Responsibilities of our Creative Manager:

• The Creative Manager is key to enabling the brand and marketing team to support our organisational goals: Enhancing cat welfare and increasing our impact, supporting volunteering to become an exemplary voluntary organisation, deepening our engagement with customers and supporters, and enabling vital income generation activity to support financial sustainability.

Responsibilities of our Surveyor: 

- Manage a designated portfolio of properties, delivering repairs and maintenance as required- Be a property expert for colleagues across the estate giving high levels of service and support.Working with colleagues in Estates Support; Safety, Health and Environment; and Legal teams, provide a safe and compliant environment across the estate.

Within the region covered, the portfolio includes purpose-built cat adoption and homing centres (both freehold and leasehold), a network of leasehold charity shops, multi-pen sites, and a small number of residential properties occupied by employees or external tenants. Occasionally, surveying expertise is also required for matters relating to legacy properties. 

What we’re looking for in our Surveyor: 

- Regional coverage is flexible, however we are looking to support the East of England, Midlands and South Yorkshire

- Level 6 or higher professional surveying qualification

- Current membership of a professional institution such as RICS, RIBA, CIBSE, CIOB, IWFM 

- Post qualification experience of surveying in a property or facilities management environment 

- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

- Working Knowledge of retail leases, acquisitions and disposals 

- Multi-site and use property management and compliance experience

You’ll deliver a full range of Project Manager services including:

• Managing end-to-end delivery of installations projects, from planning to completion.

About you

• Excellent organisational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• A qualification or relevant experience in Project Management, Construction, Surveying or related field, with membership of a relevant professional body (e.g. RICS) being desirable.

The role

Gambling Support Practitioners ensure that psychosocial and recovery support interventions are delivered as part of a cohesive recovery plan, working collaboratively with external and partner organisations to achieve positive outcomes for people affected by gambling harms.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing face to face and online advice, assessment, brief and structured interventions to help clients achieve their recovery goals, using motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioural approaches
• Providing safe and effective support to individuals whilst managing safeguarding issues in line with safeguarding procedures and policies 
• Developing collaborative working relationships with external agencies, professionals and groups to facilitate multi agency approaches and holistic support
• Developing relationships with local services and communities to support the identification of gambling harms in individuals and strengthen pathways into the service

Location and working arrangements

This is a home-based role that requires regular travel across the East Midlands region, typically 2–3 days per week, to deliver in-person support, attend events and engage with local services.

Candidates must be currently living within the East Midlands, due to the need for regular regional travel. Applicants who do not reside within the East Midlands will not be considered.

This is a full-time role and includes a mix of 9–5pm and 12–8pm fixed shifts, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays (9–2pm remotely). A day off in the week will be provided where weekend work is required.

About you

You should have significant experience of working with individual adults or young people in the field of addictions, mental health or social care.

You must have demonstrable experience of managing a client caseload and delivering psychosocial interventions, including experience of using cognitive behavioural approaches, low and high-intensity interventions and modalities and motivational interviewing. 

The successful candidate will be able to work independently from home in a confidential setting, while also being able to travel consistently across the East Midlands to attend events and offer localised in person support as required.

​The Biochemical Society are seeking a Training Manager, on an 18-month Fixed Term contract to support the Biochemical Society Training programmes.

Training Manager role is an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver on agreed strategy across our current and future programme of training events, activities and resources, and plays a key role in taking the Society’s training programme forwards, focusing on the delivery and development of existing training programmes, the creation and implementation of exclusive members-only training opportunities to enhance our membership offering, and for devising and implementing new training courses by working with volunteers to develop appropriate content.

Reporting to the Director of Events and Training, this role will set up and lead all stages of delivering new training, from conception to delivery, working with subject matter experts to explore new ideas to provide surplus-generating training for existing and new training programmes by gathering insight from members, other organisations and wider markets to understand training needs and inform the design of programmes.

Suitable candidates will have experience delivering income generating science-based training programmes, using Learning Management Systems and have excellent interpersonal skills, working on complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.

