About You

To succeed as a Community Coordinator, you will have:

• Experience facilitating groups or meetings, ideally in recovery, peer-support, mental health, or behaviour-change settings.

• Ability to support, mentor, and develop volunteer facilitators.

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an Assistant Apprenticeship Manager to join our central team, helping support, promote and develop apprenticeship programmes across the Harris Federation while contributing to the growth of our provision as a training provider.

You will be the first point of contact for apprentices, training providers and internal stakeholders, helping to drive engagement and ensure high-quality delivery.

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Reporting to the Apprenticeship Manager you will be responsible for:

• Acting as the first point of contact for apprenticeship queries, training providers and internal stakeholders
• Helping promote apprenticeship opportunities internally and supporting recruitment and upskilling initiatives across the Harris Federation
• Providing support to manage the Harris Federation apprenticeship levy, tracking costs, progress and compliance with funding requirements

Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Sunday on a rota varying between 20:00 - 09:30 which includes 13.5 hour shifts with 1 hour unpaid break. You may be required to work outside these hours including evenings and bank holidays and other times as per resident and service requirements.

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Support Coach to join our new Independent Approved Premises (IAP) covering the night shift on a rolling rota. You will play a key role in supporting our residents who have left prison and are based within a residential setting to reintegrate into the community. You will develop and engage with our residents to produce tailored support plans which support their individual needs in successful rehabilitation and reintegration within the community. You will identify their needs, goals and skills, and then support and motivate them to achieve their potential. The service holds a strong focus on public protection and effective risk management.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of residents and participants at all times
• Engaging with residents throughout the night, ensuring they are adhering to their license conditions. This may include planning activities to engage with them such as movie nights, games nights, and other activities applicable
• Be a valued and reliable member of the team on the night shift, completing handovers for day colleagues for a seamless service
• Building trusting professional relationships with residents, helping them to achieve their goals and aspirations which could be through tailored one to one sessions, group sessions, in and out of service activities, and general wellbeing check ins

About You

IPS – Employment support

For people who need mental health support, getting back into work is a vital step on their recovery journey. The evidence backs this up, but although 90% of people with severe mental illness want to work, only 8% of them are in paid employment.

If you would like to join our team and champion our mission and help people who need employment support to get back into work. You will be supporting clients who are under the care of Secondary Mental Health services to gain and retain paid employment and will be based within a clinical team.

This is an incredibly rewarding role.  You'll have the opportunity to transform the lives of clients, to give them hope, direction and support with their recovery journey alongside other key professionals. · Contact and meet with employers to identify job opportunities for individual clients.

· Have a proactive approach in developing jobs tailored to suit individual clients’ needs by contacting local employers, discussing mutual requirements and negotiating opportunities.

· Accompany job seekers to interviews if required.

· Provide education and support to employers, as agreed with the individual and provide job retention interventions to people at risk of losing their employment, negotiating adjustments to the job role with employers to enable the person to retain their employment.

We’re seeking a Fundraising Officer to support the growth of all our programmes, services, and campaigns. Primarily working on a new area of trusts and foundations fundraising, including researching prospects. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to oversee the effective day-to-day running of the charity’s services and internal operations.

Reporting to the Director, you will ensure that services are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You will also play an important role in strengthening operational systems and processes, helping the charity improve and grow its impact.

Overview of the role

Event marketing

A key responsibility of the Marketing Coordinator will be to promote our programme of community-led events at the Centre – an exciting mix of meetups and socials, wellbeing sessions, healthcare drop-ins, arts and crafts, sports classes and a wide range of workshops.

As we continue to evolve, we’re looking into the future of the Centre and how we can reach even more LGBTQ+ people across London. Therefore, this is a crucial role to market the Centre – so people know we’re here! – and to tell the stories of the community who use the space.

Key responsibilities and duties

Event marketing

• Creating and updating event pages via Eventbrite

• Communication with event facilitators about marketing for their events

• Collaborating with event facilitators to create marketing materials (i.e IG Reels) to promote events

Community customer service

• Managing our public email inbox and responding to queries from the community

• Responding to queries from the community via DM’s and comments 

Social media management

• Scheduling and posting content on our main social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)

• Keeping up-to-date with new changes to social media channels and trends to inform our content 

Content creation

• Writing copy for a wide range of platforms (online and print)

• Creating graphics for social media and emails in Canva

• Designing print marketing materials

• Filming and editing social media content at the Centre 

Email newsletter management

• Creating our weekly email newsletter via Mailchimp

• Working alongside our Communications and Marketing Manager to develop new content 

Tracking and reporting

• Recording analytics across all our platforms to inform our content 

• Through analytics review, recommend ideas to develop our communications strategy

CRM

• Using our Beacon CRM to manage facilitator relationships and event details

• Utilise CRM and Mailchimp integration

• Ensure contacts and information are kept up to date
