Your role:

• Provide excellent delivery, teaching and course leadership to learners across TreeHouse School.
• Safeguard and promote the welfare of the children and young people we support.
• Work with pupils to ensure they receive a service that delivers the outcomes specified in their individualised learning, person-centred plans.
• Prepare and deliver schemes of work, lesson plans, assignments and assessments in line with departmental and awarding body requirements.
• Work collaboratively with allied health professionals as part of a trans-disciplinary team.

Our learners are mostly pre-verbal or use assistive communication systems to make their needs understood and follow different pathways depending on their needs and strengths, these are pre, semi and formal and you can read more on our website.

We’re looking for a Performance Analyst (Marketing Strategy and Planning) to analyse data to enhance campaign performance, audience engagement and return on investment across our marketing and communications activity.

What does this role do?
As a Performance Analyst (Marketing Strategy and Planning), you will:

• Design and maintain a measurement framework for marketing and communications activity, defining KPIs to measure performance against and regularly reporting on performance across these metrics,
• Identify trends, patterns, insights and performance drivers, and provide recommendations based on data analysis,
• Support the team with testing and experimentation, gathering evidence for various approaches and building an experimentation log,
• Complete econometric modelling, understanding the impact of different marketing activities on brand awareness and income generation, using statistical methods to measure and quantify impact.

Could this be you?
To be successful in this role, you’ll need experience of creating KPI frameworks, and a clear understanding of measuring and understanding brand health and management. You’ll need experience of building and implementing econometrics modelling, and strong experience of data handling and building automated dashboards. You’ll have excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for varied stakeholders. A creative, user-first mindset is key, as well as a flexible, continuous improvement focused approach.

We are looking for a Data Protection Compliance Officer to join our central compliance team.

You will play a key role in supporting the Federation’s Data Protection Officer and the wider Central Data Protection Team. You will help ensure the organisation operates in full compliance with legal regulations, government guidelines, and best practice—making a real contribution to safeguarding data across the Federation.

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

In this role, you will:

• Raise data protection awareness across the Federation
• Deliver, design and coordinate focused data protection awareness training, including analysing training needs
• Manage data incidents, ensuring swift containment, thorough severity analysis and accurate reporting
• Prepare targeted data protection communications for Data Champions
• Compile Data Protection Impact Assessments and Data Sharing Agreements
• Liaise with the Supply Management Team to conduct data protection due diligence on new third-party suppliers
• Monitor completion and maintain accurate records of Federation-wide “All Staff Data Protection Awareness Training"
• Capture and report data protection risks and related mitigating actions, as directed

• Support the Data Protection Compliance Manager and Data Protection Officer on Federation-wide initiatives and projects

• Methodical approach to collecting data across multiple different methods, understanding what needs to be collected to showcase impact without being burdensome

• Hands on experience supporting frontline teams with data and impact collection, building their confidence and skills

About the team

The Head of Enterprise Architecture sits within the IT Leadership Team and reports directly to the Director of IT. The role leads the newly established Enterprise Architecture function consisting of a small data engineering team and a data governance lead. Enterprise Architecture is one of the core pillars of WaterAid’s IT & Technology planning, along with Global IT Service & Delivery, Global Cybersecurity & Global IT Portfolio & Strategic Engagement.

About the role

The Head of Enterprise Architecture provides strategic leadership for enterprise, data, and solution architecture across WaterAid UK and supports global initiatives. This role sets the vision for organisation-wide architecture, ensuring that business strategy is underpinned by scalable, responsive, and sustainable technology and data ecosystems. The postholder is responsible for the oversight of data architecture, engineering, integration, and governance to drive business value and data maturity.