Corporate Partnerships & Fundraising Manager

MCKS Charitable Foundation UK

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced fundraiser to help build and shape the charity’s corporate partnerships and fundraising programme, securing funding that will help grow MCKS Charitable Foundation’s support from 180 schools to 500 schools across the UK.

Through our school pantry programmes and breakfast clubs, MCKS Charitable Foundation supports children and families experiencing food insecurity, helping ensure pupils can start the school day nourished and ready to learn.

Our goal is to support 500 schools, helping thousands of children and families access essential food support each week.This role will play a central part in securing the partnerships and funding needed to achieve that ambition.

As Corporate Partnerships & Fundraising Manager, you will help develop sustainable income streams through corporate partnerships, trusts and foundations, and national fundraising initiatives.

This is an opportunity for a fundraiser who wants to build meaningful partnerships, shape strategy and help grow a national charity.

About the Role

Working closely with the charity’s leadership and trustees, you will help develop and deliver a diversified fundraising strategy that supports the charity’s growth.

You will focus on building strong relationships with organisations aligned with our mission and developing funding opportunities that enable the charity to expand its reach and impact.

Key responsibilities include:

Corporate Partnerships

• Identify and develop partnerships with corporate organisations aligned with the charity’s mission
• Secure financial and in-kind support from businesses
• Develop partnership proposals and sponsorship opportunities
• Manage relationships with corporate partners and provide impact reporting

Trusts & Foundations

• Research and apply to relevant grant-making trusts and foundations
• Develop compelling funding proposals and applications
• Manage relationships with funders and oversee reporting

Fundraising Campaigns

• Support the development of national fundraising campaigns, including Fuel for Five
• Develop fundraising resources for schools, communities and supporters
• Identify opportunities for collaborative fundraising activities

Donor Engagement & CRM

• Support the implementation and management of the charity’s fundraising CRM system
• Maintain accurate records of donors, partners and fundraising activity
• Track fundraising performance and provide updates to leadership and trustees

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in fundraising, corporate partnerships or business development
• A confident relationship builder with strong networking skills
• Comfortable developing proposals and securing funding
• Proactive and able to work independently within a growing charity
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities

Experience in the charity sector is welcome but not essential if you have strong partnership or fundraising experience.

Why This Role Matters

MCKS Charitable Foundation currently supports around 180 schools across the UK through its school pantry programmes. Through strategic partnerships and fundraising, this role will help expand that support to 500 schools nationally, ensuring more children and families have access to essential food support through their schools.

This is a hands-on role where you will manage your own pipeline, develop partnership proposals and oversee reporting to funders and partners.

In your first year, the focus will be on building a strong fundraising pipeline capable of generating £150,000+ in future income and securing £75,000–£150,000 in new funding through corporate partnerships, trusts and fundraising initiatives.

Your work will play a direct role in enabling the charity to grow its support for schools and sustainably scale its impact.

Success in this role will involve building a strong and sustainable fundraising pipeline, securing new corporate partnerships and developing funding relationships that enable the charity to expand its reach.

You will be comfortable taking ownership of fundraising activity, identifying opportunities, developing proposals, and building long-term partnerships that deliver meaningful support for schools and families.

THE PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE

SBP is a growing organisation with an exciting portfolio of rewilding projects across Scotland. In tandem with ecological recovery, we work to develop nature-based

business models to establish rewilding as an economically viable land use in Scotland.

We deliver immersive Rewilding Experiences and a growing programme of Rewilding Training and Study Tours.

We are seeking a highly organised and financially astute individual, with sales experience, to take operational ownership of our Rewilding Experiences and to support our Rewilding Training programme over the next six months. The primary focus will be:

• Ensure the efficient delivery of our 2026 programmes
• Maximise bookings and income to support cost recovery
• Contribute to the development and planning of our 2027 programmes

The role would ideally suit someone based in the Scottish Highlands, although consideration will be given to applicants based elsewhere in Scotland.

