We campaign to transform attitudes to disability, tackle injustice and inspire action. We are creating a powerful movement of disabled people, allies, organisations and businesses.

Together we will be unstoppable.

As the senior user researcher, you’ll lead on user research and testing in the content design team. You’ll make sure that Scope’s support and advice content helps disabled people and their families solve problems.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, agile team.

Closing date for applications: 11:59pm GMT, Friday 16 October 2026.

The role

The purpose of this role is to lead the user research function for Scope’s support and advice content.

You will deliver user research and testing to make sure that content helps disabled people and their families to solve problems.

You will:

· Organise and carry out research to understand the needs of our customers

· Work with content designers to plan content to meet those needs

· Join critical reviews of new content

· Use data and testing to find out where to improve content

· Support the design of intuitive information architecture by running card sorts and tree tests

· Manage and develop the skills of a more junior user researcher

· Manage supplier relationships if we outsource research or testing
