Job description

 Lord’s Taverners

The Lord’s Taverners exists to positively impact the lives of young people facing the challenges of inequality. Through inclusive and transformative cricket programmes, we empower young people with disabilities and from disadvantaged communities across the UK and beyond.

We are now seeking an experienced and creative Digital Marketing and Brand Manager to join our Fundraising and Communications directorate. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in growing awareness of the charity, strengthening engagement with our supporters and helping to generate income through effective digital marketing activity. Working across fundraising, communications and programme teams, you will lead the delivery of integrated digital campaigns, support the development of our brand and use insight and data to drive continuous improvement and impact.

This role is a fixed term contract covering maternity leave, starting in January 2027.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to use digital marketing to make a real difference to the lives of young people across the UK.

As our Digital Marketing and Brand Manager, you will lead the delivery of engaging digital campaigns that grow awareness of the Lord's Taverners, strengthen supporter engagement and help generate income to support our work. Working closely with colleagues across fundraising, communications and programmes, you will help bring our brand to life through compelling content, effective digital channels and data-driven decision making.

You will combine creativity with insight, using audience data and performance metrics to continually improve results and ensure our marketing activity has maximum impact. Whether developing campaigns, managing digital content or championing our brand, you will play an important role in helping us reach more people and increase support for our mission.

About You

You shall be a creative and organised digital marketing professional who enjoys turning ideas into engaging campaigns that deliver results. You'll be comfortable managing multiple projects, working with different stakeholders and using insight and data to inform your decisions.

You will bring:

  • Experience delivering successful digital marketing campaigns across a range of channels.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to create engaging content for different audiences.
  • Creative mindset and a good understanding of impactful charity branding.
  • Experience using data, reporting and insight to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • A collaborative approach and confidence building effective relationships with colleagues, suppliers and other stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset, with the ability to take ownership and drive work forward.
  • A genuine interest in the Lord's Taverners' mission and the impact of inclusive sport.

At Lord’s Taverners, sport is a means to an end. We are looking for people who share our belief in sport’s power to change lives, and who are motivated by impact, inclusion and opportunity for young people.

Above all, you will be motivated by our mission and aligned with our values: We Include, We Inspire, We Empower.

Safeguarding

Our organisation is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and we expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.

This role requires an enhanced DBS check and is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. In line with statutory guidance, applicants do not need to disclose youth cautions or any protected convictions or cautions.

As part of our safer recruitment practices, an online search will be carried out on all shortlisted candidates.

Benefits

· Five additional days between Christmas and New Year

· 6% pension contribution

· Group income protection

· Critical illness cover

· Life assurance

· Health Cash Plan
