We are looking for a Data Scientist/Analyst to help us make this change. You will be based in the LFF Research Team, reporting to our Director of Research and Impact.

This role will facilitate better use, processing and management of data across the organisation. It will focus on four areas:

Job Purpose
The Head of Community will work with the Director of Services on strategic and operational planning and provide operational leadership for the range of Community services delivered by Age UK East London.

The purpose of this role is to:

• Take responsibility for the delivery of Age UK East London’s Community Service offer, ensuring its delivery requirements are met and we are responsive to new opportunities.
• Ensure that older people who are supported by the Community team also benefit from the range of AUKEL services and those provided by other local partners.
• Be an active member of our SLT, working with senior leaders across AUKEL, contributing your experience and expertise to problem solve, spot and develop opportunities as well as make an impact on our overall organisational development
journey.
• Build responsive and accountable relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including commissioners, partner providers, senior health and social care professionals.
• Motivate and inspire a frontline staff and volunteer team, using excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of key issues affecting older people.
• Ensure the services are meeting all KPI’s for quality and delivery, overseeing data management and analysis to ensure compliance and insight that supports future development and demonstration of impact, taking a continuous improvement
approach.

Learning & Development Manager 

Home - Based but within commutable distance to Methodist Districts within Wales Cymru, West Midlands & South West, or those in the South East.

As an experienced professional with a proven track record in learning and development, and management, you will be part of a Learning Network (LN), within the Ministries and Learning team and part of the Connexional Team of The Methodist Church.

The LN comprises 30+ staff working as part of a single team operating across the Methodist Church in Britain. The team is strategically and collaboratively managed by Learning and Development Managers (LDMs), each having responsibility for a number of Learning and Development Officers (LDO) working within a geographical area. We are seeking to recruit an LDM for appointment within the Cymru Wales, West Midlands and South West, or the South East Methodist Districts.

There is a requirement to live within this geography that includes the Methodist districts: Bedfordshire, Essex, & Hertfordshire, Bristol, Channel Islands, East Anglia, Lincolnshire, London, Northampton, Nottingham and Derby, Southampton, South East, South West Peninsular, Wales Synod Cymru, and West Midlands.

Responsibilities of the Learning Development Manager include:

• strategic shared leadership of the LN
• leading and managing the LDOs, balancing the needs and expectations of lay and ordained
• developing, implementing and reviewing, alongside other LDMs and the Director of Ministry Learning, the strategic work plan of the LN
• building and maintaining good relationships across the Connexional Team and with individuals and communities across the church and beyond
• encouraging the sharing of individual gifts and experiences across a number of teams and stakeholders
• travel (including overnight stays), weekend and evening work

We are looking for someone who has:

• proven experience of coordinating and managing a dispersed team of staff and volunteers
• significant experience and is passionate about learning and development

• a proven track record of meeting deadlines within a complex and varied workload

Knowledge of the Welsh language would be a valuable asset to this role

The Royal Court Theatre has an exciting opportunity for someone to join the Front of House team as a Box Office Supervisor.

The Box Office Supervisor is a key role in the Front of House Team and will work closely with the Box Office Manager, Front of House Manager, and General Manager, to support the day-to-day operations of the box office and provide excellent customer service via telephone, email and in person to all Royal Court customers.

The post-holder will be based primarily at the front desk and will play a vital role in supporting the team with accurate and effective data capture using the Spektrix ticketing system. They will also play a key role in championing the Royal Court’s work, sharing their knowledge and enthusiasm with audiences.

The successful candidate will:

• Excellent working knowledge of box office systems including Spektrix.
• Pro-active and self-motivated with the ability to prioritise and work effectively across a number of tasks with attention to detail.
• Ability to think on your feet, find solutions and make quick decisions with confidence.
