You’ll lead on designing and delivering in-person and online events shaped by young people’s interests and experiences, offering inclusive and accessible social opportunities for young people, and facilitate spaces for young people to learn from and support one another as they navigate care. 
 
With a particular focus on the West Midlands, you’ll build local partnerships, support a small group of Care Experienced Volunteers, and work alongside young people to co-create activities and shape engagement. This role also ensures our end to end data flows are fit for purpose and that data within it are clean, accessible and available.

This role is responsible for:

• Custodian of our CRM data and responsible for major data import/export into the system including data validation, de-duplication, cleansing and fixing of data throughout the multiple data systems.
• Responsible for the curation and management of import and export routines of key fundraising data using appropriate tools.
• Responsible for forming and managing how the functions work within the Organisation to build key relationships with key data users to ensure data is correctly ingested
• Responsible for defining and setting standards and principles of data use in the system and fully enforcing these principles across the Organisation and to suppliers.
• Maintenance of legacy systems and processes where necessary

The Fundraising Executive (maternity cover) is a key part of our small but busy Community and Events Fundraising Team, leading on key fundraising events and activities, personally supporting individual fundraisers and giving support to the Senior Philanthropy & Partnerships Manager. We’re looking for a Senior Prospect Researcher to join our high-performing fundraising team at Refuge. You’ll work dynamically across the organisation with the Philanthropy and Partnerships team, uncovering and developing opportunities to engage high-value supporters with our mission. Playing a key role in identifying and understanding our potential and existing supporters—the Senior Prospect Researcher will empower the philanthropy team to build deeper, broader partnerships with high-net-worth individuals, trusts, foundations and corporates.

With access to a rich database (Raiser’s Edge), a collaborative, insight-driven culture and a strategic approach, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in growing income through robust research and data analysis. You will lead on identifying trends, tracking progress and recommending strategies that help Refuge build strong relationships and a meaningful supporter journey from identification to stewardship. This role requires an understanding of ethical and effective prospect research methodologies and due diligence procedures to maintain compliance and optimise opportunities.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will support the implementation of Netsuite, including data migration, UAT and rolling out training within the team. Anticipated duration is 6-12 months. Flexible working is available

You will be an experienced Systems Accountant (ideally qualified) with strong, recent experience of implementing Netsuite. Charity/Not-for-Profit experience would be ideal but is not essential.

We're now looking for an exceptional Senior PR and Press Officer to help us amplify voices, challenge persistent, negative narratives around the social security system, and shift public attitudes about financial insecurity. Ideally, you’ll already have solid PR and press experience within a charity or comparable organisation’s press office, excellent media contacts, and the strategic mindset to put people’s real lives and complex challenges front and centre in your storytelling.

You’ll be someone who writes clearly and persuasively, handles sensitive topics with genuine care, and who’s excited by the challenge of finding creative ways to engage diverse audiences. Your strong relationships with journalists will help us ensure the voices of people facing financial insecurity are represented accurately, widely, and compassionately in the media.

We offer flexible working patterns, both in terms of hours and remote working. All team members come into our welcoming Farringdon office at least once a week, and you'll be joining a warm, supportive team that believes in each other, celebrates great work, and loves what we do.

Please note that all employees are required to work from the office a minimum of 1 day a week.

Some roles may be required to be in the office more often than others and this will be agreed with the hiring manager upon starting at Turn2us.
