About the role

As the PR and Communications Officer, you will support the Senior PR and Communications Officer to raise awareness of the Charity by identifying and promoting compelling stories to regional and national media. Working closely with colleagues across PR and Communications, clinical teams, Fundraising, Marketing and Digital, you will help to showcase the Charity’s impact on people affected by cancer in the UK and around the world, while supporting fundraising activity across all income streams.

With support  you will use your communications skills and expertise, to write content for relevant in‑house magazine titles andhelp promote community fundraising and major donor events, corporate partnerships, and fundraising campaigns.

What you’ll be doing  

• Supporting a comprehensive media service which includes the proactive sell in of positive stories.
• Building relationships with clinical colleagues and in particular, Charity-funded consultants, nurses, researchers, and allied health professionals to gain their support for Charity communications including press releases, tailored pitches, other print media channels and the Charity's magazine.
• With support, write and edit the Charity’s supporter magazine, Progress, in collaboration with the Charity’s leadership team and fundraising colleagues.
• Working with fundraising teams to identify unique and inspiring stories associated with the Charity’s annual calendar of events and campaigns.

About you

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you'll play a central role in shaping, operating and maintaining our predominantly Microsoft cloud environment — keeping it strong, secure and ready for what comes next. Reporting to the Infrastructure Services Manager, you'll support, maintain and enhance our enterprise infrastructure across Azure cloud, Microsoft 365, identity, endpoint, network and core platform services.

You'll lead on complex incidents, drive root-cause analysis, and bring the kind of calm, expert thinking that keeps services running and colleagues confident. This is a hands-on, cloud-first role with real scope to influence how we design, govern and optimise cloud services and our infrastructure for the long term.

This role would particularly suit someone who has moved beyond traditional, on-prem infrastructure into operational Azure and Microsoft 365 engineering and is confident owning cloud platforms end to end.

- Proven, demonstrable experience in Microsoft cloud technologies, including in-depth hands-on Azure experience (cloud platforms, virtual compute, storage, networking and the governance principles that keep it all accountable).
- Experience administering and optimising Microsoft 365 services, including identity, security and collaboration tooling.
- A grounding in enterprise infrastructure — servers, directory services, hybrid identity — and the hands-on experience to back it up.
- Experience managing and supporting Disaster Recovery services to address continuity of vital business functions.
- A security-first mindset, with practical knowledge of MFA, conditional access, privileged access management and vulnerability remediation.
- Proven networking foundations across WAN, VPN, firewalling and secure remote access.

- Experience working alongside a Managed Service Provider as part of an augmented team, including managing service quality and accountability.

The Traveller Equality Caseworker will provide an advice, support and information service to Irish Traveller people in prison in England and Wales and their families. Working as part of a small specialist team, the post-holder will manage a caseload of clients with complex needs, ensuring a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and rights-based approach at all times.

The role includes delivering targeted advocacy and equality focused support to Irish Traveller prisoners and their families, recognising the specific barriers and discrimination they may face within the criminal justice system.

About ICPO London

ICPO London works to support Irish people in Prison and their Families. Delivering services across England and Wales we aim to support people with the challenges of imprisonment and rehabilitation. This is achieved by engaging in casework to provide information, support, and advocacy. ICPO services include; intensive case management, family support work, prison visits, information and advocacy on a wide range of issues and policies, including repatriation, health and discrimination. 

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations & Programmes Support Officer to play a vital role in the smooth running of our small charity strengthening London’s communities. This is a varied, hands-on role supporting both programme delivery and day-to-day operations. The Role:

• Communicate key missions and projects to a large audience using digital channels and print.

About the Service

The Complex Needs Housing Service works as a multi-disciplinary team with housing teams and Drug and Alcohol Services across District and Borough councils. These teams will be working with individuals who are presenting as homeless and have a number of Complex Needs. The service has been running since 2022 with a dual-district model, however, is now expanding to offer a single district outreach service.

The objectives of the Complex Needs Housing Service are to:

• Improve the mental wellbeing of people experiencing mental ill health.
• Increase early access to help for people experiencing mental ill health in, by providing a clear and effective pathway to services provided by Herts Mind Network and other third sector and statutory providers.
• Contribute to an improvement in individual mental wellbeing.
• Remain a source of independent support for all clients.
• Reduce the use of police, ASB, tenancy enforcement, housing needs and environmental health services by clients whose primary need is related to mental ill health.
• Reduce the use of crisis services by people experiencing mental ill health without positive outcomes for the individual.
• Provide an assertive outreach approach for clients who are in crisis and/ or those that may have complex or multiple needs.
• Work collaboratively within a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) consisting of Change Grow Live (CGL), District and Borough councils, housing teams and other professionals.

About the Role

The purpose of the Hertfordshire Mind Network Community Outreach Worker role is to:

• To provide advice, information, onward referral and holistic support to clients who are experiencing mental ill health or need support with their mental wellbeing. These will be clients who are presenting to District and Borough councils as homeless and need intervention and support with their mental health and housing.
• To ensure that the safety and wellbeing of the client is monitored and reviewed regularly.
• To remain a source of independent support for all clients.
• Embed a person-centred recovery orientated and trauma informed approach in all aspects of the roles.
