The Senior Safeguarding Administrator role offers a unique opportunity to support the Bishop of Leeds and the Safeguarding team, ensuring robust processes and seamless information flow. This 12-month position requires excellent administrative skills and a commitment to safeguarding practices.
As the Senior Safeguarding Administrator, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to key stakeholders, including the Bishop of Leeds and the Safeguarding team. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, from managing communications and meeting arrangements to ensuring the bishop's office's safeguarding processes align with published guidance.
You will act as a bridge between the Bishop's office and the diocesan safeguarding office, facilitating effective collaboration and information exchange. Responsibilities

We're looking for an experienced, compassionate and clinically confident Senior Psychological Therapist to join our growing Crisis Line team.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the frontline of crisis care, supporting members of the fire services community through some of their most difficult moments and helping them find a path forward. As a senior practitioner, you'll use your expertise to assess complex presentations, manage significant risk and provide immediate psychological support when it matters most.
About the role
As a Senior Psychological Therapist (Crisis Line), you will respond to individuals experiencing acute emotional distress, suicidal ideation, self-harm risk and other urgent mental health crises. Working remotely as part of a rotational shift pattern, you'll provide calm, focused and compassionate support through telephone, online chat and digital platforms.
Using advanced clinical skills and evidence-based approaches, you will assess risk, formulate safe and effective interventions, and support individuals to move from crisis towards safety and stability.
You will:
- Provide autonomous crisis assessment and immediate psychological intervention for people presenting with complex or escalating risk
- Conduct structured risk assessments and respond to suicide risk, safeguarding concerns and urgent mental health needs

About you

We’re looking for an individual who:
- Has great experience and knowledge of fundraising, direct marketing and project management, and can bring a real enthusiasm to the team. This role has a specific focus around supporter acquisition which includes face to face, paid digital, direct mail, telemarketing and eMarketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Managing the continued development of the YAA’s CRM system, working with the Fundraising, Marketing, Admin and Finance teams to ensure the system serves their requirements.
•Managing all aspects of the database and associated data systems and processes as part of YAA’s fundraising activities and the Charity’s web systems.

Role Purpose
The Relationship Fundraiser will support the Philanthropy Manager to secure and increase income through the charity’s Philanthropy strategy.
