We’re looking for someone to join us as our Learning and Networks Manager at Funders Together.

Funders Together is a cross-sector funding infrastructure organisation bringing together strategic initiatives that improve how funding supports communities to shape a better future.

We are entering an exciting new phase as we bring together a growing family of initiatives focused on improving funding practice across civil society. These include London Funders, the cross-sector membership network for funders across the capital; Collaboration Circle, a platform for collaborative and participatory funding programmes; 360Giving, which supports organisations to publish and use open grants data; and the Place-Based Giving resource hub, which supports collaborative funding rooted in place and community.

As Learning and Networks Manager, you will play a central role in engaging funders, partners, and stakeholders, and delivering learning that helps shape future practice across Funders Together and the wider funding ecosystem.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a proactive and collaborative individual with strong experience of facilitating and convening learning spaces, and using the insights generated to inform and influence change.

The ideal candidate will be someone who has shaped and delivered learning programmes in a range of settings. They will be able to create a positive learning culture, and confidently design learning spaces and networks which can bring an audience together over different learning goals. They will be highly organised, a skilled facilitator, and able to translate learning into tangible actions. Importantly, they thrive in creating relational ways of working, and are curious and confident to try and test new ideas. They will enjoy working in a dynamic environment where priorities evolve and where good systems and coordination help ensure activity is delivered effectively.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working as part of a small and agile team, taking initiative in their work and contributing to continuous improvement in how we design and deliver learning across Funders Together.

We are looking for an experienced individual giving professional who can lead the individual giving programme and driving income growth to meet their ambitious goals.

Addenbrooke’s Charitable Trust (ACT) exists to make their outstanding hospitals even better. They raise vital funds to support Addenbrooke’s and the Rosie hospitals — connecting generous people with projects that go beyond the boundaries of NHS funding and help deliver the very best in patient care, clinical outcomes and research.

The Role

As the Head of Individual Giving & Supporter Engagement, you will be instrumental in developing and executing an ambitious growth plan to maximise Individual giving income and supporter engagement. Managing an income responsibility of circa £1 million, you will lead and motivate a talented team of three fundraisers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute ACT’s supporter engagement and Individual Giving strategies, producing annual plans to drive an ambitious step-change in acquisition and retention.
• Oversee and drive growth across all individual giving streams, including appeals, digital, lottery, regular giving, and the face-to-face fundraising programme.
• Utilise data analysis, segmentation, and performance metrics to evaluate, pivot, and optimise campaign success and supporter journeys.
• Manage six-figure budgets, financial reporting, and forecasting to maximise the lifetime value of donors giving up to £10k.
• Ensure excellent cross-team collaboration with communications, data, and community teams

Experience Needed:

• Proven track record of success at a senior level within individual giving/direct marketing with clear demonstrable results of delivering on supporter and income growth.
• Expert knowledge of creating and delivering compelling fundraising communications across a range of channels, including digital.
• Strong experience managing six-figure budgets and utilising detailed financial analysis to maximise results  
• Comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements, including practical application of GDPR legislation.
• Proven leadership and team development skills with the ability to manage multiple projects ensuring deadlines are met

Knowledge, skills and experience needed:

Additional Information:

The London Diocesan Fund (LDF) is seeking an Area Giving and Finance Adviser (Stepney) to play a key role within the Area Finance team, based at Causton Street.

Job Summary

The purpose of the Area Giving and Finance Adviser role is to provide comprehensive finance support to churches within the Stepney Area, aiding them in the development of their ministries, manage Common Fund giving and to support the Area Bishop’s staff team in the management of resources including monitoring clergy post numbers, curate funding, and other financial matters. As part of a small team of Area Giving and Finance Advisers, the role involves offering training, resources, and advice on parish financial management and administration, and advice on various giving methods, including online and contactless options. Additionally, the role entails promoting generous giving through training initiatives, facilitating the award of grants and loans to churches from Area funds, and fostering effective communication and relationship-building between the Area team, Finance team, and parish officers.

Job responsibilities

Financial support 

• Enable churches to develop their respective ministries, manage their finances effectively, and meet their statutory responsibilities. 
• Provide finance and other appropriate training, support, resources and advice to the clergy, PCCs and parish officers. 
• Assist the Bishop, Archdeacons and Area Deans in managing Common Fund giving by the churches in the Area.

About the role:

Some services need more than strong management — they need a leader who can hold the whole picture, set the standard and keep young people’s futures at the centre when the work is busy, fast-moving and high stakes. As Service Manager for our Camden Young People’s service, you will lead a high support accommodation service made up of 4 units, supporting 31 young people and providing overall leadership to a team of around 20 staff.

You’ll be responsible for the safe, effective and high-quality delivery of the service, bringing confident oversight across safeguarding, housing management, risk, performance, quality, staffing and day-to-day operations. This is a rare opportunity to be on the front line of human rights research and advocacy, joining a specialist organisation with a long track record in promoting the right to freedom of religion or belief (FoRB).

You will undertake research, investigations, monitoring, report-writing and advocacy on freedom of religion and human rights in Asia. You will develop a good relationship with stakeholders and ensure effective and creative ways to advance the research and advocacy on Asia.

Key responsibilities (full responsibilities listed in the application pack):

• To plan, organise and undertake research, monitoring and reporting on freedom of religion or belief and related human rights issues in the Asia region, through regular fact-finding assignments when and where security conditions allow, briefings with key stakeholders and the development of reliable in-country and external partnerships and collaboration.
• To produce materials, including general and thematic briefings and in-depth reports, documenting and analysing the situation of freedom of religion or belief and human rights in Asia, as well as advocacy recommendations.
• To develop and implement, with oversight from the Asia Team Leader, a practical, effective and innovative advocacy strategy for Asia, taking into account global geopolitics.
• To undertake awareness raising initiatives and advocacy focused on local (when possible), regional and international levels, and in consultation with the Asia Team Leader, work with CSW’s External Affairs Team to inform advocacy initiatives in the UK, EU, US, the United Nations, and with other governments and forums.
• To organise, as appropriate, advocacy visits for delegations in relation to the Asia region.

The Person

A committed Christian with a university degree and a strong commitment to human rights and justice, you will be fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Manderin), have excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to take the initiative and to work well under pressure.

The opportunity:

The Investment Operations Officer is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational activities of investment funds. This role ensures the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of fund processes, including trade settlement, reconciliation, operational checks for cash management, and data management. • Monitor and support daily fund operations, including trade processing, settlements, drawdown checks, account opening