In this role, you will:

• Enterprise Architecture Strategy and Governance: Define, implement and develop WaterAid’s enterprise architecture strategy and embed governance across delivery lifecycles.
• Data Architecture and Data Engineering Leadership: Oversee WaterAid UK’s data architecture and lead the Data Engineering function, ensuring scalable, secure data platforms, integrations and pipelines.
• Strategic IT Leadership: Act as a key advisor within the IT Senior Leadership Team, shaping IT strategy, influencing planning and prioritisation, and ensuring technology addresses organisational requirements.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Change Adoption: Engage senior leaders to translate business needs into architectural outcomes and lead the adoption of architectural best practices, agile approaches and continuous improvement.

To be successful, you will need:

• Strong experience in EA and data architecture methodologies and frameworks (e.g. TOGAF) with the ability to translate business strategy into technology and data solutions.
• Proficiency in data modelling, integration, cloud and hybrid environments (we are a Microsoft Azure house), and practical experience of data engineering and lifecycle processes.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary technical teams and influence senior stakeholders, including communicating complex concepts to non-specialists.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, regulatory compliance (including GDPR). Security and risk management frameworks.

Although not essential, we’d prefer you to have:

• Professional certifications in enterprise/data architecture frameworks or cloud technologies (e.g. TOGAF, Zachman, Azure).

• Working knowledge of data engineering languages (SQL, Python), Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) and experience with predictive analytics projects.
• Experience in a charity, public sector, or similar mission-driven organisation.

Prospectus is delighted to be partnering with our client in the recruitment of a new Community Services Coordinator, on a permanent basis. This is an exciting new role for the organisation which offers flexibility, and the opportunity to make a tangible difference to the lives of those living with lupus.

Please note, this role will be remote (based in Northern Ireland) with regular travel across NI and across the wider UK, depending on service need. Please also note, this role is offered on either a full-time or part-time basis.

Lupus is a chronic autoimmune disease which is uncommon, complex and poorly understood. It affects the immune system and can cause lasting damage to the kidneys, skin, heart, lungs and/or brain. This organisation is the only national charity supporting people living with lupus and those that care for them. They hold an ambition for a world where people with lupus can live full and active lives and work hard to empower people by providing information about lupus and offering support so their voices are heard and their condition diagnosed and managed effectively.

This is an exciting new role for the organisation which will focus on engaging with communities and recruiting and training volunteers to deliver peer support services for those living with lupus. As Community Services Coordinator you will work as part of a small, tight-knit team, and will facilitate co-production sessions with stakeholders across the lupus community, enabling beneficiaries to design and shape community-based services. The role will involve providing direct support to service users, producing regular reports, and supporting and managing volunteers to provide service resourcing. The organisation is particularly interested in developing their support offering across Northern Ireland and require someone who understands the health landscape and is confident to engage with a range of stakeholders to develop their offering.

This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact across the lupus community. To apply for this role you must have demonstrable experience of recruiting, supporting and managing volunteers, and will be confident working in partnership with a range of stakeholders. You will be a warm and engaging individual with experience of facilitating group work in a variety of settings, and monitoring services for evaluative purposes. About the Role

The Children’s Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF) is an independent philanthropic organisation, working with a range of partners to transform the lives of children and adolescents. CIFF’s portfolio focuses on child health and development, climate change, sexual and reproductive health and rights, girl capital and child protection. CIFF has been partnering with MSI since 2015 to boost sexual and reproductive health and rights globally.  The Challenge Fund Programme (2024-2028) is a $100m programme with global and bilateral investments from CIFF to advance sexual and reproductive health services and increase modern contraceptive prevalence in six countries across West and Central Africa.

MSI seeks a Global Programmes and Philanthropy (GPP) Adviser to support the implementation of the CIFF Challenge Fund Programme. Working in the Challenge Fund programme team and directly reporting to Head of Challenge Fund, the GPP Adviser will provide programme management and administrative support to the Head of and two Programme Managers across the Challenge Fund Programme to ensure timely and quality delivery of deliverables against donor reporting obligations  and close budget monitoring. In addition, this role will play a key role in the coordination of overarching internal ways of working, including the organisation of external donor engagement meetings and events. In this role, you will collaborate with Hub representatives internationally to set up successful resource mobilisation functions in selected Hub countries and mobilise new funds directly for them.
