Centrepoint, the UK’s leading youth homelessness charity, is looking for a Senior Philanthropy Officer to join our Philanthropy team based in London or Manchester.

Centrepoint operates a hybrid working model. The requirement is a minimum of 50% of your working week to be worked in the office. For most full-time colleagues, this means attending the office for five days over a two-week period (e.g., two days one week and three days the next). For colleagues on different contracts (including part-time or compressed contracts) this will be adjusted accordingly.

Centrepoint exists to help vulnerable young people by giving them the practical and emotional support they need to find a job and live independently. We provide homeless young people with accommodation, health support and life skills in order to get them back into education, training and employment. We want to end youth homelessness by 2037, and together with our partners we support over 16,000 young people each year.

High Value Giving is an area of income growth for Centrepoint, with the Philanthropy team forming part of the Relationship Fundraising Department. The Senior Philanthropy Officer role plays a crucial part within the Philanthropy team, as the team look to build upon their recent successes and income trajectory.

Developing donor relationships, producing important cultivation resources and contributing to the creation of a robust donor pipeline will form key responsibilities for this role. About You

The Senior Philanthropy Officer will report into the Philanthropy Manager. This role will steward its own major donor portfolio, managing gifts between £5,000 and £100,000, and project manage an element of the team strategy to help achieve the Philanthropy income target.

The post holder with work closely with other teams, particularly the mid-value team, within fundraising and the organisation more widely, to maximise income for Centrepoint.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop skills and experience in major donor fundraising, while being part of an energetic and passionate team. This role would suit an established relationship fundraiser seeking their next high value giving opportunity.

What you’ll be doing

As Senior Philanthropy Officer, you will play a key role in growing high-value income by developing relationships with major donors and building a strong pipeline of future supporters.

You will manage your own portfolio of major donors while also contributing to the wider philanthropy strategy.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and stewarding a portfolio of major donors, developing tailored engagement and communication plans
• Growing income from existing donors and cultivating new major donor prospects
• Leading the Mid Value to Major Donor pathway, identifying and developing high-potential donors
• Project managing key elements of the philanthropy strategy to drive income growth
• Working with teams across the organisation to identify funding needs and develop compelling cases for support
• Producing major donor appeals, reports, newsletters and updates
• Maintaining accurate donor records and reporting on the CRM system
• Managing administrative and financial processes relating to donor income
• Representing the organisation at donor meetings, events and service visits
• Keeping up to date with philanthropy trends and sector developments
• Supporting wider fundraising events and activities

Citadel is a volunteer-powered homelessness prevention project that supports people experiencing, or at risk of homelessness, to find a place to live, settle into a home, and feel part of a welcoming and supportive community. Coordinators recruit and train volunteers before matching them with a person referred for support. Coordinators and volunteers work closely with people who have been referred, to establish what matters to them and how best they can support them.

About you

We are seeking to hire an outgoing, confident leader who is skilled and comfortable in building relationships and influencing people. You will be a dedicated, diligent person with experience of leading teams in the homelessness, housing or voluntary and community sectors and passionate about the role of the community in ending homelessness.

We’re on the lookout for a Legacy and In Memory Executive to join our Individual Giving Team here at Prostate Cancer UK. This role focuses on legacy and in-memory giving - including gifts in Wills which are some of the most meaningful contributions we receive, helping us fund research that will save and improve lives.

In this role you’ll be part of an exciting time at the charity, joining us as we roll out our new Fundraising Strategy and start developing new products. You’ll be delivering thoughtful, well-timed and engaging communications to a variety of audiences, helping us reach new supporters and deepen relationships with those already connected to us. Your work will play a vital part in raising awareness, encouraging supporters to consider leaving a gift in their Will, and providing meaningful ways to remember loved ones. 

Working closely with our Legacy and In Memory Manager, you’ll help manage relationships with external agencies and collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to make sure our plans are delivered smoothly and successfully. It’s a role where your creativity, empathy and organisation will all come into play. 

You’ll also be responsible for the operational duties of the Prostate Cancer Memorial Sculpture – a poignant tribute to the dads, grandads, brothers and friends we’ve lost to prostate cancer, and a place for families and communities to reflect, remember and raise awareness.

The RCR, in partnership with Macmillan Cancer Support, is leading a national review into cancer multidisciplinary team (MDTs) improvement — a key commitment in the National Cancer Plan. We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive this high-profile programme and deliver meaningful change for cancer services. 

This is a rare opportunity to shape how cancer teams work across the country and to deliver meaningful improvements for patients, clinicians and the wider cancer workforce. 

As Project Manager, you will take full ownership of the planning, coordination and delivery of the Cancer MDT Reform Programme. You’ll work closely with senior leaders across the health system including NHS England, Macmillan Cancer Support and the Department of Health and Social Care as well as senior Officers at the RCR, including regular reporting to our Vice-President for Clinical Oncology. 

Key responsibilities include: 

• Leading the full project lifecycle, from developing detailed project plans to managing risks, timelines and reporting. 
• Delivering a large two-day national stakeholder event to gather insight and build consensus across the cancer community. 
• Drafting high-impact written outputs, including a flagship report outlining recommendations for MDT improvement to be shared with government. 
• Collaborating with DHSC and NHSE to support the development of future MDT guidance. 
• Building strong, productive relationships with clinicians, NHS partners, national charities, Royal Colleges and internal teams. 
• Line managing the Project Administrator and fostering an effective and motivated project team.

• Strong project management experience, with a record of delivering complex programmes to time and quality.
• Experience working with senior leaders and managing competing demands effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce compelling, authoritative materials.

