About the role

Nightstop and Supported Lodgings services provide safe accommodation for young people facing homelessness. As Nightstop Network Officer, you will help ensure these services operate effectively, meet quality standards and continue to grow.

Working with internal teams and partner organisations across the UK, you will provide expert guidance, oversee accreditation and compliance, deliver training and use data to improve services and outcomes.

· Collecting, analysing and evaluating national performance data

· Producing reports and service improvement action plans

· Advising network staff on safeguarding concerns

· Recruiting, supervising and motivating volunteers

· Supporting fundraising reports with statistics, information and case studies

· Helping to coordinate the annual Nightstop conference

· Maintaining accurate safeguarding, health and safety and incident records

About you

You will be a skilled relationship-builder with experience of stakeholder management, training delivery and service quality improvement.

You will also bring:

· Experience of developing and influencing partnerships

· Confidence communicating with frontline staff and senior leaders

· Experience designing and facilitating training, forums or conferences

· Knowledge of volunteer management and good practice

· Experience implementing quality assessment or accreditation frameworks

· The ability to analyse data and present findings clearly

· Strong written communication and report-writing skills

· An understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries

· A commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion

· Willingness to travel regularly throughout the UK

About the organisation

The organisation is a national charity working to prevent homelessness and provide accommodation and support for marginalised young people. Its services help thousands of young people each year to find safety, stability and opportunities for a more positive future.

Benefits include 26 days’ annual leave, increasing with service, flexible working options where suitable, tailored training, family-friendly policies, a pension with employer contributions of up to 7%, an Employee Assistance Programme, cash health plan and a range of discounts.

The charity is committed to safer, fair and inclusive recruitment. An appropriate DBS check will be undertaken where required, and a criminal record will not automatically prevent appointment.

Other roles you may have experience of could include: Network Officer, Service Development Officer, Partnerships Officer, Quality Assurance Officer, Accreditation Officer, Programme Officer, Service Improvement Officer, Network Coordinator, Volunteer Development Officer or Homelessness Project Officer.

Please note this role is advertised by the recruitment agency acting for the client – Not For Profit People.
