About the role
Breast Cancer Now’s life-saving research and essential support services are only possible because of our amazing supporters. The supporter experience manager will help to ensure all Breast Cancer Now supporters have brilliant experiences with us. This means supporters are thanked properly, kept up to date about the impact of their support and given interesting, relevant opportunities to support again. This varied role will work with teams across the organization to share supporter insight, embed best practice, and create consistency. You’ll be leading mystery shopping, running workshops with teams and creating resources. Your role will have a particular emphasis on working to make sure individual giving supporters are well looked after.
About you
The successful candidate will be passionate about championing supporters’ wants, needs and preferences, advocating for supporters to be considered at every turn. You’ll have worked on activities to improve supporter or customer experience previously, whether in a charity or company. You’ll be confident in managing projects which involve multiple teams, and most importantly you’ll be able to get people excited about experience.

Primary location of role and hybrid working

As our digital communications and engagement manager, you’ll take an editorial role in ensuring our website is accessible and regularly updated with relevant and engaging content. You’ll lead on scheduling the send out of newsletter, advocacy, and fundraising emails to our mailing list and ensure they’re as engaging as they can be. And you’ll use our software to create digital tools allowing our supporters to take meaningful action.
Whether it’s donating to our cause or emailing local politicians, you’ll be the person who inspires people to take action on climate.
In our small comms team, there is a lot of crossover between roles, so you will also occasionally be asked to pitch into other functions across the team such as social media and press, and take joint responsibility for some of our administrative work. But don’t worry, we can train you up on this!
Working with others in the Possible team, you’ll take a proactive approach to deepening engagement among our existing supporters, and attracting new people to our campaigns through our website and digital tools. You’ll also be invited to contribute to general marketing, media, outreach, fundraising and campaign strategy. And everyone at Possible chips in to make the tea, take out the bins and do the washing up, or the virtual equivalent, so there’s that too.
Our core working days are Tuesdays and Wednesday, which means everyone works these days to make sure we have enough time to connect with each other. We usually work 9.30-5.30pm but staff can use flexitime to work the hours that work for them depending on the day, within reason i.e. 8-4pm or split shifts for the school run. Our all team meetings mostly run 10-1pm and smaller team meetings are usually in the afternoon.

An entry-level role, the Philanthropy Coordinator will be a key member of GiveOut's small team, with responsibilities in three main areas: helping with internal programme coordination, supporting colleagues on key donor relationships and fundraising, and taking the lead on community fundraising. They will be highly organised with a strong work ethic, enjoy organising events, and up for the challenge of raising lower level gifts from our community and allies. They will have the opportunity to develop organisational, project management and fundraising skills, learn about LGBTQI rights activism around the world, and see the impact of their work through the incredible LGBTQI organisations supported through GiveOut.
Main responsibilities:
Internal programme coordination

About you
As our Philanthropy Executive (Trusts & Foundations), you will be responsible for maximising income through managing a portfolio of four-to-five figure partners and prospects, engage with key external supporters and help the team build relationships with individual philanthropists and trusts through meetings, events, tailored communications and funding applications.
You will also play an essential role in building and nurturing relationships with UK-based trusts, supporting both our international and UK-based initiatives.
In your day-to-day, you will:
- Coordinate and provide high-level stewardship to our Small Trusts Portfolio through quarterly mailings that highlight the achievements and impact of Save the Children, fostering long-term donor support.
- Create bespoke proposals for donations up to £75,000, supporting our diverse projects both in the UK and internationally.
- Assist the Trusts team in maintaining and developing donor relationships, contributing to day-to-day partnership activities.
- Collaborate with the High Value Engagement team to deliver a range of communications aligned with our departmental strategy.
- Support the Trusts team during emergencies to maximize fundraising efforts for humanitarian responses globally.
- Aid the Trusts & Foundations Lead with financial information, pipeline management, and ensure donor records are up to date.
- Represent Save the Children at peer networking meetings, showcasing our work and values.

A well-established UK charity is seeking an experienced Database Officer to join their Development team. This role is integral to the charity’s transition to Salesforce CRM, ensuring smooth data migration and the implementation of new fundraising processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Development team’s lead for the new CRM database.

CARAS offers holistic early-action support to refugees and people seeking asylum, ensuring individuals have the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to thrive in the UK. Founded in 2008, we have co-created our thriving adult and youth services in partnership with CARAS community members over the last 16 years and now run a thriving weekly provision of social and educational programming delivered alongside wrap-around casework support.
The growth in our service has been underpinned by great success in fundraising which has allowed us to consistently grow year on year, with our current annual budget now standing at approximately £750,000. Fundraising is led by the Head of Development and Impact. The creation of the Fundraising Officer role is an exciting new step for CARAS, providing us with the opportunity to get to understand our supporters more deeply, and build meaningful new partnerships with businesses and investors across many sectors to improve the outcomes for individuals with a refugee background across south London. Working together with the Head of Development and Impact, the role with focus on nurturing individual giving, community fundraising, CSR partnerships and building relationships within our local community, increasing our unrestricted income as you go.
We are seeking a creative, motivated worker who has ideas for how to support a thriving organisation, helping us build new relationships and partnerships that will support CARAS to maintain and adaptive and iterative approach towards our work to ensure that person-centred support is available when new-arrivals need it most.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter, skilled at relationship management and familiar to individual giving. They will need to be able to build corporate partnerships, develop and deliver campaigns that drive support from our donor base, create fundraising events that bring our work to life, and build and maintain effective donor stewardship and retention journeys that create proximity to our work. CARAS is intentional within our efforts to include community members throughout all aspects of our work, and the successful candidate must be deeply committed to community member inclusion in a manner that is meaningful and not extractive.

About the role
This role focuses on scaling CARAS’s unrestricted income portfolio, building CARAS’s support base to sustainably increase our income. Working closely with the Head of Development and Impact, this will include:

Planning and executing individual campaigns and appeals, including our annual Big Give campaign.

Developing a powerful case for support, articulating our work, its impact and the impact donors have.

About this role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Reprieve team as our Head of Mass Engagement covering parental leave.
With the support of the Deputy Director of Development, you will lead our fast‐moving and creative Mass Engagement Team to:
- Power Individual Giving and Public Fundraising across multiple channels.
- Engage our community of supporters (currently about 95,000 people in the UK and 9,000 in the US) to donate and take action for Reprieve
- Inspire others to support Reprieve’s work, running campaigns across our social channels.
Our Mass Engagement work is at a pivotal moment. Reprieve’s income from through regular and individual giving, generated largely by email fundraising, has experienced a drop with many of our supporters understandably reassessing their charitable giving in the face of the economic crisis.
You will oversee the delivery and implementation of Reprieve’s recently launched Mass Engagement strategy. You will be energised to bring your skills, experience and knowledge to implement and deliver these plans, testing opportunities to diversify and grow the programme.
The Mass Engagement team works closely with the wider Development Team and colleagues across the organisation, supporting each other to reach their objectives.
About you
You will have a deep level of skill and expertise in mass fundraising, either through Individual Giving, Digital or Community and Events, with demonstrable experience managing a budget and making decisions about the best use of resources to deliver income targets.