Teenage Cancer Trust is the only UK charity dedicated to providing specialised nursing care and support for young people aged 13–24 with cancer. Every day, seven young people in the UK hear the words “you have cancer”, and Teenage Cancer Trust ensures they do not face it alone.

The charity funds specialist nurses and youth support teams in hospitals across the UK and provides vital emotional, practical and psychological support for young people and their families during and after treatment.

Regional fundraising is a core income stream for Teenage Cancer Trust, generating income through a combination of community and corporate fundraising. Teenage Cancer Trust is now seeking a Regional Fundraising Manager (North) to lead and grow income across a significant and high-potential region. The Regional Fundraising Manager is a senior role responsible for leading fundraising across the North of England, managing a team of four fundraisers and contributing to the wider regional fundraising strategy. Reporting to the Head of Regional Fundraising, you will be responsible for delivering regional income targets, developing effective fundraising strategies and ensuring strong pipeline development across the region. You will also play a key role in embedding a more proactive approach to community engagement, strengthening volunteer involvement and maximising opportunities across local communities and corporate partners.

As Regional Fundraising Manager, you will:

• Lead community and corporate fundraising across the North region, supporting long-term partnerships
• Lead and deliver regional fundraising strategy in line with national objectives
• Manage and develop a team of four fundraisers
• Develop and implement regional plans to grow sustainable income
• Drive proactive community fundraising, engaging groups, clubs and local networks
• Identify and develop new income opportunities across community and corporate audiences
• Ensure strong pipeline development, income forecasting and performance management
• Work collaboratively across fundraising teams to maximise supporter engagement
• Lead key projects and initiatives to improve fundraising effectiveness
• Support the wider regional fundraising function as part of the management team

Essential skills and experience:

Whether we are communicating through images, video or text, we always try to be straightforward, honest, and to show respect for the people with whom we are communicating. 

Clear communication is particularly important for us because our mission is to level the playing field when it comes to access to opportunities, and a big part of this effort is fair and straightforward access to information. Over the last few years, we have created hundreds of videos aimed at students and teachers. 

Our video content helps young people make informed decisions about their future. This includes Careers Library profiles featuring professionals discussing their jobs, Subject Library profiles where university students share insights into their studies, and Employer and University profiles offering a glimpse into these organisations. We also produce course videos for online learning as well as internal marketing content.

What you’ll do

As Post Production Manager, you will oversee the Video Team’s post-production operations and line-manage our Video Editors (1 x Video Editor and 2 x Junior Video Editors). You will lead the team in delivering high-quality video content for our platform, ensuring all output meets our editorial standards. You will manage the post-production workflow, support wider projects across the Video Team, and contribute hands-on to editing a variety of videos for the platform.

Your key responsibilities:

• Assign post-production tasks to Video Editors and Junior Video Editors, manage the edit schedule, set deadlines, and sign off on edits that meet our high standards. Guide, mentor, and develop team members in editing skills and post-production workflows.

• Manage key deliverables from organising footage on Dropbox to ensuring projects are live on the platform.

• Manage a diverse range of video content, ensuring stakeholder input is considered while maintaining high editorial and production standards.

• Review videos and provide constructive feedback to develop editors and maintain quality.

• Ensure videos are on the platform and meet a high standard of quality.

• Act as the point of contact for external partners and account teams regarding exported projects, handling any technical queries.

• Edit videos, create engaging animations and Motion Graphics (Motion GFX) in After Effects and Premiere Pro, and develop MOGRT templates for editable projects.

• Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to by all editors and inform them of any changes.

• Guide and mentor other team members in editing skills and post-production workflows.

Working together

You’ll work closely with Unifrog’s Content team, line-manage video editors and collaborate closely with directors and producers in the video team. You will also work with staff on our partner-facing teams, as well as with external partners where necessary.

You will be managed by our Head of Video.

• Solid understanding of storytelling and pacing to create engaging, audience-focused edits.

• Capable of handling sound design, colour grading, and other technical aspects to deliver polished final outputs.

• Deep understanding of editing tools and technical workflows to support high-quality delivery and efficient team output.

Creative and editorial excellence

• Strong editorial judgement and attention to detail, ensuring all content meets high standards in storytelling, technical quality, and visual aesthetics.

• Oversees and maintains quality across all edits, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and platform requirements.

• Up-to-date with video trends, audience expectations, and post-production best practices, using this knowledge to guide the team in producing engaging, high-quality content.

Media management

• Able to organise and manage media files efficiently, maintaining clear structures and consistency across projects.

Key details

• £42,500 - £44,500 per annum, depending on experience (Grade C).

You will establish and maintain a central supplier register and contracts database to improve visibility, governance and oversight. A key priority will be identifying and risk‑rating existing suppliers and ensuring robust onboarding, due diligence and ongoing assurance arrangements are in place — particularly in relation to data protection, information security and supply continuity — for both existing and new vendors.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Proven experience of leading end‑to‑end procurement activity, preferably within a complex organisation such as a charity, public sector or regulated environment.
• Demonstrable experience of supplier due diligence, risk assessment and assurance, including onboarding and ongoing supplier management.
• Strong understanding of data protection requirements within procurement and supply chains, including UK GDPR, data processing agreements and supplier compliance monitoring.

Your work will involve maintaining and monitoring our existing HCT peer projects across London. This will involve providing support and supervision to existing staff, managing operational issues on a day-to-day basis and overseeing the management of separate projects. 

This post also involves regular liaison with external partners across the region, including key stakeholders such as Operational Delivery Network (ODN) managers for each area, alongside senior NHS colleagues, drug and alcohol services etc.
