If you are, we are seeking a Trusts & Foundations Manager to be an integral part of the Fundraising team where you will be responsible for submitting applications to Trusts & Foundations for our services in the UK.

You will have a minimum of 3 years' experience at management level and will be working to deliver Tom’s Trust’s ambitious targets for trust and foundations income for the coming years and beyond. The post-holder will help to research and explore new avenues for funding and building a strong pipeline of new donors who have the potential to support the charity over multiple years. You will be building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at charitable trusts and corporate foundations and preparing and delivering targeted funding applications to those organisations.  You will be able to build upon and develop a compelling case for support for both the services we offer as a whole and for specific projects that reflect our work.

Operation Christmas Child UK (OCC) has implemented a strategic volunteer ministry, investing in teams of volunteers who will multiply themselves and hugely extend the reach of OCC’s mission.

OCC is the world’s largest shoebox appeal where Samaritan’s Purse, together with local churches here and overseas, distributes from the UK 1/4 million gift-filled shoeboxes annually to children in need overseas and in so doing demonstrates God’s love in a tangible way while sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ.

A resourceful and energetic Regional Manager is needed to recruit, select, equip, and lead teams of volunteers throughout the 32 London boroughs.

You will be passionate about developing others towards highly effective ministry, teamwork and increased personal competency.

You will also directly engage churches to participate in OCC in areas not yet covered by Connect volunteers. A special opportunity will be engaging London churches that have partnered with our sister ministry, Billy Graham Evangelistic Association for the June 2025 God Loves You Tour London.

Linked Minds is a successful project providing support for people with diagnosed mental health problems who have become isolated. It has been operational since Oct 2018 and works exclusively to support people with a diagnosis of mental health problems through volunteer befriending.  

You will have experience in supporting people with mental health problems and be committed to the Recovery Approach. You will:

• Manage a caseload of clients with diagnosed mental health problems and ensure they establish and maintain a supportive and safe befriending relationship with their volunteers

The Role

• Work with the Youth Programme Manager and other Youth Practitioners to design and deliver holistic movement programmes with a focus on running, targeted at 8-18 year olds. 

• Ensure safeguarding procedures are upheld for all young people. 

• Undertake administration tasks such as ensuring evaluation forms are completed, uploading data to our CRM system and planning sessions.

• Complete any other business required by management and pitch in to help with other tasks at busy times during the year.

Job Summary

This role will be responsible for leading & managing fundraising data, and strategic oversight of fundraising data systems and processes, managing a team to employ process efficiencies and improve data quality ensuring seamless integration between CRM systems and external platforms to drive income generation across the full spectrum of the donor data landscape and deliver fundraising operations. The Community Energy Adviser will deliver energy support sessions in local communities, empowering individuals and families through workshops and one-to-one support. The focus will be on assisting those facing challenges with their energy needs by providing practical advice, support, and advocacy on energy conservation, switching providers, and accessing grants or benefits. 

Fixed term until March 2026.

Part time - 20 hours a week 

The hours for this role will be varied over shift patterns from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and may also include some Saturdays.

Location: Scope's London office and remote working is offered around meetings and workshops.

The role will require travelling in London and the surrounding area. 

The Role

In this role you will be:

• Planning and delivering engaging and informative energy support workshops within local communities, tailoring content to meet the diverse needs of attendees. 
• Providing one-to-one support to individuals requiring more in-depth assistance, including conducting home energy assessments and offering tailored advice. 
• Collaborating with local organisations and stakeholders to identify and reach out to communities and individuals who would benefit most from energy advice and support. 
• Developing and distributing educational materials on energy saving, bill management, and the benefits of renewable energy sources. 
• Tracking and evaluating the impact of community sessions and one-to-one interventions, adjusting strategies to improve outreach and support effectiveness. 
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of energy sector developments, including changes in legislation, available grants, and best practices in energy conservation.

About You 

• You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written to be able to support communities and individuals who would benefit most from energy advice and support. 
• You will be able to plan and deliver engaging and informative energy support workshops within local communities, tailoring content to meet the diverse needs of attendees. 
• You will be able to show empathy and be able to respond positively to change while being able to deal effectively with conflicting priorities will allow to succeed within this role. The service will help customers through their unfair extra costs and additional vulnerability to fuel poverty. 
• It is essential that you have a good working knowledge of IT including Microsoft Office Products 
• You will bring drive and enthusiasm to your role and can demonstrate that you care passionately about improving the lives of disabled people and their families. It is desirable that you have a good knowledge of Energy and Utilities advice.

Prospectus are excited to be working with an international charity to help them recruit for an Interim Legacy and In Memory Marketing manager to join their team. The charity is an international non-governmental organization, focused on water, sanitation and hygiene. It was set up in 1981 as a response to the UN International Drinking Water decade. WaterAid exist to bring safe and sustainable water, sanitation and hygiene to everyone, everywhere.

This role is offered on a 7-month full-time contract basis paying between £44,168 - £46,493 per annum with flexible hybrid working arrangements at their London office.

The post holder will strategically and proactively manage the Legacy and In Memory marketing team in developing and implementing the Legacy and In Memory (LIM) programme. They will be responsible for delivering innovative, audience led multi-channel fundraising and engagement campaigns to drive legacy consideration, legacy enquirers and increase brand love. The role will plan, deliver and optimise various campaigns covering channels such as TV, social, digital, Direct Mail, email and events to grow the number of people considering a gift in their will to the organisation.

They are looking for someone with a demonstrable track record of legacy and in memory fundraising and/or marketing campaigns and strategies. They are looking for a candidate with a demonstrable experience of Experience of planning, managing and executing multi-channel direct and digital marketing campaigns across the marketing funnel, from consideration, engagement, lead gen, brand love and stewardship, including print and social platforms
managing 6 figures, complex, multi layered and/or strategic long-term partnerships and have track record of delivering targets. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of international development and empathy with overseas development issues
