We’re looking for an exceptional Legacy Administration Team Leader to play a critical role in safeguarding and maximising one of Marie Curie’s most significant income streams. This is a senior operational role suited to someone with large-charity experience, a strong commercial mindset, and the confidence to manage a high-volume, high-value caseload in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll oversee a team of three Legacy Officers, providing expert guidance, coaching and performance management while maintaining accountability for a portfolio of around 900 active cases. Alongside this, you’ll personally manage approximately 50 complex and contentious matters, including litigation-related cases, ensuring Marie Curie’s interests are protected through robust decision-making, cost-benefit analysis and close collaboration with our legal team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, support and develop three Legacy Officers, ensuring high performance, quality assurance and clear progression pathways.
• Hold oversight and accountability for 900+ legacy cases, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely administration.
• Manage a personal caseload of 50 complex and contentious matters, including litigation, disputes and reputationally sensitive issues.
• Work closely with the legal team, executors, solicitors and co-beneficiaries to protect Marie Curie’s entitlement.
• Apply strong commercial judgement, undertaking cost-benefit analysis and making informed decisions on behalf of the charity.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs and quality standards, ensuring consistent excellence across the team.
• Provide expert technical guidance on wills, probate, tax, trusts and multi-jurisdictional UK estate administration.
• Support process improvement, systems optimisation and operational best practice.
• Deputise for the Legacy Administration Manager when required.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Proven line management experience, including performance management, coaching and developing staff.
• Significant experience in a large charity legacy administration team, ideally handling income of £20m+ annually.
• Demonstrable experience managing contentious and complex legacy cases, including litigation and dispute resolution.
• Advanced technical knowledge of wills, probate, trusts, tax and estate administration across multiple UK jurisdictions.
• Strong commercial mindset, able to assess risk, analyse costs and make confident, informed decisions.
• High-volume caseload management experience, with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise under pressure.
• Excellent stakeholder management, able to influence solicitors, executors, co-beneficiaries and internal teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail, especially when reviewing legal documentation, estate accounts and financial information.
• Strong systems capability, ideally with experience using FirstClass4 or similar legacy administration platforms.

We are seeking a fantastic corporate partnerships manager to join our Income Generation team. This is a key role for the organisation, proactively leading on new business; delivering mid and high-value partnerships and maintaining a healthy and active pipeline of new prospects to support the long-term sustainability of our work. The successful candidate will develop compelling proposals and pitches to build new relationships and provide excellent stewardship for existing corporate partners. Purpose of the role

The Finance (FM) contributes to ENN’s vision through strategic management and governance of its financial resources and budgets.

The Finance Manager is responsible for finance strategy, planning and oversight, reporting, regulatory compliance and aligning finance strategies with organisational goals and operations.  The FM is a member of the management team, provides key insights to support business decisions, liaises with the board of trustees and holds the position of Company Secretary.

Responsibilities

· Develop ENN’s finance strategy in support of the delivery of its 5 year strategic goals.

Person Specification

Essential

· Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)

· Extensive experience of leading financial management for organisations in the non-profit sector, with a thorough understanding of charity specific financial obligations.

· Demonstrated experience in reporting to and engaging with management teams and/or trustees on matters related to financial risk management, including presenting complex financial data, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations.

Reporting Lines

The Finance Manager is a member of ENN’s Management Team and reports to the Chief Executive Officer and has line management responsibility for a small team (currently 1 management accountant).

• About The Role

• In this important role, you will provide a comprehensive homelessness advice and prevention service, helping vulnerable households understand their housing options and access suitable accommodation.

  You will assess housing applications, determine statutory homelessness duties and work closely with partners to help households secure sustainable housing solutions. The role will also involve visiting applicants in their homes or temporary accommodation and supporting them to access private rented housing where possible.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate recruitment activity across the organisation, ensuring vacancies are effectively advertised and managed.
• Work with managers to understand needs and develop recruitment plans.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including advertising, screening, interviews and offers.
• Conduct and manage the Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS) process in line with UK immigration and sponsorship requirements where applicable.
• Ensure all recruitment activity complies with employment legislation and organisational policies.
• Support and advise managers on recruitment best practice and interview processes.
• Manage relationships with job boards, recruitment agencies and other attraction channels.
• Identify and utilise the most effective sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Some travel may be required to support with open days or external recruitment events.
• Develop initiatives to strengthen the organisation’s employer brand and attract candidates aligned with the mission and values.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide reports to support workforce planning and improvement.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, systems and candidate experience.

Skills/Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience.
• Experience with Recruitment agencies or internally managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS.
• Knowledge or experience of the Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS) process and immigration compliance (desirable). 
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to travel to various sites as required for the role.
• Ability to analyse recruitment data and use insights to improve recruitment outcomes.
• Proactive approach to learning and developing knowledge of recruitment and the social care sector.

Founded in 1997, GamCare is the leading provider of information, advice and support for anyone affected by gambling harms. We founded and operate the National Gambling Helpline, provide structured support for anyone who is harmed by gambling and create awareness about safer gambling and treatment.

