The Role

We are looking for an Operations and Finance Coordinator to join our small but growing central office team. Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Service Support

• Support the Operations Manager with managing film delivery to all our sites, including monitoring of KDMs and DCPs
• Support cinema sites by ensuring all our in-hospital marketing materials are up-to date and accurate, including:
  • Create monthly posters for all sites, and other ad-hoc posters
  • Create info cards about upcoming films
  • Update the film information on our Showtimes page of our website

  • Ordering physical posters and standees from film distributors
  • Support on developing any new initiatives to promote our services in hospitals

Who you are: We need passionate, self-starters with a background in providing high-quality emotional support and advocacy. Your experience in roles within the police, criminal justice, counselling, any type of casework or health and social care sectors could make you an ideal candidate.

- frontline support service experience

Job Title: Volunteering Learning System Administrator
Location: Gilwell Park (Hybrid) or Home-Based
Salary:

• £29,486 per annum (Band D, Level 3 – inclusive of Outer London Weighting, for Gilwell-based contracts)
• £27,726 per annum (Band D, Level 3, for home-based contracts)

Working Pattern:
35 hours per week, with frequent evening work and occasional weekends required.
