Reporting to our Executive Director: Data, Technology and Transformation, you will join an existing senior leadership team to focus on shaping, mobilising and delivering a portfolio of transformation programmes and projects that enable us to achieve RBLs new objectives and to shape the long term change agenda and strategy.
You will lead a high performing team within Change and Transformation including delivery leads, programme managers, project managers and specialist PMO and Change professionals. Key areas of responsibility will include:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and maintain our change and transformation roadmap and plans, ensuring there is measurable impact, while acting as a trusted advisor to the Executive Board
- Portfolio Management: Engage with our senior leadership community to identify change demands and priorities to ensure a well-integrated and aligned portfolio is developed and maintained
- Delivery and Enablement: Drive the delivery of the change and transformation portfolio, ensuring robust and stretching delivery plans are in place, optimising delivery performance based on insight, best practice and allocation of required resources

Your experience in senior leadership role(s) and your understanding of change models and large scale transformation across people, process, technology and data within an organisation of similar size and complexity will be key to success. You will bring excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate deliver focussed teams of professionals. Previous experience of working in a large charity or social business would be advantageous.

The Marketing and Comms Manager will support the delivery of Ella’s integrated communications,
marketing and emerging advocacy work. This role will help to ensure Ella’s reaches and influences
external audiences effectively — raising awareness of the challenges faced by survivors,
strengthening Ella’s public profile, and increasing engagement with supporters, partners and the
wider public.
The postholder will lead our marketing and communications across digital channels, the website,
impact reporting and organisational campaigns and also play a lead role in developing and delivering
our advocacy and campaigning activity. This is a hands-on role for a keen marketer and strong
communicator motivated by social impact and ethical, survivor-centred storytelling.

Role purpose
In this new role, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening the Policy, Research and Consultancy team’s evidence base and enhance our capacity to generate meaningful insights. As a core member of the PR&C team, you will lead on the collection, analysis, interpretation, and communication of data that informs policy development, supports research outputs, measures impact and underpins consultancy projects.
Working closely with the Head of the PR&C and the team leads, you will ensure high-quality data and analytical thinking drive decision making across the team, contributing to the overall growth plan. Job summary
Reporting to the head of growth and sitting within the engagement team you will:

Job summary
Reporting to the head of growth and sitting within the engagement team you will:
- recruit volunteers by promoting Re-engage’s services,

Engagement officer tasks and requirements
- Growing and developing our network of referral partners, including social prescribers and link workers, ensuring that Re-engage's work is promoted to people aged 75+ who are experiencing social isolation and loneliness.
- Partnering with communities to create regular, volunteer led, social gatherings for people aged 75+
- Utilise Re-engage's CRM (OPUS) to inform evidence-based, data-driven decision-making to develop effective engagement plans.
- Working closely with the service delivery team ensuring that the right people are recruited and engaged into the right roles, in the right place, and at the right times.
- Collaborating with the communications team ensuring the widest possible publicity for the region’s needs through media and social media opportunities, local press, radio, TV, and online forums.
- Liaising closely with the fundraising team delivering against recruitment targets linked to grants.
- Working with the fundraising team on proposals and grant applications using regional knowledge, identifying local need, and collecting case studies.
- Identifying speaking and presenting opportunities ensuring that Re-engage's work is promoted to referrers.

