Job description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Partner to join out client on a permanent basis. In this role, you will act as a trusted adviser to
managers and staff, providing expert support across a wide range of HR matters.

You'll work both independently and collaboratively to deliver a consistent, high-quality HR service aligned with current employment legislation and organisational policies.

A key focus of the role is partnering with managers to understand operational needs and develop effective HR solutions that enhance performance and strengthen people management capability. You will also manage a varied employee relations caseload, including investigations, disciplinary and grievance matters, capability issues and absence management, ensuring fair and timely outcomes.

To be successful, you will bring strong HR advisory or business partnering experience, excellent knowledge of UK employment law, confident communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive HR team and make a meaningful impact on employee experience and organisational effectiveness.

Hybrid expectations are 3 days a week onsite -London based.
