Job description

We are looking for an intern to work with the Fellowship team, which aims to grow the RSA’s inclusive global community of 30,000 Fellows.

You will be vital in supporting the coordination and activities of the Fellowship Development team, working on conducting desk-based research and providing effective administrative and communications support for the team. Some key areas of focus will be supporting the team in recruiting a more global and diverse community of Fellows, and helping build targeted recruitment campaigns aligned with the RSA’s programmes of work.

Key skills we’re looking for are:
• Diligent, self-motivated and patient
• Basic IT skills
• Accurate data inputting skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to preserving confidentiality of Fellowship data
• An interest in the work and aims of the RSA, our mission as a social change charity, and our role as an organisation in taking collective action to solve the challenges of our time.