About Woman’s Trust
The charity was established in 1996 to meet the gap in specialist mental health services. Woman’s Trust is led by and for women and aims to ensure that women affected by domestic abuse can live a life free from further harm and abuse. Our approach is trauma-informed and person-centred, empowering survivors on their journey to recovery from the trauma. We are committed to a positive, inclusive and equitable environment for our staff, service users and volunteers.
Alongside delivering our existing 1-1 counselling, self-development workshops and therapeutic support groups for women who have experienced domestic abuse, we are focused on developing our innovative mental health services for young women and girls, delivering new peer-led support groups and providing therapeutic groups to children and their mothers. We are also committed to developing further awareness-raising workshops and training for professionals, building on our research and policy to improve systems nationally.
Background
The lack of recognition of domestic abuse as a mental health issue within the NHS leads to delayed and inadequate support for survivors. This gap in understanding and response often result in survivors only being able to access and receive appropriate care when their mental health deteriorates to the point of requiring secondary mental health services (Women’s Aid 2021). Meta analysis suggests that CBT, one of the NHS’s most prescribed approaches for mental ill-health, is not the best approach for domestic abuse survivors as it does not recognise and take into account the external factors and dynamics of abuse, specifically power and control, the role of the perpetrator and the resulting trauma for the survivor.
In March 2025, WT published its first major report, ‘Living Without Hope’ which consolidates existing and increasing academic, government and sector research demonstrating the significant impact of domestic abuse on women’s mental health. Outlining the current agency responses at national, regional and local levels and the gaps in provision; the report also makes recommendations for change and improvement across the VAWG and health sectors.
Building on the research highlighted in our ‘Living Without Hope’ report, WT has secured funding to work with key stakeholders in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea to examine the links between domestic abuse and mental health, the specific experiences of Arab and Moroccan women and their access to safe, appropriate services that meet their needs.
Purpose
This is an exciting new role and will be focused on developing Woman’s Trust’s (WT) response to addressing the systemic issues female survivors of domestic abuse face when trying to access support.
Working with key stakeholders in the London Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (LBKC) and specifically Al-Hasniya to ensure that professionals have a clearer understanding of the link between domestic abuse and mental health and its impact on survivors.
Contract & hours: Part-time, 22.5 hours per week (0.6 FTE). Fixed term as dependant on funding.

JOB PURPOSE
This role sits within The Passage Housing Needs Service (HNS) team. It will provide brief interventions to support individuals who have been placed into accommodation by the HNS team to settle into and sustain their tenancies. The post holder will work holistically to assist individuals to address issues that are impacting on their ability to sustain their accommodation on a time limited basis and will link them into services in their local areas for ongoing support in order for them to gain independence and integrate into their new communities.
MAIN TASKS
- To provide support to individuals who are moving into their new private rented sector accommodation where appropriate and needed. This can include setting up utilities, council tax among other things.
- To support individuals accommodated by the HNS team, in a brief solution focused manner, to find solutions to their housing, benefits, health and other issues when they arise, referring clients to support services, liaising with these, and following up in a timely manner.
- To establish and develop positive and constructive working relationships with a range of services and agencies across London boroughs that can provide support to our clients ensuring the best possible outcomes for them.
- To draw up psychologically informed action plans for clients ensuring they are person centered and taking into consideration the clients’ views.
- Support HNS Workers to complete exit questionnaires to gather feedback and promote co production with the individuals the team supports.
- To ensure that any health and safety and safeguarding concerns are reported appropriately using the correct systems.
- To assess any risk to clients, the environment and staff, record and communicate any risks identified using appropriate channels in the Passage.

The role:
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, the Finance Officer will ensure the provision of consistent, robust financial support to the charity and will be responsible for processing financial records in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with regulations, implementing efficient financial processes whilst working collaboratively across the team.

The charity is looking for someone with previous finance experience preferrable but not limited to the charity sector, and strong collaborative and relational skills to work with different colleagues across the organisation. You will be a person who can take initiative, solve problems and get things done timely, be confident working with different internal stakeholders and external professional advisors and capable of considering different requirements and priorities in a knowledgeable way.
This person will have excellent attention to detail and will be highly organised and a strong communicator across a wide range of audiences. Educated to Degree level – fully or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA or seeking to do a qualification, this person will have excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication and will be up to date on all MS Office packages. Preferable with an experience working on SAGE, or any similar financial software.

As a Generalist Adviser/Caseworker, you will be part of a dedicated team delivering advice and casework across a full range of enquiry areas, particularly welfare benefits and housing. You will also provide casework support to vulnerable clients, including acting on their behalf with third parties.
You will need to be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people, including those who may be vulnerable. You will be committed to developing your skills and comfortable working flexibly, including from home, as we provide advice by phone, digitally, and face to face. While our main office is near Royal Oak station, the role also involves working from community settings, including Food Banks across Westminster.
