Manager, ImpactEd Evaluation
Using Anonymous Recruitment
This organisation is using Anonymous Recruitment to reduce bias in the first stages of the hiring process. Submit your application as normal and our system will anonymise it for you. Your personal information will be hidden until the recruiter contacts you.
As a Manager in ImpactEd Evaluation you will lead evaluation partnerships independently, from design to reporting, oversee smaller projects led by colleagues, and take responsibility for the quality of what we deliver. You will begin to shape the practice's work and support the development of the people around you. We are looking for individuals with a passion for education, data and evaluation, who are able to translate evidence into insight and communicate complex methodologies into digestible recommendations, supporting partners to use our work in a meaningful way for their context. We are looking for individuals with a strong quantitative background and welcome applications from individuals with an interest in developing their skills further in a range of different methodologies.
Managers lead independently on medium to large engagements, oversee smaller ones, and provide support and development to team members.

You are welcome to use AI tools to help you draft your responses to the questions above, but the examples and judgements must be your own. Note: we may well ask you about these at interview if invited. Applications are anonymised before they are read. Assessors score each answer separately, rather than reading an application as a whole, so that every response is judged on its own merits. We may use AI tools to support the sift; every judgement and decision is made by a person.
