Role

Sexual violence in prisons has long been ignored, leaving men without adequate support. Over the past year we have been part of a committee with HM Prison Service, Metropolitan Police and NHS England to develop a Service Level Agreement on responding to serious sexual assaults within prisons in London.

This three-year NHS-funded pilot is designed to:

• Train prison staff to understand the impact of sexual violence on male, boy, and non-binary prisoners.
• Raise awareness of sexual violence within prisons and equip staff with the tools to respond appropriately.
• Establish and strengthen referral pathways for survivors in London prisons.
• Gather key insights to inform future service provision and systemic change.

As a Trainer on the Prison Project you will work alongside two dedicated therapists. By embedding trauma-informed approaches within the prison system, this role will empower staff, improve survivor outcomes, and lay the foundation for long-term change in how sexual violence in prison is addressed.

Main responsibilities include:

• Deliver comprehensive training sessions to prison staff, healthcare teams, mental health professionals, probation officers and other key stakeholders.
• Develop bespoke training materials, toolkits, and resources to support ongoing learning for prison staff.
• Facilitate reflective practice sessions (‘trauma clinics’) to help staff process and improve their responses to survivors.
• Work closely with prison leadership teams to embed best practices into their safeguarding policies and procedures.
• Liaise with the Young People’s Therapist and Adult Therapist to align training with the therapeutic support available in prisons.
• Gather insights from prison staff on barriers to disclosure and challenges in supporting survivors.

Role Purpose

The role of Administration Officer sits within the Corporate Secretariat and OGC Operations division. OGC Operations supports the Office of the General Counsel in a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks, including contract administration, supplier payment processes, intake and resource management, learning and communications, continuous process improvement and optimization as well as housing the Corporate Secretariat function responsible for governance support.

Key responsibilities

As an Administration Officer, you will:

• Work in OGC’s Legal Support Team providing high level legal, executive, and administrative support tasks requiring discretion and confidentiality.
• Provide proactive administrative support to the Deputy General Counsel (based in Berlin, Germany), including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting. 
• Assist senior leaders and attorneys with administrative functions including but not limited to: coordinating schedules, planning complex stakeholder meetings/events, preparing materials, and arranging logistics.
• Perform legal tasks under supervision and follow compliance-related processes, requiring familiarity with legal vocabulary but not legal practitioner expertise.

• Build and establish relationships with other multi-regional operational departments within OSF. Take notes in meetings and supports project management as required.

Experience

Essential:

• Proven experience as a highly skilled administrator and / or executive assistant supporting senior leaders including extensive international diary management and group meeting arrangements. It will be an asset if the experience has been within a law firm or in a legal department.

• Experience of administrating contracts and managing invoices.

Desirable:

They are now recruiting for a new Head of Services, a senior leadership role with responsibility for the strategic, operational, and financial oversight of all frontline delivery across the organisation. Reporting to the Director, the postholder will oversee the day-to-day operational delivery of all services, including refuges, dispersed accommodation, immigration legal advice, counselling, and specialist projects. About the role

The Innovative Finance Manager role is central to advancing innovative finance initiatives that create transformative outcomes for children.

You will lead the design, shaping and execution of a portfolio of innovative finance projects—such as child-lens impact investment and inclusive insurance—across the Save the Children Movement, supported by the Innovation Hive. This includes designing and structuring financing mechanisms, developing proposals, and coordinating partners.

Day to day the role will deliver a blend of: new support development- from training and groups, to online digital content- ensuring all support is developed in line with our Clinical and Quality Governance protocols, planning and coordinating support for teams and sites across music, direct delivery of some support online and in person, and relationship management of our incredible network of Allies and delivery partners.

Lived experience of the music industry, strong programme management skills, mental health service expertise, and the ability to build meaningful stakeholder connections across music will be the essential enablers for true impact in this role.

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Events & Corporate Partnerships Manager to play a key role in delivering our fundraising ambitions across England and Wales. This is a varied and hands-on role, combining strategic relationship-building with high-quality event delivery to generate income and deepen supporter engagement.

The Events & Corporate Partnerships Manager will take ownership of a portfolio of major fundraising events, from planning and budgeting through to delivery and follow-up. This includes developing the annual events strategy, managing income and expenditure, supporting ticket and table sales, sourcing prizes, and ensuring an exceptional supporter experience throughout.

Working closely with the Head of Fundraising, they will build and convert a pipeline of corporate partners, developing compelling proposals and securing new partnerships to meet income targets. Alongside delivery, the Events & Corporate Partnerships Manager will monitor performance, manage budgets, and maintain accurate reporting and CRM data, working collaboratively with Fundraising and Marketing colleagues to maximise results.

Major SOHK Events

• Events Lead: Take full ownership of the SOHK organised major events in England, Scotland and Wales.
• Develop and deliver an annual events strategy & Calendar that is aligned with FRT targets
• Set and manage event budgets, income targets and KPIs

Through stable, person-centred care, you'll play a vital role in empowering women to rebuild their lives and embrace brighter futures. 

In this role, as a Support Mentor, you will work within a 24 hour service which provided person centred support to our residents, working to ensure the safety and wellbeing. Our residents have experienced multiple forms of exclusion, such as historical/ongoing abuse, involvement in the criminal justice system, mental health challenges, drug and/or alcohol dependency and enduring high levels of violence and coercion. You will build trusting professional relationships with residents, helping them to achieve their goals and aspirations which could be through tailored one to one sessions, group sessions, in and out of service activities, and general wellbeing check ins. Your role will focus on empowering our residents to take control over their lives and meet their personal goals

 Responsibilities include:

• Holding a caseload, conducting key work sessions which are personable to resident needs
• Carry out regular welfare checks, safeguarding checks, and general living checks
• Encourage residents to take part in activities and events both within the service and the community
• Keep support plans up to date on a regular basis

We are opening a new detox centre and are looking for Support Workers to provide safe, compassionate, and practical support to individuals undergoing detoxification in a structured, trauma-informed environment.

The Area Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership for Treasures Foundation’s new ambulatory detox facility and first-stage supported housing service.