Operating as a blended role across the Membership and Marketing and Communications teams, this role will support the day-to-day membership and digital communication functions of the NI.

This role is responsible for membership administration and digital communications including processing and onboarding new members to managing ongoing renewals and maintaining the membership database, managing the delivery of Lunch & Learn sessions, Drop-In sessions and a range of themed technical and non-technical webinars, supporting HQ conferences and managing digital communications, member feedback and related marketing activity that underpins effective member engagement.

This role is critical in ensuring that members receive excellent customer service, timely communication, and accurate information about the institute’s services and benefits to support the organisation’s mission to engage and retain members, ensuring they receive value from their membership and are satisfied with their experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational, attention to detail, digital and communications skills with proficiency in database management and who enjoys building connections, creating engaging content, turning feedback into action.

Key Responsibilities:

Membership Administration

· Support the renewals process to ensure prompt collection of membership subscriptions including conducting follow-up campaigns to minimise lapsers. 

· Manage correspondence related to the onboarding process including preparing and sending membership welcome emails, and other communications as appropriate.

· Manage the Membership inbox responding to queries and assigning emails to colleagues or others as necessary.

· Support with the administration of Organisational Members including processing new members, issuing invoices and any other tasks as required.

· Assist with the development and implementation of new membership strategies.

· Other tasks to support the Membership and Business Development Director and Membership Manager as necessary.

Member Engagement and Digital Events

· Coordinate and deliver a structured programme of online events, including:

- Lunch & Learn sessions

- Drop-in member forums

- Themed webinar series covering both technical and non-technical topics

· Manage all webinar logistics, including registration, hosting, and post-event communications.

· Work closely with the Communities Officer and regional branches to promote local and regional events.

· Gather and analyse event feedback and attendance data to evaluate engagement levels and member satisfaction.

Digital Marketing & Communications

· Plan and deliver targeted marketing campaigns to promote membership activities, including a monthly member-focused email highlighting benefits such as mentoring, e-learning, and events.

· Create engaging and relevant content for the NI website, newsletters, and social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn).

· Develop promotional materials and manage a central events calendar to ensure consistent and timely communications.

· Monitor the Communications inbox responding to requests and assigning emails to colleagues or others as necessary

· Collaborate with the Membership and Business Development Director and Marketing and Communications Manager to assist with any other membership recruitment initiatives and campaigns as required.

Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain and regularly cleanse the membership database to ensure all records are accurate and up to date relating to membership and marketing.
• Generate and manage Nuclear Future mailing lists as required.
• Produce analytical reports on membership growth, retention, and engagement.
• Collect, analyse, and present member feedback from surveys and event participation.
• Deliver quarterly reports highlighting engagement trends and insights.
• Apply both quantitative and qualitative data to inform and shape future engagement strategies.
• Ensure full compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).

Customer Service

· Serve as a point of contact for current and potential members, answering enquiries via phone, email, and online.

· Provide information about membership benefits, policies, and procedures.

· Resolve membership-related issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

General

· Liaise with suppliers and partners where needed to deliver promotional or event materials.

· Support other NI operational activities as required.

Experience and Skills

Essential Experience

· 2–3 years’ experience in membership administration, customer service, event co-ordination or marketing or a similar administrative role, ideally within a non-profit, association, or professional membership organisation.

· Proficient in using CRM or membership management systems, including database management, reporting.

· Experience in administering membership or customer renewals processes.

· Ability to deliver high-quality customer service in a professional environment.

· Ability to write compelling promotional copy.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using digital engagement and event tools such as Eventbrite, Cvent, Mailchimp, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Teams.

· Confident in handling data, analysing information, and producing clear, accurate reports.

Desirable Experience

• Experience in developing and delivering membership recruitment initiatives and campaigns.
• Experience in analysing member feedback and engagement data.
• Experience working with digital design tools such as Canva.
• Experience working with and supporting volunteer networks or regional teams.

Skills

· Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
