We are looking for a data analyst who will be working within the health intelligence function to lead programmes of work and manage projects to better understand the UK population with Musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions to inform the direction of Arthritis UK's ambitions, strategy, policy and services work.
Our UK Advocacy and Health Intelligence department are responsible for developing and implementing our ambitious evidence-based policy and influencing strategy so that people with arthritis can access the treatment and support they need to live the lives they choose.

The Royal College of Psychiatrists is looking to hire for the position of Examinations Analyst within the Examinations Team.
The Examinations Analyst is an important role at the College as and procedures associated the Membership examinations (MRCPsych).
Further development will be provided with creating, validating and maintaining new and existing examination and assessment tools.
As Examinations Analyst, you will calculate and set MRCPsych pass marks, perform quality assurance on exam output and administer standard setting meeting. You will be joining a very busy team and whilst it has a broad range of operational and development tasks, you will have a large degree of autonomy and the opportunity to improve processes, as well as developing professionally.
Reporting to the Psychometrician, you will conduct routine analysis of MRCPsych examinations, which are run multiple times a year. You will collaborate and assist in identifying areas for change and development within examination and assessment processes, alongside the Examination
Team, and evaluate and develop new and processes.
Degree qualified or with relevant professional experience, you will have an in depth understanding of techniques and theories used in undertaking statistical analysis.

Knowledge or an interest in medical education and familiarity with its terminology and an understanding of EDI issues and best practices is desirable.

CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably) is a growing organisation on a mission to save lives. We have just launched an ambitious five-year strategy, alongside a bespoke Behaviour Change/Engagement Framework and a new Measurement System designed to help us understand and demonstrate the impact we are having. Data is at the heart of how we will get there.
The Opportunity
This is a newly created, senior contract role at an exciting inflection point for CALM. We are building the analytics foundations that will underpin our long-term growth and impact.
You will help us embed our new Behaviour Change Framework and Measurement System into practice. And also help strengthen the organisation’s analytics maturity, ensuring our Azure data warehouse and Power BI reporting capabilities are fully utilised and embedded into decision-making.
This is a senior role, but it is also highly hands-on. We are a small organisation and are looking for someone who is equally comfortable shaping strategy, building frameworks, improving infrastructure, and directly delivering analytical work.
Key Responsibilities
Embedding Our Behaviour Change Framework & Measurement System
Help us put our newly launched Behaviour Change Framework and Measurement System into practice across the organisation
Support the setting of baselines and targets for our five-year OKRs, and define the year-to-year milestones that will track our progress
Audit the data we already hold, identify the gaps, and develop new data collection methods where needed
Design how we report, review, and evaluate against the framework
Create practical guidelines and clear rules for using the framework and associated survey questions
Building Our Analytics Infrastructure
Take ownership of our Microsoft Azure Data Warehouse and Power BI environment, and drive meaningful adoption across the organisation

The role
We are excited to be seeking a Head of Transformation to help shape not only major change initiatives, but also the culture, behaviours, and ways of working to enable better long-term outcomes and experiences for patients, families, staff, and volunteers. The role will embed a more structured, transparent, and outcomes-focused approach to organisational delivery, by developing frameworks and standards, helping teams deliver change consistently and confidently.
This key leadership role, reporting into our Director of IT, Estates and Digital Transformation, will help to build our culture to support our organisational transformation, by encouraging accountability, collaboration, planning, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues across clinical, operational, corporate, and support services, visibly developing relationships and bringing people on board to ensure change, both digital and non-digital, is delivered in a practical, supportive and proportionate way, while remaining fully aligned to organisational priorities and governance requirements. The role will lead, develop and coach a small team of Project Managers and Business Analysts, encouraging full business analysis capability across the organisation, while adopting an appropriate risk management approach. We are looking for a people-focused and values led individual who can combine strong delivery expertise with the ability to influence behaviours and culture. Proven experience leading organisational change and delivery frameworks is vital, along with a strong understanding of project and change management principles. The knowledge, and experience of embedding of business analysis capability would be of advantage. Qualifications or experience in areas such as PRINCE2, MSP, Business Analysis, Lean Six Sigma, or organisational change are helpful. Whilst previous experience within a health care or a hospice environment is not essential applicants should understand the importance of working in a people-focused, regulated environment.
The successful candidate will have excellent stakeholder management, emotional intelligence, and facilitation skills; being able to challenge constructively while maintaining trust and engagement. They should hold strong communication skills, being able to explain complex concepts in accessible language, along with demonstrated leadership skills.
