support across the housing and homelessness spectrum. This includes helping clients navigate housing options, liaising with local authorities and landlords, and supporting individuals through the eviction process. You’ll use your knowledge of housing pathways and tenancy rights to advocate effectively and ensure beneficiaries receive timely and appropriate support. Strong communication and problem-solving skills will be essential as you work with clients facing complex and often urgent housing challenges.

Contracts Manager

I am working with a leading Housing Provider to recruit a Contracts Manager within their Home & Community Maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take ownership of contract management across a diverse portfolio, driving performance, compliance and value for money.
The Role
As Contracts Manager, you will:
Oversee the full lifecycle of contracts, from procurement to delivery, ensuring efficiency and compliance with legislation (PCR2015 & PA23).
Lead on contract execution, negotiations, monitoring and performance management.
Develop strong relationships with procurement teams and contractors, ensuring best practice and delivery of social value.
Take ownership of financial and performance reporting, valuations, final accounts, and contractual advice.
Provide leadership to a Contracts Coordinator and wider teams, fostering continuous improvement and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ensure Health & Safety and CDM regulations are embedded across all contracts.
Act as the key point of contact for contract disputes, claims and risk management.
About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
Significant experience managing multiple contracts within housing, construction or a related sector.
Strong knowledge of contract management frameworks, procurement legislation and best practice.
Excellent negotiation, financial, and analytical skills.
Leadership capability, able to guide a specialist team in a high-pressure environment.
A degree in business, construction, surveying, or related field (RICS/CIOB membership desirable).
Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements, ideally with NEBOSH/IOSH.
