The Opportunity

Be part of a national team improving how services respond to domestic abuse.

As our Senior Trainer, you will lead the delivery and continuous improvement of our training offer, so more professionals have the confidence and skills to respond well to domestic abuse.

You will design and deliver engaging training online and in person, coordinate rotas and resources, uphold quality, and use feedback to keep content relevant and impactful. You will also line manage two Training Coordinators, nurture key client relationships, and support proposals and bookings that grow our reach and repeat business.

About You

You are an established trainer with experience in the Violence Against Women and Girls sector. You can design and deliver dynamic, inclusive sessions for mixed audiences, both online and in person, with strong feedback and repeat bookings to show for it.

You bring solid understanding of housing and health including safeguarding and local pathways, and you are confident running day to day operations, scheduling and capacity planning.

You have experience line managing people and setting clear standards through observation, coaching and quality assurance. You are comfortable scoping client needs, shaping simple SLAs and turning data and feedback into clear KPIs and reports.

You are trauma informed, anti-racist, collaborative and calm under pressure, with strong communication and sound judgement. A relevant training qualification such as PTLLS or equivalent is desirable.

The Development Officer is a key team member in the organisation with responsibility for supporting the Development Team in researching new prospects and proposal creation together with general administration of the development function. This role offers a chance for flexible and interesting work with a purpose – to help protect and enhance the National Parks. You’ll learn a huge amount about the National Parks and will get to know the people who work across them.

They are looking for candidates with experience of maintaining and operating data management systems and undertaking accurate data entry. You will have a track record of managing competing priorities and working to tight deadlines with demonstrable experience of undertaking general office administration.

The Central Office Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the central office facility, including day-to-day oversight of organisation-wide services provided by SCT’s external IT support provider. 

The postholder will champion health and safety processes across the organisation through the use of an online portal. They will also provide key support in the coordination and delivery of organisational training. 

In addition, the role includes assisting in the delivery of a generalist HR service, working alongside the HR Officer and external HR advisors.

The role

As a Customer Coordinator, you’ll be a confident communicator as the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their journey with Scope is smooth, supportive, and person-centred.

In this dynamic role, you will:

· Provide telephone-based support with professionalism and empathy

· Manage customer journeys, book appointments, and track progress

· Log all customer interactions accurately using our CRM system

· Support the updating of our job board

· Support the delivery of services and products across Scope

· Assist with administrative tasks including diary management and data entry

About you

You will have:

· A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service, especially over the phone

· Experience of content management systems, such as Kontent AI

· Experience using CRM (ideally Microsoft d365) and call handling systems

· Strong communication and relationship-building skills

· Good IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office

· A flexible, organised, and proactive approach
