Role Requirements
- Support planning and changes in the administration of children and young people’s timetable for children and family services.
- Support with photocopying of notes for subject access/ solicitor requests (SARS).
- Manage the SARS and redacting process with appropriate members of the Therapies teams.
- Update logs and coordinate the Clinical and Safeguarding Supervision across the Therapies teams, escalating non-compliance where required.
- Monitor mandatory training compliance and administer booking processes for all relevant training sessions/course.
- Coordinating specialist clinics, including spine and hip clinics; liaising with the Physiotherapy team to ensure the correct children are on the schedule. Liaison with external Consultants to organise the clinic lists.
- Carry out audiotyping of clinic letters and distribute as required.
- Update absences within the teams onto the SMI (staff care) system, as requested by the Heads of Service.
- Place orders for any required equipment and/or resources for departments and for the children and young people as deemed necessary.
- Take overview of clinical asset ordering, linking with the clinical assets team and management system, in line with MHRA guidelines and the medical devices policy.
- Track and monitor equipment orders with Heads of service, escalate delays and provide a central overview for all equipment re-charges and ordering.
- Raise and receipt PO’s and invoices for the therapies directorate and liaise closely with the finance team.
- Undertake other or additional duties that are within your skills and abilities, as the organisation may reasonably require from time to time.
With experience of working in a complex environment, across a large and diverse workforce, you will be exceptionally organised with a high-level of attention to detail. You will naturally possess excellent inter-personal skills, and an ability to consult and positively engage with key stakeholders across the organisation.

Role purpose
Compass is a service designed to support adults (18 years and over) in H&F and Hounslow. The service provides support with welfare benefits, debt, housing and well-being/peer support groups/workshops.
The role of the Information and Advice Worker will be to provide advice, guidance and customer representation to H&F and Hounslow residents living with mental health problems. Advice issues may include, housing, benefits, council tax, debt, signposting etc.

- To provide advice, information, onward referral and holistic support to clients with mental ill health.

About the Role
You will provide advice and support to women who have experienced domestic abuse in a refuge setting working across two sites. You will carry out risk and needs assessments, develop support plans and carry out key work with women survivors. You should have a minimum of two years’ experience of working with this or a similar client group. An in depth understanding of the needs of women and children from a diverse background is essential.
About You
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of domestic abuse and its impact on women and their children, as well as experience of providing emotional and practical support to victims of domestic and sexual violence.
You will have experience of managing risk and following case management procedures to meet the needs of the client group, and the ability to work with women to help them to understand their needs, risk assess, develop safety plan, and support them in linking with other agencies.
You will have a working knowledge of the available legal remedies, housing, and welfare benefits, as well as experience of providing workshops.
In addition to case management, you will be required to undertake housing management responsibilities including health and safety and maintenance of the refuges. You will have excellent administrative and time management skills.

The London Domestic Abuse Advise Service provides support to address the risk of customers who are already involved with Look Ahead services. Customers are referred from all four specialisms of the organisation; Young People; Homelessness; Mental Health; and Learning Disabilities.
The role of an IDVA is to address the safety of victims and survivors of domestic abuse using DASH RIC and Individual Safety and Support Plans and represent the needs and values of each victim/survivor to external services. We take a trauma-informed and person-centred approach.

What you'll do:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Look Ahead IDVAs have the personal qualities required to manage customer expectations alongside the responsibilities of their role. Day to day IDVA activities include:
Manage customer referrals, completing Dash Risk Assessments and obtaining and maintaining all relevant paperwork
Building supportive, trusting relationships with customers and creating a positive atmosphere.

Making relevant safeguarding referrals.
Support Customers to obtain Non-Molestation Orders where needed and any other civil remedies available to them.
Working proactively with other members of the team to handle the service caseload and administrative responsibilities

Supporting customers to set personalised goals in the form of a Safety and Support Plan.

Last year we saw a 133% growth in the numbers of young people facing homelessness coming through our doors. Now, nearly half of them are - or recently have been - sleeping rough and with the numbers of young rough sleepers in the capital growing at an alarming rate, New Horizon Youth Centre has had to take decisive action to unlock support and housing for this group. The Head of Services - Rough Sleeping is a brand-new role for the organisation and will lead on developing a new internal strategy for young people facing rough sleeping, as well as holding operational oversight of our established youth-specific street outreach function and emergency accommodation hub, both of which are unique in London. You will need to be strategic in approach and an excellent relationship builder. You will act as our lead colleague on relationships with the Greater London Authority and London Councils’ rough sleeping teams, working with them to ensure our learning and insights inform policy and ultimately open up access to emergency support for those under 25. Mind in Croydon is a charity concerned with the welfare of people with mental health problems living in the London Borough of Croydon and the surrounding areas. Mind in Croydon delivers Mental Health Transformation Program services alongside Croydon BME Forum, these include Croydon Health and Wellbeing Space and Mental Health Personal Independence Coordinators. Other services include Recovery Space, Advocacy, Active Minds, Carers Support, Peer Support In-Reach, Social Networking, Counselling, and an Information Service.
This exciting role will manage the provision of a non-clinical Recovery Space (crisis café) funded by South London Partnership Commissioning. This project operates in the day and evenings, people are referred by our Trusted Assessors in various Teams such as Croydon University Hospital, Psychiatric Liaison, Assessment and Liaison, Croydon College, Home Treatment Team and others.
The aim of the service is to divert people, who would be better supported elsewhere, away from Accident and Emergency (A&E) and towards services that can support with their immediate crisis within the Borough of Croydon. The Recovery Space Service Manager leads this service which is non-clinical but a warm and welcoming setting to support and hold individuals during the day and evening. The Recovery Space service referrals will not be accepted after 10pm for attendance at night.
The role will work closely at senior operational level with external partners, clinical, commissioning, and voluntary sector organisations to plan, develop and promote the highest quality service. They will manage a team of nine staff, three are Crisis Workers, operating a day service, one outreach crisis worker also operating during the day and five Recovery Space Workers in the evening. The role will need to produce reports, develop, and implement policies and procedures in line with best practice and to ensure the service is making a difference to people’s lives. The role will work with other service managers including those managers within the Transformation services to ensure a One Team approach to provide an effective and efficient service for clients.