The role

Gambling Support Practitioners ensure that psychosocial and recovery support interventions are delivered as part of a cohesive recovery plan, working collaboratively with external and partner organisations to achieve positive outcomes for people affected by gambling harms.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing face to face and online advice, assessment, brief and structured interventions to help clients achieve their recovery goals, using motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioural approaches
• Providing safe and effective support to individuals whilst managing safeguarding issues in line with safeguarding procedures and policies 
• Developing collaborative working relationships with external agencies, professionals and groups to facilitate multi agency approaches and holistic support
• Developing relationships with local services and communities to support the identification of gambling harms in individuals and strengthen pathways into the service
• Participating in service promotion, networking activities and events to support visibility and ongoing development of the service, and to proactively respond to the needs identified within the region 

Location and working arrangements

This is a home-based role that requires regular travel across the East Midlands region, typically 2–3 days per week, to deliver in-person support, attend events and engage with local services.

Candidates must be currently living within the East Midlands, due to the need for regular regional travel. Applicants who do not reside within the East Midlands will not be considered.

This is a full-time role and includes a mix of 9–5pm and 12–8pm fixed shifts, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays (9–2pm remotely). A day off in the week will be provided where weekend work is required.

About you

You should have significant experience of working with individual adults or young people in the field of addictions, mental health or social care.

You must have demonstrable experience of managing a client caseload and delivering psychosocial interventions, including experience of using cognitive behavioural approaches, low and high-intensity interventions and modalities and motivational interviewing. 

The successful candidate will be able to work independently from home in a confidential setting, while also being able to travel consistently across the East Midlands to attend events and offer localised in person support as required.

Operating as a blended role across the Membership and Marketing and Communications teams, this role will support the day-to-day membership and digital communication functions of the NI.

Key Responsibilities:

Membership Administration

· Support the renewals process to ensure prompt collection of membership subscriptions including conducting follow-up campaigns to minimise lapsers. 

· Manage correspondence related to the onboarding process including preparing and sending membership welcome emails, and other communications as appropriate.

· Manage the Membership inbox responding to queries and assigning emails to colleagues or others as necessary.

· Support with the administration of Organisational Members including processing new members, issuing invoices and any other tasks as required.

· Assist with the development and implementation of new membership strategies.

· Other tasks to support the Membership and Business Development Director and Membership Manager as necessary.

Member Engagement and Digital Events

· Coordinate and deliver a structured programme of online events, including:

- Lunch & Learn sessions

- Drop-in member forums

- Themed webinar series covering both technical and non-technical topics

· Manage all webinar logistics, including registration, hosting, and post-event communications.

· Work closely with the Communities Officer and regional branches to promote local and regional events.

· Gather and analyse event feedback and attendance data to evaluate engagement levels and member satisfaction.

Digital Marketing & Communications

· Plan and deliver targeted marketing campaigns to promote membership activities, including a monthly member-focused email highlighting benefits such as mentoring, e-learning, and events.

· Create engaging and relevant content for the NI website, newsletters, and social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn).

· Develop promotional materials and manage a central events calendar to ensure consistent and timely communications.

· Monitor the Communications inbox responding to requests and assigning emails to colleagues or others as necessary

· Collaborate with the Membership and Business Development Director and Marketing and Communications Manager to assist with any other membership recruitment initiatives and campaigns as required.

Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain and regularly cleanse the membership database to ensure all records are accurate and up to date relating to membership and marketing.
• Generate and manage Nuclear Future mailing lists as required.
• Produce analytical reports on membership growth, retention, and engagement.
• Collect, analyse, and present member feedback from surveys and event participation.
• Deliver quarterly reports highlighting engagement trends and insights.
• Apply both quantitative and qualitative data to inform and shape future engagement strategies.
• Ensure full compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).

Customer Service

· Serve as a point of contact for current and potential members, answering enquiries via phone, email, and online.

· Provide information about membership benefits, policies, and procedures.

· Resolve membership-related issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

General

· Liaise with suppliers and partners where needed to deliver promotional or event materials.

· Support other NI operational activities as required.

Experience and Skills

Essential Experience

· 2–3 years’ experience in membership administration, customer service, event co-ordination or marketing or a similar administrative role, ideally within a non-profit, association, or professional membership organisation.

· Proficient in using CRM or membership management systems, including database management, reporting.

· Experience in administering membership or customer renewals processes.

· Ability to deliver high-quality customer service in a professional environment.

· Ability to write compelling promotional copy.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using digital engagement and event tools such as Eventbrite, Cvent, Mailchimp, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Teams.

· Confident in handling data, analysing information, and producing clear, accurate reports.

Desirable Experience

• Experience in developing and delivering membership recruitment initiatives and campaigns.
• Experience in analysing member feedback and engagement data.
• Experience working with digital design tools such as Canva.
• Experience working with and supporting volunteer networks or regional teams.

Brief role description 

NOVA provides trauma-informed, person-centred support to UK Armed Forces veterans who are at risk of, or already in contact with the criminal justice system. NOVA operates across England (as Op NOVA), Scotland and Wales. We are now developing the service in Northern Ireland.

The Caseworker for NOVA Northern Ireland will manage and support a caseload of veterans, providing emotional and practical support across a range of factors including mental health and wellbeing, social stability, housing and employability. They will be working in collaboration with local partners to reduce reoffending.

The Caseworker for NOVA Northern Ireland will work in the community, in partnership with the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI), the Probation Board for Northern Ireland (PBNI) and other local partners to provide support to veterans at all stages of the justice pathway: pre-arrest, point of arrest, court process, custody, and transition back into the community.

Please note this role is on a 3-years Fixed Term Contract.
